Woman was VERY RUDE! I showed up 2 minutes till 7 a.m. for my reservation and asked her kindly where I needed to park she replied rudely we have 5 minutes until we open so you'll have to find something to do. I was there at 6:58 a.m. and reservation was scheduled for 7 a.m. after finally getting in she rushed the entire process and was very rude the entire time I will never use Uhaul for my moving needs ever again and I will never recommend Uhaul to any friend or family member that needs to move.

Dirty inside. Took the effort to pre check in and verify vehicle only to have the manager say none of that is saved you have to give it to me again. If true and info is not saved then U-Haul needs to pull that option OFF the WEBPAGE !!

Our rate of hours quote for our rental was changed 4 separate times by four separate resprentatives, the representatives were UN- knowledgeable about how to process our payment, our card was placed with 3 separate holds due to this. I requested that he call management to figure out how to fix his computer tranacation that he was having problems fixing and he told me he couldn't because she was in a doctors office. I stated that there must be soneone else he could call or a manual and he said no. My husband and i were standing in the uhaul for more than 50 minutes watching the representative stare at his computer screen with no resolve. We ended up having to drive to the bank and add monkey to a card so he could RE-process our transaction. We are not happy customers.. in addition to all this, as soon as we drove off with the car dolly that we went through a massive process to rent; as soon as we pulled out of the parking lot with the dolly I saw something dangling on the passenger side of the dolly and we did not realize until we got to the destination that the ENTIRE turn signal/brake light had fallen off of the trailer and was just dangling as we were driving down the road. We were driving illegally thanks to Uhaul! We duck taped your light back in place to conplete our move because after the over 50 minute delay at your store and having to duck tape repair your car dolly tail light/brake light we were already behind schedule. Only to findout after duck taping the light was NOT working, so we were forced to have a friend follow us closely to deliver the car. We had the absolute worst experience with uhaul and we will do what we can to never have to rent from uhaul again. Thanks for asking.

Service is excellent, always an in and out experience. No hold ups or delays! I've been using this location for 5 years. It's always nice to have a clean welcoming uhaul location near by for All moving needs. Uhaul has always accommodated our needs, We thank you uhaul and staff!

I had asked for a 10' truck. I was given a 15' truck that I really didn't want. I was very unhappy about that. I ordered the vehicle over a week in advance and was not happy to not get what I asked for. I didn't need such a large vehicle and with the wind blowing throughout my drive, it was quite unsafe. I paid more than I expected to pay and it cost me more in gas than I wanted.

The lady at the counter was rude. The truck I rented had over 115,000 miles on it. They demanded to keep the keys to my personal vehicle in case it needed to be moved while I was gone. Then when I returned I found my personal vehicle moved and unlocked! Major liability.

The representative that helped us, I don't remember his name, was waiting for us when we pulled up. He did a quick once-over and even let my little brother play in the truck a bit before we left! He then gave us directions to the nearest pizza place, since we are new to the area. Overall, best experience I have had with Uhaul!
