I would recommend for convenience of location only. Pickup location is an auto collision repair business and the rental units are crowded in with damaged autos and not easy to maneuver. The equipment was filthy. Inside the cab there was mud and trash all over the driver side floorboard and inside door. The cargo space had mud, a salt like substance, animal hair and insects. I had to clean the cargo area with bleach and water 3 times before I could use the truck. I also had to clean out the interior which caused me a 2 hour delay before I could start loading the truck.
Jeff FerrellU haul never fails to rip people off.... it doesn't matter what condition things are returned in, you will charge extra for something... I am glad I rarely have to use your service, because when I do you continue to disappoint!

JORDAN PRITCHETTI do not recommend dropping off at this location. When I arrived, they told me there was no where to park the vehicle and that I needed to bring it to another location. I specifically picked this location since it was on the way and the others were not close and in bad areas of town. They were nice about it, but they should have prepared for my arrival or moved it to another location themselves. Don’t get stuck begging them to take it like me.
Mary Kathryn ParrottIt's not the location that's the problem. It's the fact that I reserved a truck at Vestavia. I received an email that my reservation was moved to a Shell station in Homewood. I showed up there to find the 15' truck I reserved wasn't there. But I was offered a cargo van...that wouldn't do the job of the truck I reserved. Finally, I was told to go to a body shop 35 minutes away in Trussville. Wow, how convenient. I wasn't given any sort of discount for the incredible inconvenience, but only a few extra free miles...that I didn't need to begin with. Totally horrible customer service the entire way.

Sunni SpeigleU-haul corporate changed the pickup location at last minute. Original reservation made at Center Point location. Changed pickup location did not have furniture dolly or furniture pads which made me visit two locations across town to complete my moving needs. Unacceptable! To make matters worse; corporate changed the trailer pick-up location a second time back to Center Point. Upon arrival on day of reservation at 8 am...no trailer available and I was sent across town to 5909 C Service Rd location. Poor, poor, poor customer service!
Reid ArmisteadDropped off at night, called the next day and they said the trailer was checked in. Two weeks later and yesterday it was finally checked in. Poor customer service.
