Took five and a half hours to complete. I understand that problems arise, but the customer service was appalling. We were completely ignored as we were waiting. We were not given updates nor apologies. The staff behind the counter was more interested in tracking down a cigarette than our happiness. Our day was completely derailed by the delay, and the staff could not care less.

My experience at this location was average--I had a reservation, however, there was no one in the office when I came to pick up my Uhaul. There was only one man working, and he was assisting another customer outside, however, I was in a hurry, and with my reservation I was hoping everything would be ready to go as scheduled. Also, I made a previous reservation at a different Uhaul location, and they were closed. With that added inconvenience, it was not a great experience. I really would appreciate some type of credit for the inconveniences and the extra time I had to spend when I had a reservation. Thank you.

I didn't personally return the trailer to this location, my husband did so I didn't not see it. One last thing, after I reserved a trailer on the website, I got a call two days before I was to pick it up that the trailer I needed was not available, needless to say, I was not happy. Then, at the last minute, I found out it was available. U-Haul needs to refine their reservation system to where you get when your reserve when you need it.

Turning in the vehicle was quick and easy once we were able to get assistance. We were totally fine with the wait, but the folks there were having computer issues in resolving the person in front of us issue. It took three people to figure it out before we were helped. Again, we were fine because we had lots of time but I felt bad for the folks trying to work through the Uhaul system. They were very friendly and quick once they got to us. It was so easy to turn the truck in.

I went to pick up at my stated reserved time and no one was inside. Walk through and around the building, no one! I waited 15 minutes and then 3 people show up at once...a little obscure in my opinion. Drop off went quick and seamless

The truck was so low on fuel that it was cutting out just trying to go one block for fuel. I think this is terrible customer service to leave the fuel that low. The representative was extremely rude when I asked why there was such a huge difference in cost from the written confirmation I received from the 800 number. When I asked if there someone I could speak to he said no. The then handed me his managers card and told me to call him since he would not call himself. I spoke to the Manager on the phone and worked through the cost issue but when I said I was very unhappy about the overall experience he said I could call customer service but it would come back to him anyway. No a good location.

I found the 19.95 per day listed rate rather misleading. I didn't realize mileage was an additional charge until after I received my bill. Even the service rep did not make a point of mentioning this, only asking me for an estimate of how many miles I would be driving. Still, not a bad deal, but rather than just say 19.95 per day, please make it clear that mileage is extra.

Both staff members, this location's manager - and the evening staff member on-site when I returned the trailer - were - most importantly friendly, professional, and a pleasure to do business with versus the other U-Haul locations I've done business with.

The employee who recieved the trailer told me we didn't need any paper work or sign any paper work once I dropped the trailer off. This prompted a call from a Russia cell phione number (which i did not answer) Sunday (day rental due) to drop my rental at a different location. I tried to return the call, but I don't have an International calling plan, so there was no way to tell Kristyn I already returned the rental in Friday morning (two days early) at a U-Haul store. So now I'm chasing the trailer because it wasn't "in the system" and no one could find it. My son went to the location we dropped it off and asked about the rental and was told yes it was checked in and was already rented out. She then proceeded to print out the return paper work and handed it to my son. Why wasn't this done when I returned the retal in the first place??? Who knows, but it would have saved a lot of phione time and running around by my son if it had been checked in properly.

My movers bumped the dolly in the van, which broke the seal and I was charged $7 even though I did not use it. Why was the dolly put in the truck even though I didn't request it?

Charged me an extra day after I dropped the keys in the drop box at 830. They open at 9:00 but didn't check the vehicle in until 9:40 which prompted the additional day. No call just deceided to charge the card along with an extra $25 cleaning fee for s truck bed being a bit dirty due to moving mulch. Crazy.

The gentleman that was working at the location was amazing, set everything up, double checked everything (all the safety things), and was a pleasure to work with. Best experience yet at a uhaul.

I hired a 2 movers from movinghelp.com since you guys reccomrnded them, I thought this seemed weird but I knew UHAUL would not send me in the wrong direction. I sure was wrong. I hired just in time movers. I was supposed to have 2 movers come on 4/15 at 1pm. The movers did not show and when I texted the mover he said "No ride I'll see if I can find one tho" I then told him to to take an Uber it's not my problem he doesn't have a ride I already paid him and there are supposed to be 2 movers. He then replied "Nigga u paying for it I'm broke" I am disgusted by this treatment. I will never being using Uhaul again or movinghelp.com. I am shocked you guys would guide me to someone who treats customers like this.

I am upset that when I told the two that I was moving from Lakewood co to Arvada co that I had to drive all the way back to Lakewood CO to return the truck and it caused me to go over on the miles I paid for when there is a drop off place in Arvada not too far from where I moved to...I want to be reimbursed for this

The guy kept trying to charge me extra for insurance. I kept telling him no I do not want it. Then he hands me the keys and says he doesn't need to check for damage because the van is brand new and that I'm the first to rent it. So now they are charging me for damage that I did not do. And somehow I ended up paying for the extra insurance that I repeatedly told him I did not want and the van had been rented out to a few people before me.

Really? ....just keep up the good work! facility was clean, restrooms clean, people friendly/professional, equipment new (this time), but always good. Straightforward, and clear...and the ck. in process, easy and quick.

U-box is exactly what I needed for my moving. My lease was up and my new place is not ready yet. U-box saved me the middle work of transferring everything to a storage facility.

My experience was good until I was called today saying that my U-Box had still not shipped 16 days after I called and spoke to someone and told them to ship it. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.

The box arrived 1.5 hours late and the 10 furniture pads that were supposed to be included for free were not there. I didn`t have time to go get them and had to wrap my stuff in blankets and rugs.
