I specified that the truck MUST come with a dolly. It did not. We had to borrow a piece of junk dolly which we had to repair to even use.

Patricia LThe staff is amazing! Mr Kerns was so helpful and informative and friendly. The regional office called me the day before and helped me with pricing a tow dolly add on. The truck had a serious safety issue with the passenger side mirror: the arm kept swinging in and wouldn’t lock in place, requiring us to get off the road in busy freeway traffic and readjust it to see on that side. The drivers side door was a pain too, as an old dent prevented it from shutting without slamming it. There were cigarette burns inside too. But the staff was wonderful!!! I can’t express that enough!

Dianna SThe U-Haul automated phone system is bad. You cannot get to a human easily and the options are limited. I had to hear the promotion for the U-Haul app at least a doze times while in automated system. Also, once I got the truck home, I realized they forgot to put the blankets and dollies in the cargo area. It took about 40 minutes round trip to get them-they loaded the stuff in back of truck and when I got home, I noticed they still did not include the appliance dolly. In meantime, I had a 4 people from a professional moving company waiting, at $200 per hour!!!!!!. While I got the small credit for the appliance dolly not received, I think I should have received a discount on the overall rental given my out of pocket expense with the movers that was attributable to U-Haul error.

TRACIE MCheck in and the extension process was flawless. The employees are very friendly and professional. This is the only local Uhaul location I consider when needing a van.

Dwight BSmelled like an ashtray upon entering the cab. The driver's mirror was so loose, it kept dropping down while driving. Used packing tape to secure mirror to continue the drive.

TYLER DBarbara was wonderful. She helped me work through some issues a few different times, including when the shipping division of U-Haul tried to gouge me by raising my rates 2000 additional dollars after the reservation had begun. She talked to them and insisted that they honor the original quote.

Rachel MI complied and returned the vehicle with the gas received when I pitch up the vehicle. And o still got charged the $30 fuel service fee and 4gal of gas. So over charged for a customer that complied and returned the vehicle as I should have.

Robert LGo back to having employees walk with and check vehicle. Not everyone is knowledgeable about uploading photos. I got a truck mileage and gad was totally different from my papers. Their answer was take a picture, when the adjustment could have been made right then. The truck had 8 miles more on it then what it said. Thankfully a Manger did make it right once I showed him my phone. To me this is not my job to self truck a truck then prove to you anything not accurate. Go back to the old ways.

ALLIE PI only used the truck for 34 miles and not the whole hours. I was charged 259.00 and haven't recieved any kind of reimbursement for being over charged. When should I get some money back. Plus I was never told how much it was and handed the keys.
