I would not recommend uhaul again. I had set a pic up for 9 am at another location just to show up to a hand written note saying they are closed. I called and was promptly found another truck at a much further location. After going back online I should have received a 50$ credit since my truck and pick up location was not honoured but I did not. This is poor customer service. Now I was charged more for having to drive more km to pick up and drop off. Lost 3 hrs of time for my movers to help and now have to rent another truck today. I am very unsatisfied with this service and even more upset I was not given my 50$ credit.Edouard S.

very disappointed with the method fuel is calculated. I drove 20 kilometers and purchase fuel and then was charged an additional sum. 26 dollars of fuel for 20 kilometers!! this is exagerrated and a cash grab. This is 1.1 liters per kilometer. wow!Michael M.

Signage for night drop offs, would be appreciated. Side parking lot impractical for dropping trailers- you unhitch and trailer rolls towards the car, very risky for a pinch between the two vehicles with nobody around to help. Website identity verification, logon, account creation processâ€¦ confirmation emails and security codes very very slow- like over 1/2 hour to come in or never come in slow. Rental pricing on trailers is fantastic, great. Moved stuff one way for $32. Very happy.Steven F.

Service and vehicule was ok. However car could have been cleaner. Pickup bed could have been cleaned prior to handing over keys. Also, interior was probably not disinfected prior or no mention by agent. Also, location opened after 9am (around 9:10 am). Room from improvement.Krishnakant P.

Make sure the gas tank is filled on the truck so that the customer doesn't have to pay extra to go fill it up themselves. Our truck one had a quarter tank of gas when it was given to us.Daylan Corey A.

Booked my trailer for 9am and did the online check-in which saved time at pick-up. Returned trailer and had to wait a bit for return inspection due one counter agent and three different customers at the same time. I had to wait over 20 minutes that started counting towards my reserved time when I had to pick up the truck, I could not make the check out online due to a system issue on Uhaul, once there at 7.00, once the clerk figure it out, they did not have all I had reserved with over 3 weeks of anticipation...I am disappointed.Lina O.
The overall experience was bad nevertheless, because I ended in this location because the one I originally chose was not able to provide the car I rented. I went over the whole on-line process, just to find that the key were not left in the pick up box. I lost almost two hours with your rep on the phone traying to get the vehicle I finally ended driving.CARLOS J.

When dropping off the truck on Monday, September 27th at 3pm, my husband was treated extremely rudely by an employee. He was not wearing a uhaul name tag or uniform so we didn't know he worked there. He rolled his eyes at us and treated us like we had done something wrong. We've had 3 reservations this month with this location and 2/3 went poorly. Glad we don't have to deal with uhaul for a while now.Allan B.

The online return process failed to find my location and I had to be on the phone for an hour in order to speak to a rep and let her know the truck was in the parking lot to avoid paying the late fees. In addition and for an unknown reason the employee did send me a receipt the next day but did not close the account which made it impossible for the over the phone rep to give me the refund of the late fee. An employee at the office was able to figure out to give me a full credit and then charge me the appropriate amount. The booking system is amazing. Pickup time was 7:30 AM through the ap. The ap indicated that our reservation was in-store for 9AM. We called customer service and they said our reservation was changed to 9AM but we were not advised earlier. I spoke to Ghassan Akache who offered a $50 credit. I asked if more could be done, so I then spoke to Claude Boucher. Claude was extremely rude, and put the blame on me for the time change, when customer service had clearly stated it was the fault oh Uhaul. I asked to speak to his superior and he told me that it ended at him and there was no one else to speak to. He then hung up on me. I called back and he hung up again. I called back and asked for his superior. He then gave me the number of Joe Gagliano. Claude was very rude and disrespectful and hung up on me twice. Horrible customer service!brisebois J.

the inside of the truck is disgusting: dirty carpet, coffee stains where we put the cup, dust on dashboard ... But, the customer service is good. the guys are nice and polite, they answer all our questions. i would recommend this place if the truck is cleaner.Jacques D.

I made the reservation on-line and it was displayed on the website for the first month qualifying for free, so I applied for self storage.
