I think that the personal there was very unprofessional and I was told that I would get a receipt via email but it never came just my overall experience wasn't good sorry for being so blunt but sometimes you just need to know

Everyone here was polite, professional and great with getting us set up. The truck however leaked (rain) and ruined a king sized mattress of ours as well as some small kitchen appliances even though they were boxed up. It just leaked that much. Please take all precautions you can if you choose to move using a uhaul truck.

This location is very slow. My paperwork that I was ask to leave for proof of residence was thrown in the trash. They had to dig it out the trash can

Terrible customer service from start to finish. The manager at this location doesn’t give a flying rats ass about getting back to you especially after the situation I had last Monday. For my time and money wasted. I don’t recommend this location or uhaul for anyone because they don’t keep their promises or even try to help.

I PERSONALLY went into the location and spoke to the owner, Melvin Boseman. I explained the situation and told him that I was physically drained and I might not be able to get the truck back on time due to the toll the heat took on my body. He ASSURED me that since I had the issue with the air and it was SOOOOO hot that he WOULD NOT charge me any extra fees for bringing the truck back later than originally scheduled. Well guess what....YES additional charges. I HAVE RENTED FROM UHAUL OVER 20 TIMES IN THE PAST 4 YEARS.........NO MORE !!!!! I am BEYOND upset with Uhaul and the way you treat a loyal customer. I know that my recourse is limited but I will go a far as my limited abilities will allow me to protest your UNFAIR treatment ................

The computer system didn't communicate with the location right away, and in spite of me checking in on line, I still had to provide a lot of the same information upon arrival to check out the equipment/vehicle -- there was too much duplication of effort. However, the staff was extremely accommodating, professional, friendly, and welcoming -- outstanding service. (My critique is ONLY on U-hauls on line check in system -- NOT on the location staff.)

I didn’t receive the appliance dolly I ordered but I was still charged for it and I couldn’t use the rental because of this and wasn’t offer any type of resolution or discount for this inconvenience.

I reserved online got to pick up location and had to redo it all...... then the rep didnt know where I was to drop truck off at today told me best he could do was tell me to call the 800 number when I got ready to return the truck Called 800 number lady didnt know her but from a hole in the ground told me to take truck back to uhaul place in Augusta on Gordon hwy where i picked it up on Saturday not to count when i picked it up they had to give me a 15 ft when i reserved a 10ft service sucked communication with employee at pick up and also on phone w/ customer service was both unprofessional

Check-in was more streamlined than what I was previously used to. At least the traditional way of renting a truck still exists. Some people still carry flip phones, and some people do not own a personal computer.

have handicap parking. I was instructed to go away from the building to a fenced in area and walk back. I had a handicap sticker clearly visible in my window and disable vet tags on my vehicle. The guy delivering the truck was quite rude because he did not want me to park in front of the building. The inside attendant was very nice.

Location had plenty trucks and asseccessories. The building is well maintained and had ample lighting in the evening for the truck return. Also gentleman helped me even though I was doing self pick up Great service!

If you're looking for a UHAUL location to provide service to you ... the one at 1802 Gordon Hwy is the BEST! They help me choose which equipment was best and offered me additional products that i needed to get the job done. Their customer service is ALWAYS on point! If you want to be treated right ... this is the UHAUL location you need to go to.

They were really busy with check out and did not have enough help. Came to office one the first time and left. The second time waited in line for almost an hour, even after making reservations on line. But once I got to the desk the guy did a GREAT job

There was only (1) associate able to check in customers and the line got pretty lengthy. I would recommend that there are at least (2) EE's that are available for check-in so that customers do not get agitated due to long wait times. Although the wait was long, Preston was very helpful and so was the other gentleman there that was pulling up trucks and getting them ready. I dont remember his name but he tried to jump in and help Preston with check in on the computers but was not that knowledgeable about that process. He was extremely helpful and kudos to him for trying to help Preston out.

I waited to return my equipment for over 30 minutes and no one ever came outside to the equipment return, I had to go inside and then the guy blamed it on the other representative. Also the morning representative took one of the dollies off because he said I needed one and four hours after I returned the truck a representative called me and told me I did not return it. Communication and customer service was horrible.

The store was way to busy for only two people working. There was no signage showing which way to put your returns just a sign that said return in between two streets. The gentleman failed to inform me I had to stay on location to check my trailer in. Also the app failed to work. I was asked to wait. Waited 20 mins and could not get help had a doctor's appointment so I had to leave contacted uhaul they couldn't even reach the store then that night I was finally able to reach the store and the associate said she had to get a manager to check the trailer in. No word back until this email I returned it on the 6th at 9 am
