Reserved a 15 foot truck didn’t have it when I arrived. Only had a couple 10 foot truck. The owner didn’t even know I was coming to his location but then looked it up and saw my reservation when I was there with him.

YAW ATruck was dirty, had to clean it to avoid paying fees. Added $10 in gas, which was way more than I owed, and was still charged additional gas money to my credit card. Emailed the company, never received a reply.
Gene LRyder trucks are over all more expensive with rental fees but unlimited mileage... I rent trucks every weekend and possibly will be going back to Ryder because the mileage fees at Uhaul are crazy $1.79 per mile is robbery. And I don't appreciate it. John RI will recommend or use this company again. After 3 failed attempts of picking up a “self pick up equipment “. I’ve over charge and treated with no kind of professionalism. This is just not right.
Lizmar EThe representative was rude when I picked up the truck. Then when I went to load the truck the rear door became stuck. We had to wait 3 hours for a rep to come out and fix the door. The rep mentioned it happens all the time. If it happens all the time replace the truck. It put me behind scheduled & I will never rent from uhual again. I paid too much money for broken equipment. Not to mention the transmission kept failing when driving the truck.
