David De Limai find it unacceptable that it cost me $226.58 to drive from Quebec to Florida, and then be charged $657.94 to drive from Florida to Quebec. This is difference of over $400.00. I find that the priced charged by Uhaul Miami was inordinate, especially given that I then had to pay to buy a safety pin that was not included with the trailer

As I was in a big hurry, I couldn't wait because with his bad mood he would do it reluctantly and make me even more late. How can you have a car in your fleet like that? Besides, it was a manual van and it smelled bad. In short, it was a bad experience.

MARC ABRAMSThe truck was unbelievably dirty, filled with insects and spiders everywhere, and smelled of feces. It was absolutely disgusting and I feel like I probably got some kind of disease while sitting in it.
Robert AlexanderThe technician did a rush job. Thank God I inspected the vehicle before leaving the premises. There should be 6 bolts attaching the hitch to the vehicle undercarriage; there were only 5. The panel inside where the wire harness was connected was not put back into place. The wire harness was dangling. The technician who did the work was gone. I pointed out my findings to the assistant manager who rectified these issues. Buyer beware.

Isabel RitaI did my business over the phoned including paying for the rental and 6 blankets to cover my furniture to avoid scratching or damaging it. I wasn’t given the blankets so I figured they were in the back of the truck and once I drove home I realized they weren’t. When I called to tell them they acted surprised that they weren’t in there. Whose job was it to see it that I received what I paid for. Also I arrived at the u haul rental site on Sunday at 9am sharp so I could get in and out fast. I found it disturbing that there was only one employer working on a Sunday which I assume is one of the 2 busiest days for business. I’m glad I got there early because I was second on line and I was in there for a half an hour the 25 people behind me by 9:30 were probably in there for hours before the 1 employer got to them. No fault of his own as he was answering phone calls and trying to help multiple people at the same time. It’s poor business when there aren’t enough people helping the customers. Like every business these days everybody is understaffed so the big wigs can stuff their greedy pockets while screwing the customers.

Juan MezaI rented a UHaul 15 foot truck to only realize after leaving the property that the windshield wipers did not work. It rained late one night when it was too late to ask to switch trucks. I had to delay my moving process and extend my intended rental time and wait for the rain to clear up before I could drive safely. The passenger side lock on the outside was also busted.

Kristen DuncombeThe van was vacuumed, I'll give it that, but it was filthy outside, hadn't been washed clearly in a very long time and the inside was so dusty and sticky. I didn't want to touch the dashboard at all. The van needs to go to car wash on the outside and have the front cabin be cleaned. Other than that, the staff was friendly, helpful and fast. I will definitely be back and appreciate the good service.

You system is not customer friendly; I had to go to a different storage in Doral (40 minutes away) and then back to the North Miami facility in order to store my items. Webpage (My account) does not register the current sotarge rental under my name, which makes it impossible to make an online payment.

ADAM CHAUSER | Overall ExperienceStaff was rude and completely uninterested in helping customers. The young lady that helped me seemed like she was struggling to keep conscious and had little interest in being there. When we had an issue with the keypad to get in we were admonished by a very annoyed front desk worker who told us we weren’t using both keypads. The issue was no one told us there were two or that they needed to be used together or in what order. We were supposed to guess. When I asked if she could just check the code in case it was the code so I wouldn’t have to come back she said just use both keypads as though she couldn’t be bothered. It’s a good thing your business model is based on demand and need as opposed to customer service and sales ability. You’d be bankrupt and out of business otherwise

Alaxei Kataenko | First ImpressionsWhen we first arrived, we were told our storage locker was at another address completely (incorrect). Multiple times when we visited our storage locker we had to ask staff to move their car as it was blocking the loading door. 4 days prior to my storage unit expiring, I called their office, told the man who answered the phone that i would like to extend for another month, and he took my credit card number. A week later a woman called me and said my payment was overdue, and threatening me with late fees and lien fees etc etc. It turns out the man had only processed "the insurance owing on the first month" (~$10). I had been told upon original check in that this was included in my first free month. When the woman processed my 2and month rental payment, she charged me 2 lots of insurance. ******I would like 1 of these refunded please******
