I was given a truck that was not cleaned and quoted a price of $73 I returned the truck in the same condition I was given the truck but was charged a $25 cleaning charge I was also charge a $20 credit card payment on my citizens debit card My total was $91.59 I also stayed under my 10 mile that I asked for so why all thr charges this isnt rite

The computer system was down and no one called me to inform me. I got there to pick up the truck and no one had any solutions/suggestions for my problem. I decided to go to the U-Haul at Allegheny and Glenwood the same happened. I had to make the suggestions. I asked if I could have two smaller trucks to make up for the big truck I had requested since none was available they said I would have to pay the mileage on both trucks. Finally, they registered me there, gave me paperwork so I could pick up the truck at Hunting Park Ave. When I went to pick up the truck the person there said they shouldn't have registered me over at the other location "that was wrong". I had 3 men with me to help me move and we were running back and forth to get this resolved. Moving is stressful enough without all this drama. No courtesy, no let me give you some sort of discount. What ever happened to Customer Service?

I rented a van and returned it in the same condition I received it. I left a crate inside by mistake and the representative said I left it dirty inside and charged me $25.00 for dust or footprints. I would like a refund for this charge. They never said I needed to wash out the van.

Also excellent customer service, the one young man talked about becoming a regional manager and how surprise he was. An Excellent choice I say. Exceptional and caring cutter service. I enjoyed watching him interact with his co-worker and his customer. I was there long enough to observe, as I too worked in customer for many years it is a pleasure watching these young men take pride in what they do. Thank you all for your detailed attention to my request.

The inside smelled a little maybe spray with febreeze or something other than the smell pretty clean inside and out van was driving good ,breaks were awesome, felt safe overall. had a check wheels light on that they should have checked before renting out.

I don't know how you can improve, but the location is small and there is only room for 2 customer service reps, so the wait was long. Filling up at gas at the place across the street was a bad idea; they only sell 93 gas and it contains ethanol. It costs about $3.50/gal. So staff could alert people to this so they fill up elsewhere.

Unfortunately, I requested a one way truck online and when I got to the location they only had a two way available. This was a huge inconvenience to me as my new apartment was 30 miles away from this location.

The initial truck air conditioning did not work and had to come back in the morning for a new truck. The roof caps were damaged so water leaked in the truck.

We had a problem with our reservation. It caused an 1hour delay in getting our truck. The person on staff did honor the reservation after some explaining. I was annoyed because I put in the reservation 6 weeks earlier so I wouldn't have an issue. If you don't mind a bit of agravation then you'll be fine getting your truck from here.

The truck has a broken driver side rear view mirror but the truck drove well and was clean. The service was professional and there was no waiting. The best uhaul place I have been to and I have been to many.

I reserved a truck for 7:30am at a different location. On the day I was suppoused to pick up the truck I was notified at 7:20am that there were no trucks available at that location. I contacted a customer service agent who said they had then reserved a bigger truck then I originally wanted at the same location but in fact it was significantly farther away from my destination. Overall the experience was very poor and I would not recommend using U-Haul to anyone with this customer service.

The truck was dirty and contained a broken queen size frame and mattress. Additionally, the Air was barely working. The staff were very slow and inefficient during check in. The reservation process was also hopeless. Had three attempts to reschedule Sunday to Saturday, but the operator was not helpful. "Nothing is available" the first time. On the third call managed to reschedule. But when I turned up Saturday to collect it, no record of the change!!!!! Caused a delay scrambling to find something at another location.

I had put my rental request in on line for the Glenwood location. Apparently the pickup truck wasn't available at that location. I had to go to this new location which was a long way out of the area and my way. The truck was ready as expected but when I closed my contract out at the end I found that the mileage price had mysteriously increased to 99 cents a mile instead of 69 cents a mile as agreed which was not the normal offer. I do not believe there accidents around billing. I feel that I was taken advantage of at this location. I won't use then ever again and will discourage anyone else from choosing this location. H

To begin, the Uhaul we received had bump, scratches, marks, and bruises everywhere. Most notably was the front fender, which was falling off and being held on by an aux cord. We turn the truck in after hours. I checked the mileage to double check that the cost wouldn't change and it was exactly what I anticipated. The next morning, I received an additional charge. When I called the 1-800 number, I was told they charged me $28 for gas and it increased my bill. $28 dollars for what?! I only went 10 miles, that's not even a full gallon and they charged me for 7! I am now awaiting a refund, which may take up to 72 just to be contacted, not including bank processing time. Horrible! Do NOT return here after hours.

