Mauvais service. La grandeur de mon espace de rangement devait être de 5 x 7 mais après verification il mesure seulement 5 x 6. Mais aucune réduction de prix. Très déçu. Je ne ferai plus jamais affaire avec vous. Les portes ne s’ouvrent pas automatiquement après les heures. . En forçant la porte il est possible d’entrer. J’ai quitté pour louer ailleurs. Là où le client est important.

J'avais un Rendez-vous mais celui-ci ne semblais pas inscrit. Une chance la personne au comptoir a été serviable, mais il manque définitivement de personnel à cet endroit. Deux personnes en tout temps serait un prérequis pour le service client et aussi la sécurité de votre personnel.

Vous devriez demander toutes vos questions sur votre formulaire. J'ai passé 45 minutes ( a part attendre mon tour, même si j'avais un rendez-vous) dans le bureau pour compléter avec votre agent un formulaire qui demande 2 numéros de téléphone a par le mien, en plus de l'adresse de la 3e personne. Je ne transporte pas mon carnet d'adresse avec moi. Ceci aurait pu être éviter et surtout être moins long si vous aviez demander tout cela a l'avance sur papier ou au téléphone. Pas très organisé.

Mon entrepôt est au deuxième étage Aucune façon de garder l’ascenseur ouvert pendant le chargement et pendant le chargement. L’employée était fâchée car j’ai retenu la porte et quelqu’un attendait en haut pour descendre. Le temps à la réception était long et mes déménageurs attendaient de savoir où apporter les choses à 150$ de l’heure cela aurait pu être fait à l’avance (enregistrement) aussi pas de documents écrits pour les heures d’ouvertures. L’employé disait qu’il en restait plus. Un seul employé à la réception qui recevait les appels et servaient les clients

We arrived and despite having a confirmation email, the employee couldn’t find our reservation. The employee at the counter was rude and impatient. We had to ask him if we were bothering him as he didn’t seem to want to help us at all. We ended up having to make a new reservation. It was not a great experience. Despite so many available lockers closer to the door, the employee him gave us the one that was the furthest away from the door. The facility is nice though.

Vraiment très déçue et très mécontente! Je suis finalement reparti sans mon entrepôt puisque que l’information donnée lors de la réservation n’était pas suposement pas la bonne! Pourtant, même avec mes nombreux numéros de réservation les employés non pas été en mesure de remplir ma demande et de m’offrir mon casier gratuitement avec la location de 2 remorques que j’ai fait. malgres l’es nombreuses affiches en magasin stipulant la promotion je n’y ai pas eu droit. Je me retrouve donc sans entrepôt à 1 semaine de mon déménagement Et ce après avoir passé plus de 2h sur place a essayé de comprendre le comportement et les agissements de vos employés sur place. Aucun professionnalisme de la part des 2 employés en 6 ans d’expériences au service à la clientèle ce fut ma pire expérience client à vie ! Je suis encore choqué de la façon dont les employés ont gérer et traité la situation. Manque de respect total envers le client et ce même si j’ai été courtoise malgré les nombreuses erreurs, manque de jugement et de respect de la part des employés sur place. Un manque d’effectif ainsi qu’une ecoeurantrie face aux clients ce fait ressentir dès notre arrivé ! Les employés ce lance la balle et nous démontre clairement qu’il ne veulent pas s’occuper de nous. Je ne recommanderai en aucun cas cette succursale et je songe même à tout annulé mes services prochains avec Uhaul par peur de revivre la même situation vécu en succursale le jour de mon déménagement. Ce n’est pas parce que nous sommes en période de déménagement que le client doit être traité ainsi ! Je ferai une plainte officiel au directeur de succursale directement.

Je ne jamais été capable de faire le Check-in en ligne comme le préposé m’a proposé de le faire si on arrivais après l’heure de fermeture. Service à la clientèle du bureau chef se fou des clients et ne font que transférer les appels à quelqu’un d’aussi incompétent que le précédent. Après 1h au téléphone j’ai du rebrousser chemin avec mon chargement de meuble et refaire encore 2h de route pour rien et revenir le lendemain. Une fois de retour, ils ont ouvert un deuxième contrat au lieu de prendre celui existant. Je me retrouvais donc avec deux locations au lieu de une. Je ne vous raconte même pas les problèmes avec le camion (qui ne sont pas encore réglé d’ailleurs). Plus jamais U-Haul

I have never been so upset with a company. We understand COVID has put a strain on things but this is why we made a reservation. We booked a spot to park our trailer for a job that was postponed in Montreal. We called 2 days before so we knew we were taken care of and even picked a place that was 30 mins away to make it work with you all. Very happy at this point. We had to rent a special truck to get our trailer from the site to the UHaul, costing $300 extra and I paid my men hours to go do all of this. When we got to the UHaul to check in they, charged us, had us wait, told us to follow them to the back to park it. When we got back there they said: "Oh sorry we have no more spots, you can't park here." No remorse and basically said sorry, it's too bad. In the end, I wasted over $600 dollars because UHaul did not prepare or organize their space. This is 100% unacceptable and I really hope you will all make it right to a company that already can't afford these tough times. You may call me to fix this issue at 250-558-9617
