Kelly is always so nice and knowledgeable with everything there! I've been driving out of my way when I need Uhaul services since 2015 just because of her! If I were the regional manager, I would give her a raise...thanks Kelly!

There were some issues.....HOWEVER, the manager Kelly was STUPENDOUS and went out of her way to make this a positive experiance. She is one manager you want to keep at U-haul. Her customer service was great!

This was a two-day rental of a 17' truck. From start to finish, everything went very smoothly. Except for the potholes along the way!

I Needed to utilize roadside assistance. Waited on phone to get real help for 40 minutes. Tried the online chat. No response there either. Loved the truck, loved the local people. 800 help is worthless

I had declined coverage for insurance and when I got my receipt it was put in that I wanted the most expensive coverage offered. I called into the office and explained this and was pretty much told too bad so sad. I will NEVER use this service again. SHAME ON UHAUL. I had done the reservation online and declined insurance there, went in the office, declined insurance there, but the guy kept telling me his screen is frozen and he has to do it again - after 3 times, he said it was fine and all was good, good for Uhaul I guess. I literally went 13 miles - WHO NEEDS THE MOST EXPENSIVE COVERAGE FOR 13 MILES?!

This U-Haul experience was my worst, in relation to the vehicle, not the location. I was swerving all over the highway because the alignment of the van was way off.

When you rent a truck and have to change the reservation for a week later you only get the truck for 10 hours and still have to pay full price. The person at the business didn't take the sign out of the window or anything. This will be our only time to use UHAUL. Not impressed at all.

The employee who handled the rental was very accommodating and really hustled to attend to 4 customers all at the same time...one truck rental with additional equipment..one propane refill, one renturn and my rental of a trailer. She went above and beyond. Return the trailer was equally as fast and efficient. Thanks to both of them.

I rented a pull behind trailer, the employee was quick, knowledgeable, friendly and had excellent customer service. I will be using this location again and would give this location a high recommendation to family, friends, and others.

The Customer service was very poor. The lady who attended us was very rude & condescending. During the pick up of my vehicle she seemed rushed & busy although I was the only customer there. Did not like my experience at all. Would choose a different location next time.

Returned vehicle Manager/District Manager Kelly Lemmon charges me for a low tire and says I ran over a nail a 2 hour rental costs me $172.20 plus gas this was very deceptive, bad business and poor customer relations she is very monotone and scripted in all she says and does I feel taken, scammed and will never use U Haul and will report the bad business practices to the BBB and anyone else I communicate with including reviews on line and in person!

i think the checking truck back in after business hours is complicated and should be clearly stated to just return the keys in the drop in box if desired. i tried for 15 min. to find the "return my truck" on my phone and finally called the after hours no. and was told i could just return the keys. when you return a truck after moving your tied and do not want to spend more time.

When we returned the truck, your associate stated he was going to charge us a cleaning fee because he found an Ash by the wheel well. We don't smoke, which I told him 3 times. He said well I can show you the picture. I said we don't smoke and he said I guess I'll trust you this time. Quite rude! We were going to rent again next week, but now are going somewhere else! You lost a sale!!

I did not feel comfortable with all of the change I haul has made since I last rented from you. I did not like how long it takes to get in the truck. I was not happy with fact that you have to use your phone to log in within 5 mins of finishing up inside and follow prompts. I was late getting to my destination doing all of this extra stuff. The attendant in the store made me give her a reference for the truck and I couldn’t use my boyfriend since he was standing there with me so that made it difficult. She called my reference right in front of me. I just feel like all of this isn’t necessary to rent a truck. It’s not like I was receiving money or a loan. On top of that, my card was declined because I was going to go to the atm after I left. (Usually the card is not charged right away). Well I had to end up putting $100 cash down and I was told I would have to get my balanced owed in a check form in 4-6 weeks! That’s awful! You used to be able to pick up your money the next day. I saw that you can not park your car at the uhaul location anymore so I had to park my car somewhere unfamiliar down the street. I actually put too much gas back in the truck and probably won’t get any compensation for that... Lastly, it took me about 20 minutes to “return my truck” since the brochure says to log in, again unfortunately on my phone which was dying and there is no where to charge your phone in the truck, and the log in kept taking me back to the same screen and didn’t even say anywhere about “return my truck”. The directions on the brochure were unclear. I had to good unsullied return my truck and put in the order number to check the truck back in. I have received double emails from uhaul about my transaction and rating my experience. My experience was frustrating and these trucks are the same old trucks. Seems like you’re worried about someone stealing these trucks or something and they are not fancy or anything. I just don’t understand all these changes. I was not satisfied.

The fender was flying around due to the Agent tying it down with a metal zip tie that came loose as soon as I entered the freeway. I had to use a bungy cord to tie the fender down to get back. Unsafe equipment should be rented out. It was a tow dolly.

The man at service desk when we picked up was great helpful . However the lady that serviced us was completely rude to my husband I stepped in cause I can’t stand someone talking down to people the way she did to my husband . She changed her tune real quick however it was already to late . She was mean and awful . She should take lessons from the young gentlemen at the counter . Nobody should be treated that way .

I would appreciate a call from someone who represents this facilty; (ie) regional manager, owner, etc. I was told that I had to put in seven gallons of gas after only driving 42 total miles. 6 miles per gallon? Unreal.

when i took the tow dolly i went one mile and saw the fender was loose weld came loose b4 i had it. I took it back right away and they said it was ok. it wasnt they shouldnt have let it out that way I was worried the whole time it was going to fall off. because the fender was loose the wire broke off for the lights near the end of the trip. bad experience!!

I drove the 15 foot box truck - I left my paperwork in the truck, so I cannot recall the truck number. The only problem I had was the driver side mirror was pointing straight to the ground and was impossible to adjust. It made driving unsafe at times. Please make sure the mirror is fixed for the next driver who rents this vehicle. Customer service was excellent checking in and checking out. Joe Rex Massillon Ohio Lincoln Way Location
