It would've been nice to have the ice scraped off of the windshield so that I didn't have to go get my own ice scrape and attempt it. I'm short and I couldn't reach the whole windshield.MELISSA P.
I find it absolutely ridiculous that I had to drop off my uhaul rental to the same exact location I picked it up at.. so therefore I was charged over $80 instead of the actual $60 that I rented for less than 8 hours. Penske doesn't do this sort of thing to their customers and let's them drop their trucks off at any sort of location nearest. I will never use uhaul ever again and I will be going to Penske from now on.Jeremy C.

The original place I was sent to pick up the truck did not have the truck I reserved. I do not understand why it is possible to reserve a truck that does not exist. We had to go an extra 30 minutes out of our way, on top of an hour that we had already drive to find the truck. This was unacceptable.Aaron D.

Do not place trucks into service that do not have working horns, oil pressure gauges, and oil fill idiot lights - Had this not simply been a local move, I would have refused the truck based upon the lack of a working oil pressure gauge - when asked, the employees at the renting location indicated that the truck had been like this for many months and not to worry .... Then, to find out 1 mile down the road that the horn was not functional when someone pulled out right in front of me, not a good feeling, and based upon these two failed pieces of critical equipment, this truck should never have been on the road.Kevin G.

This location seemed extremely unsafe, it's located in a part of Youngstown that you would be afraid to get out of your car. Maybe you should consider changing locations so people feel more comfortable going to that store. That's why the equipment was booked for the Belmont location rather than mahoning, but still I ended up having to go to thereANDREW F.
I was told to pick up trailer at one location. I showed up and they didn't have it. I had to travel 30 minutes in the wrong direction to get my trailer.aaron J.
I went to pick up my 10 foot truck, only to be told that I could not leave my car parked there. Had to delay my moving team while I made arrangements to take my car somewhere and get dropped back off. There should have been a BOLD Notification on the online reservation Area about this. There was another customer picking up at the same time I was, that was also inconvenienced because he was not aware of this either. Totally ridiculous, especially when I returned my truck, I discovered that for pick up trucks and cargo vans, THOSE CUSTOMERS ARE PERMITTED TO LEAVE THEIR VEHICLES. How is that fair ??? I WILL NOT be recommending this location to any of my friends or family.Donna D.

The truck i was given was ready for the bone yard. No oil pressure at idle, very clunky, every body panel damaged. No pride in rental fleet. Perfectly good trucks available and I got the junkiest one there. Would not recommend.Paul B.

I reserved the u-haul over the app and I put in the card info over the app. So I didn't bring my card with me. The app didn't work when I tried to start the check out process. My overall experience was great, however.. My aunt's dolly got left in the uhual (along with the one it came with) and my local uhual is saying that it is their dolly, and thag they already sent it out on a one way trip out of state -- this is petty, unprofessional and quite frankly bullshit. Why the hell would there be two dollies in the vehicle to begin with - also, if it WAS their dolly why wasn't I charged for breaking the seal on it? Why did it not have a single uhual sticker on it? it's crap -- I broke my foot five minutes into moving and someone who was nice enough to help me move is now out probably hudreds of dollars because it was a nice ass dolly and I have to deal with this shit. But hey, it's all good, because I have nothing but time with the nex t 4-6 weeks off and will GLADLY take you guys to small claims court and bash the hell out of y'all on social media.AARON M.

I would recommend your phone service overall. When I dropped off my trailer after hours I couldn't get my trailer off so I called the phone lines and I was shifted to 3 different people and finally my friend came and helped me with removal. While I was still waiting on line for another person to help me I would have just came back the next day but it was going out that next morning and I told the attendant I would bring it back that night. I was there trying to drop it off for almost 1and 1/2 hours.. So this system did not work and I even watched YouTube 3 times and still didn't help...phone lines terrible the old screw top trailer hitch are terrible for people to try to release off. When trying to return the truck to the location, which stated they were open until 7:30 pm the representative left at 7:00 & I was unable to have the keys handed to him and I had to use the drop box. The dolly in the truck had the plastic snap break although it was not used. When I was questioned as to if I used it and said no, I was rudely told that the plastic snap was broken as if I lied. This equipment took up space in the truck and was in the way, but was not used. Not polite or efficientLeonard T.
