There are better ways to verify/confirm the validity of Driver license, the idea of taking photos every time I am renting a truck is absurd. You can do better than this!

The lockbox and removing the key from the lock box is pretty painful and not an intuitive and user friendly operation at all. We need to tweak and wiggle and move around quite a few times before you can open it. Please improve

Joe was nice and accommodating, process was easy with everything done through the app. Even though Simi is an innocent town, I didn’t feel super safe here dropping off after hours. Will rethink for next time.

Brandon was excellent! He hooked up the trailer when we picked it up, unhooked it when we dropped it off and was great to deal with through the whole transaction! That's what customer service is and how it should always be!!!

George was my helper at Simi valley site on Los Angeles ave, he was kind ,fast , accurate, focused on me and just me as a cut during my turn, He has great customer service, means what he says and says what he means personality. He gets the job done in a timely manner with a giving attitude, he is a good asset to the company.

The mileage charge took a thirty-five dollar rental up to $110. So we realized the gouge is the mileage. Not an affordable rental at all.

I rented a trailer to pick up next day, when was 15 minutes to my time, Uhaul changed the pick up location to other one so far away, about 20 miles more. I just went because I needed so much and I call to customer service and they didn’t left me drop off the original place I reserved. It was a terrible experience this time = /

Not only would i not recommend u-haul to a friend, Not family, nor a passing stranger on the street. I wish there were a class action law-suit i could join to justify the removal of $20 in town moving from all your vans. Just tell people you’re going to charge them on mileage upfront. It was never disclosed, the rep did not know what the insurance was for, nor if it were needed for a 1 hour <30 mile rental. The van displayed in kilometers which could only be seen after driving due to the numerous maintenance warnings displaying where the odometer is. Not allowing me to verify the mileage for myself! Somebody please use the money from my overpriced rental to pay for better employee training. Because lord knows it’s not being spent on livable wages or vehicle upkeep. I’ve told myself in the past i’d never use uhaul’s services again and this most recent rental is a reminder why.

The service and pleasant environment at U-Haul was beyond expectations. I feel that they provided more than I had paid for, which is a new experience for me. I hope to do more business with you, for I was impressed with everything. My means of payment are limited and at 78 years of age, all help is appreciated. Riding my bicycle is good exercise, but the women have beaten me down and I will not survive long.

Another excellent example of U-Haul. From State Street in Hemet to Los Angeles Ave in Simi. Avoid the U-Haul on Inez St in Hemet unless you also need hay and feed!

Hope this note finds you well and informed to improve knowing a customer cares for everyone's success and happiness. The Van had a Tire System Maintenance and the tire icon sensor noted on dashboard. When brought to attention to Front Desk at Beginning of Rental and End of Rental, I was heard but did not feel that the service light was important. It sounded like this is a on going problem that is a burden and hardship to fix and NOT take seriously. Believe me when I say Low and Flat Tires can be a dragging issue. Maybe I am a little sensitive and I sincerely apologize in advance for I am not one to complain or bring more work to anyone. We all work to much. I hope this is taken seriously that if a tire blows on a freeway it would become serious and could cause more than just material expenses. I was taught the most important parts of a vehicle are the tires and oil.... When it is said this is just a reset...and it's fine...I went on my way. It is to my benefit to do my own observation before loading...the tire was down on one of the tires...not a little but quit a bit. Thinking it has been an ongoing issue that the tires are at a point that it is not checked...it's fine. Well...tires are expensive and wear ... .etc. And the "IF" a chance to have an accident and hurt anyone is the why this is shared. We all get to care for one another : ) and do our due part to prevent potential harm. Thank you for your time and rental. Have a wonderful day!

They have made multiple services of this Uhaul site easy and seamless to use and invest patronage in, from rental vehicles to storage space, to moving supplies, to friendly advice and enjoyable almost “small town” friendliness. There was quite a long period of time where I couldn't reach the staff at this location by phone. I was always transferred to another facility to take a message for them. 9 out of 10 times that I left messages I did not receive returned calls.

Rude, lazy and not willing to work staff. They all had their cars blocking my storage unit. I had to ask them for access, when not one but 3 employees leisurely took their time moving their car show vehicles as I waited a few minutes. The facility is dirty and it would make sense with 3 ppl who just take their time doing almost nothing. There was a mixup by uhaul of my pickup location and the staff were not helpful. Which all coincided with the customer service number who basically did the same thing and pushed me off to someone else to someone else. What a waste of time having me drive all over town and not be helpful. Horrible experience. If I wasn’t moving and needed your services that day I would have gone elsewhere. From this point forward you lost a customer. Thanks for wasting my time. Good to see staff being paid to do absolutely zero work.
