Personnel were very very rude. Words to describe the man who was working at U.S gas. - not helpful - disrespectful - degrading - unpleasant - insulting - vulgar
Kwasi AThe app and website malfunctioned over and over. It took 30 min each to check in and out. I kept having to do things over and over. The person at the station couldn’t help because he experienced the same problems and was busy doing inspection stickers. Terrible experience. Location and cleanliness was on point, but for less headache , anyone should just drive a few blocks down to the actual uhaul to get checked in/out by a person .

Christopher KU-Haul app could not accept the odometer picture, need to have an alternative way to return vehicle when app is not working.

DANIEL HMy appointment and scheduled uhaul pick up fell through and I had to drive 44 extra miles just to get this one from Stoughton terrible customer support at the Hanover location which is where I reserved weeks prior my ubaul that never came and I got charged for the 44 extra miles

MAIRA JI was almost charged for 2 days rental instead of 1. I rented it for 6hrs. Picked up at 9:22, brought back at 3:15. It was originally rented for 9-3. I can’t believe that I paid for a whole day, 24hrs, only used it for 6, but was almost charged for 2 days if I didn’t dispute it.
