This is my go-to location for propane; however, I don't often rent equipment. The staff were friendly and made it an easy process to rent and return the trailer I used.

It was never mentioned to me I just saw the charge and then reviewed the receipt. It would’ve been nice if he had explained that while I as there and it might have changed my mind.

Jill DWe had be given an extended return time of 2:30 (per the app); however, we were charged an additional day rental for returning @ 2:06 (although we were there by 2:00 and had to WAIT to be acknowledged). When I received my receipt it showed that we were charged $40 for an additional day?! It showed that our return time was 1:30...even though our return time was 2:30 on the app (as previously stated) AND we even returned it a HALF AN HOUR ahead of the time we understood our return time to be. I've rented NUMEROUS times from this location and am disappointed that we had to leave without confirming everything and rely solely on the discretion of the person that checked our truck back in (he had 2 other trucks that were in front of ours for returning and advised that everything was "fine")

Spencer BTrailer was covered in mud. Computer system was poorly operating at pickup, and completely down on return. A $5.00 "safe trip" charge was added when my reservation was transferred from another location (so was a dolly and furniture pads, but I caught those). All in all, a darn poor customer service experience. Makes me pretty certain I never want to visit this location again.

Thomas HI went in to rent a moving truck. Upon entering I was greeted with an infectious smile. The employee named NATE gladly assisted me. He consistently provided exceptional service by attentively listening to my requests, responding with patience and doing all he can to help me get the right truck for me. He was super friendly and helpful. U-Haul should hire more people like NATE. This was my first time ever renting a truck and he really made me experience quick and easy. Would definitely recommend 10/10 . That man deserves a raise.

Steven SFix your voice mail. When you call and it goes to voice mail you can’t hear it so you think someone hung up on you. Check the car out before customers time starts. Your link in the text I was sent doesn’t work properly so I couldn’t take photos of the primer gray areas and without a photo my review of truck’s condition couldn’t be sent. I wasn’t sent an updated final invoice. I didn’t use all the appropriate mikes I listed on the application but the extra I was charged wasn’t returned.

David HEverything was nice, customer service, the renting process but the truck had Gatorade bottles and things from the previous renter. The cargo had little pieces of carpet all over which got onto my new piece of furniture. Besides that it was a good experience.
Morgen CI have rented motorcycle trailers from this location multiple times and this is the first time I have encountered this issue. The trailer I rented had trash, tie-down straps, and a bunch of white dust that may have be from drywall.
Michael SOne of the service representatives (name tagged Nate) was busy flirting with a girl and ignored my request to return the truck. He said (without looking at me), "Leave the key in the truck. " When I asked for the return process and receipt, he said he was on break. I begged him for a receipt, and he reluctantly processed my request and returned to the girl he was fascinated with. He then made a joke while looking at me. Apparently, I disturbed his social activity—very unprofessional and rude service. There was no response to my complaint text to the store manager.

JONATHAN WThere was only one person in the office. Poor guy was trying his best to process people's returns and get new rentals out the door. It took almost an hour to get my trailer, even with an online reservation. Maybe they should consider hiring a part-time employee for the morning.

Aris FAgain, I'm not faulting any location or locL persons. The people at UHaul head office made a big mistake when they ordered these new Ford trucks.....I'm a former CDL driver, the suspension is even too rough to be a gravel truck! Unbelievable
Stephen BI live in San Diego, was picking up donations in Orange county, realized after stop 1, I may not fit stop 2 in my truck, went to the closest UHAUL and they didn't have a one way trailer, but set me up with one not too far that could, very professional and nice experience all around.

MARK MExcellent service. However, although not a big deal, this time and the time before when we rented trailers, found previous renters' trash left (the odd empty water bottle, used grinder disk, sand, which could easily have been swept out). Again, not a huge deal, but kept if from being the "top level, couldn't get better" level of service. Speed and responsiveness was great.
Anthony RAfter I arrived at this location, no U-Haul employees were in the main front customer area. I waited in line with 3 other customers for 10 minutes for a U-Haul employee to come to the counter. Once she arrived, however, she was friendly, informative, and fast. The trailer brake actuator chain hook did not have a rubber retainer tab. It ended up bouncing off the slot on my hitch, and dragging on the ground. When I discovered this after my first stop, the chain had already fallen off and had been dragging on the road. I had to hook a link of that chain onto one of the safety chain hooks, then tie it to the hook with a cord. Also, after beginning to fill the trailer, I found the interior rub-rail to be broken in several places. The hard rubber molding was intact, but several portions of the wood frame that anchors the molding were broken off the inside side walls, causing the molding to sag and catch on items we were moving into the trailer.

Lawrence STruly one of the more horrible experiences possible as a whole. The alternator died on the truck within 20 miles and stranded me and cost all of my time with moving help while support offered no help. Called store 10+ times to no answer to get moved to support who would not return any messages from me or the tow truck driver. No reimbursement for loss of time or inconvenience and losing this time meant my finance and I lost all labor to help and U-Haul ruined a an entire week of my life. Will actively tell people not to use this service again.

Charles PMore often than not, the size truck that we reserve is not available at pick up time. While not the fault of the location itself, it is frustrating. Also, the app that is used to return the truck after hours is not reliable. It kept saying our location could not be detected despite using multiple devices where location services was turned on.

wenzes sPicked up a trailer and it has a hole in it somehwere as when we got it there was water all in the inside. Had to dry it out and one of the sales reps. said "Free wash huh?" Like it was funny or something and then after it was unhitched they just put it back on the lot for the next person to get it. Also upon hooking up didn't check out lights this time through. Rent here often but feel like it isn't as thorough as it has been in the past.

Marilena MI first tried the self-check in which was a disaster the app would never accept or realize my location even though I was sitting inside of the center and I became very frustrated. The self check in app is NOT very user friendly.

JUSTIN WWhile the staff was wonderful the new rental process is HORRIBLE. I don’t know how much U-Haul thinks it is going to save by eliminating human interaction and forces it to be “do it yourself” but this is going to cause a loss of customers.
Lakoya PTook truck and it wasn’t clean in back and gas was off. Tried to charge for gas I didn’t use. Not a big deal but clearly wasn’t check in properly and it Looked like I did all the mess when I only took for 1.5 hours to move one couch. Need to invest in a better fleet y stem Fleetio for instance so gas is accurate on computer. Representative was very nice trying her best….but for Sat morning need to put this on mgmt to schedule better. Peace
