Rented a trailer for 48 hours. I picked up on Thursday at 1pm. Got a nasty call from the Manager who also claims she's "the owner". I returned the trailer at 9:15 Saturday well before the 1pm 48 hours that I rented for. Said I owe for another day. Totally unacceptable business practices and will be contacting BBB and other to make a complaint against this location. If you sell a customer on 48 hours, it doesn't mean 1 day and 6 hours. Very shady and I will never use this location OR Uhaul every again. Shame on you, Uhual.

I only wish they weee a little quicker and more efficient in checking me in for my rental and checking me out upon return. Although it was a bit of an inconvenience the pros far out way the cons and I will continue to rent with them.

ALEXANDER SThe truck was great, besides getting a phone call from staff members calling me about a missing key then getting a second call telling me they “missed spoke,” and then asking for a key to a lock that I supposedly left. Other than this, it was ok, but I wouldn't rent a Uhaul from this location again. I would rather go elsewhere.

They gave me a different one. While in use, found three marker lights to not be working and no license plate light installed. Returned the trailer when done and got a phone call about the previously assigned ID being returned under my name as well. Terrible experience

Mark RWhere do l start the hitch gets installed a tues come back on Friday for the trailer the 2 workers didn’t know how to put the trailer on on top of that they tell me now l have to pay for a sleeve that was never said to me once l paid the $490 for the hitch installment then they hook the trailer up say all is good l get pulled over state trooper said my trailer light was not working lm freaking out because lm a single mother of 3 kids traveling alone and this freaked me out lm so upset with the lack of knowledge and training they had this could have ended so bad l will never recommend this place ever and l will be calling someone about this issue after paying damn near 700$ on the installment and trailer not a satisfied customer at all from the start everything was bad

When I asked if I was charged an additional $40 for arriving 10 min late. They said they didn't know and could not access that information for me. I will NEVER use uhaul again. Where's the training

rodica dThis past month I have had 5 different dealing’s with U Haul in 5 different location from San Antonio to Del Ray Beach area in Florida. In all 5 locations the staff was very cordial, helpful and professional. My biggest disappointment and surprise was getting charged over $900.00 for a rental of a 12X6 Trailer one way to Texas. I also rented a 26 foot truck and paid $1995.00, I had no qualms about that. The truck ran great!

There is a lot of play on the steering wheel making it difficult to control the vehicle and the breaks are slooooowwwwww. Also why wouldn’t you upgrade these vehicles with rear cameras?

It would have been nice to learn about these features early on I love that they have ramps of different sizes. Too bad they lock the sliding doors when they close the office. It is nice to have a bathroom and drinking fountain. It was nice to get water and frozen. The staff were friendly for the most part. There were a lot of problems with scorpions and cockroaches. The first day we rented an outdoor unit, it had hornets. Overall, it I s a really neat place. Employees should communicate all of the benefits and options at the beginning of the rental. I would definitely use this place again.
