I think the option of offering a spare tire for the rental equipment should be added. Roadside assistance notwithstanding, there are plenty of traveled areas with no cell service. What does a person do if a spare isn't available?

Online check-in takes more time than check-in at store with employee (no one else picking up when I was there.) Drop off was quick & easy (again, I was only customer at time.) Employees were very nice and helpful.

The after-hours return process was a big problem for me. Try as I might, just never could get all the ‘asks’ done. Taking photos with cell phone was a joke! Combining gas gauge and mileage photo plus inside cab, cargo area blew it for me—-finally said enough! Turned in key and left! Custlomer service was very helpful by phone contact, however.

The GM needs a better attitude. I left my cell phone at home and he treated me like it was a crime to do so. At first he said could use my girlfriend's phone, but changed his story in the next sentence. Also, we went the the total of 8 miles, the gas needle didn't move but he said he was charging for gas, yet he left the truck running the entire time we were there demonstrating how much he cares about conserving gas. Additionally, I asked if I could just leave the truck and they just email a receipt, something haul has done for years, but no, my time is unimportant to haul as it took 30 minutes to check the equipment back in as he seemed to hold other customers as more important. This location is way too small. There is no place to park because they have equipment in every parking spot except for the 1 handicap spot so I was asked to move my car because the truck he was checking in needed to go I to the only available spot. The only reason I even took the equipment after the GMs "cell phone police" attitude is because I was in a rush or I would have cancelled and gone with a competitor. One thing for sure. I will never use this location again, nor will I suggest it to a friend.

The location and gentleman running the store were both great, but U-Haul needs to correctly advertise trailer sizes on the website and app. The trailer rented didn't measure anywhere close to the listed size.

This lication at 33rd and Yale in Tulsa need new management and som3one that will treatveach customer with dignity and respect regardless of their skin color