15' van's storage compartment had not been cleaned /swept out. Also, the van had an empty fuel tank to start, but the proprietor did apply a $50 fuel purchase credit so long as I returned the van with a quarter-tank of gas at it's final destination in Harrisburg, PA.

When we picked up the truck everything went smoothly. Once we opened the truck to start loading items, it reeked of marijuana and it had an empty blue tube thing in there that look like it could of held drugs. When we went to drop off the truck we got on the premises at 7:00p. About time we got to the door to had off the keys it was 7:02. We was told that we were two mins late, and when we went to complain about the truck smell no one seemed care.

The most horrible service I ever received at uhaul. 1. They gave me the keys and said your good to go didnt show me where the truck was and when we got to it and did our "own" inspection. It was flithy. 2. Went back inside askes for another truck the sales associate had an attitude, didnt have on a name tag so I asked him for his name he refused. Mind you the GM was sitting right next to him. Gave us the keys and this time I asked the GM to accompany us to inspect the truck. He did, but when we did when he said we were good to good I spotted a cracked mirror. 3. I had to go inside again just for them to get it right. Gave us the keys and had to ask the Gm again to accompany us to inspect the truck. I have never experienced this before at a uhaul usually someone accompanys me when receiving the truck. Three times just to get it right thats ridiculous. The names are the individuals are Alex and wilson who I received this service from.

My pickup time was at 7am. Employee did not arrive until 7:15am. Once he was settled in we Had to try 3 different trucks, the first 2 sounded like they needednew muflers and he couldn't find the key to the third. I went to this location because it was close but don't think I'll be using it again. Never had this problem at any other U-Haul location.

I called to extend my truck one more day since it was pouring rain and I wasn't moving a whole house. When I asked if I could extended it I was told " nope" I wanted for a minute thinking they were playing and when I said are you serious ? They said " yeah I'm serious, nope" so unprofessional. When I asked why they explained they had a reservation for that truck at 9 am and if I don't return the truck they are charging me 250.00. The whole experience was unfrofessional and I will not be using this location again

this was the second location we went to the first location where we made the reservation was not able to give us a truck so we had to switch ...I recommend not having hole in the wall places provide uhauls....they were also very rude

Have your employees treat the customers with respect. Debra from Customer Service was fucking horrible. It's too much too type but I know you guys have our whole conversation recorded so you can take a listen to that. The employees there are scammers. They charged me for equipment that I never even put on my order. Bottom line I will never use Uhaul for any rentals or even recommend them.

They told me and my brother they don't take the dolly off from tires or from truck hook. If we want it done it cost 15.00 dollars extra if that have tone do anything with contract they say no is separate and cash only. My brother pay it but they should had done it cause it should be there job.

When I got there they claimed that it wasn't any trucks left. But on the website it said that they had trucks left so I made a reservation to see if they would give me one then and not to my surprise 10 minutes later I had a truck. The customer service was horrible. The guy threw my debit card back at me. The associates were cursing up a storm. Not to mention that the place was infested with flies. The associates we're trying to kill them left and right. The only good thing I can say is the price was right and the truck was clean and well maintained.

The employees looked half asleep and one just continually ate her chips and stared. The van I was given was really dirty, the gas level didn't match the paperwork, and the windshield was so dirty, I had problems seeing through it with the sunlight reflecting off the haze. When I reported the discrepancy, they marked it on the paperwork for me and, when I asked for a glass wipe for the windshield, he tried to clean off the inside of the driver's half of the windshield so I was satisfied with how they attempted to fix the problems. When I returned the van, it turned out that I was given the wrong vehicle, which is why the gas level it started with didn't match the system. The employee who originally rented it to me didn't say anything or appear to even care when he was told what happened. If there were a different location near me that I could rent this type of vehicle from, I would never use this location again.

The staff at uhaul are ignorant and do not care about you or your valuables. The staff is untrained in UBox and they will continue with the false advertisement and fraud. I`m filing a lawsuit.
