Both employees were helpful, but there might've been a little confusion as to the total cost, and how to include everything. And while not a reflection on the location, the billing/contract was so incredibly difficult to understand, and the reservation process was horrible. I was under the impression I was going to be picking everything up from the location I stopped in at, and this was not the case, I was called the day before to arrange the location--and almost had to go to 2 different locations (1 for the truck and 1 for the dolly). After being on hold for almost 30 minutes, I finally got everything straightened out (apparently there was a computer glitch going on, and the reservations person couldn't get my reservation to save correctly). I wish the process would've been a lot more seamless, and taken care of smoother.
debra vThe center was awesome. The overall system crashed several times. The site did everything possible to make it a good experience for me, but it was a nightmare getting checked in (like, two visits and multiple hours).
Katie GYou need a bigger parking lot for customers to park . Lot of vehicles on site and place to park . Staff super friendly and work was done well and under my internet search cost.

EDGAR SProbably one of the most beat up trucks I’ve ever driven. Trying to figure out if all the damage was accounted for was a pain. I don’t want to get charged because I didn’t notice something was not included. Luckily I wasn’t charged for anything but I can see how that can happen. Maybe it’s time to replace this truck. Also make sure when people pay for the blankets to tell them to grab the correct amount of bags. I thought one bag was 1 dozen but it was 6 so I had half of the amount I paid for.
Justin POur trucks blinkers didn't work, the keys to the lock were missing, the drive was rockies than other ones I have driven. When I asked the employee about the lock, he said "that sucks, sorry" and didn't get us a new truck.

Melanie CThe uhaul had damage to it prior to me getting it. I did not have an accident or damage any of the van. I did not refuel to same place and i dropped it off at a different location. You are trying to charge me for damage that was already done to the van before i got it and charging me for having ot for weeks. This is not right and i am not paying for anything i dod not do. I am not paying for any damages. The passenger bottom mirror was broken the passenger rear side was dented and damaged and the rubber that is in the back was only half when i got it. I dont know what you are trying to accomplish here besides fraudulently charging me for someone elses accident or misuse. I extended the rental accordingly and brought it back before it was due. I will put a google review up about how bad the service is and how you treat customers if i dont get an apology and a new receipt that is accurate and not full of fraud and lies.
Jill NThe experience at the location was good, the truck felt a little unsafe, especially when turning, it was making some awful noises. Overall, the people were great, the truck not so much.

Shelly MWhile picking up a trailer I asked if I would be able to drop it on at a location in Sandy. I would told I would be able to drop it off at any location. I requested that rent the trailer for out of town, I was told I could. The employee helping me printed out my contract and went over the first couple things then asked us to follow him. I later found out that the contracted stated that the trailer was for in town and needed to be returned to the mid city location. This was not gone over with us before we were given the contract. I dropped of the trailer at the Sandy location after moving. I then found out a couple days later that I was charged with late fees for not dropping the trailer off at the mid city location after I was told I could drop it off at any location. I was charged twice one time for $91 and another for $76. I called customer service and was told that it is most likely that I won’t get my money back, even though the employee made mistakes on the contract and did not go over the contract with us before pick up. I will never be visiting this location again.

Mathis CMy driver side mirror was in a position that I could only look out and see myself instead of cars on my side. I think checking mirrors should be a part of the process of checking the truck when it gets back

Moises RThe truck was muddy but the inside was fine. Apparently our auto transport didn’t get billed and we pulled it over 1000 miles with no contract. They billed us 2-3 days later and was not the agreed on amount. The truck had a mechanical issue and at low loads the drive line would rattle so bad it was almost unbearable in the cab. A deafening noise that caused me numerous times to pull off and make sure nothing was falling off the truck.we returned the trailer early to agreed location unharmed. Without any legal obligation to do so.

JULIO FIt was a smooth and easy experience. The pickup truck I rented for 2 days was clean, well maintained, and drove perfectly. The service person who helped me, Jordan, was excellent and everything about the rental went perfectly. Would highly recommend the location.
