Everything was very unorganized and confusing. The agent (Yanameirys F) was very rude and disrespectful. She snapped and commented that customers could just go to Budget or somewhere else when asked how to use the app.

Kinya ASomeone in one of the trucks told me it was OK to park in the lot. I asked him what else he needed, figuring paperwork, or the mileage, or a report on how it performed. He said the key, as if I had a particularly low IQ. I gave it to him and left. Interesting way to treat valued customers that just spent $1,000 with your company.
David TI was charged for fuel and I put fuel in
Coral EI feel that I was over charged for the rental. They put a hold on my card that was a estimated. I actually drove less that estimated and they keep the entire amount. And they charged me a fuel charge when I returned it with gas over what was on the meter when I drove off the lot. Be careful! Check your recipe.
WILLIAM GThe onsite manager was very rude and unprofessional. She was cursing and yelling all because she had to do her job . Didn’t get a Chance to get the young man name that helped us out but he definitely needs to take her position as manager. He was very helpful and professional.
Ajeeh BA bit of a hiccup @ the pick-up experience with the app. Verifying contacts took quite a long time, however, smooth return process and got the job done. Grateful they took my last-minute reservation!

The manager of this place was extremely neglectful and decided to make every single person check in online versus taking care of us how we normally are dealt with and with that being said no one would assist me and in finding out this ramp wasn’t good

MANALAK HThe only communication we received was to just hand the key to the employee outside for the return and that we were all set. Then my receipt includes an extra day charge though the truck was returned within 24 hours.

JENNIFER FFire the people who run the shop..they are lazy, have no customer service,very rude and have no knowledge of the actual rental business..one female had her 2 year old daughter there and was always out in her personal car with the child when she was suppose to be dealing with the customer..I was overcharged because the agents at the uhaul was too lazy to explain how to do a return on the phone..just unexceptabble behavior. Thumbs down.

Phil BAbsolutely the worst experience ever in my life, they cancel my pickup location 30 minutes before pick-up time because my reservation location didn’t have any trucks, my reservation were made 2 weeks before my move date. My pickup was in another city, and they didn’t have any appliance truck which I previously ordered in my reservation. I had to purchase a dolly for $20 because there wasn’t any other equipment to rent. Customer Service sucks they talk to you like they’re all were under the influence. Horrible Horrible Horrible🤬

Dorethia CIt took so long to get my rental. Then me and my husband had to pick the trailer up and install it on my vehicle by ourselves. Then it took the man about 20 more minutes just to make sure we hook it up right. This is the only location I ever rented from where we had to hook it up ourselves. Now my husband back is killing him. I will never send someone I know to this location. And also the man that was working was very rude.
OCTOBER JPlease make it easier to return your equipment because I am 66 years old n I could not check my van in on my phone but everything else was very good

LISANDRO CI didn't like the return for after hours. It'was dark and we had to open a app and answer a series of questions and take pictures and the location is on a secluded street.
DALTON PBeen renting your 10Ft truck for 20 years twice a year every year (check your computer) you now have this contact less check in and check out system..this new system is easy for you but an extreme inconvenience to the customer..to check outI had to go back outside in the cold to take pictures and do other operations on my phone and I'm only mentioning a fraction of the extra things I had to do believe me it's just too damn much not sure if I'll be back
