I find that it is too expensive. It cost me 210$ plus 77$ gas for a 8h rental for a van. That location tricked me into taking extra products, if I didn't they charge a 1000$ deposit. They purposefully gave me a van that was full and when I return it full, they still charge me $10 saying it wasn't full when I have receipts and pictures. I called and they took off the charge. Next time im going to another rental company for less. Very disappointed.Cassandra B.
The car transport trailer I had reserved was first cancelled on me by U-Haul and causes me to pay an additional week of storage for my vehicle. Finally when picking up the trailer after making a second reservation, the trailer was not at the location I was told it would be at. I lost time driving back and forth to a different location to find the trailer. Once on location I find out my ball hitch did not fit the trailer. The staff had no idea or knowledge on how to find a solution. Nor did the rental location have the correct tools to change the ball. Nowhere and at no time did anyone at U-Haul explain what size ball would be needed or that your trailers only have 4-way electric plugs. This forced me to looses more time as I had to go and borrow another vehicle to tow the trailer. All in all, my experience renting a trailer from U-Haul was frustrating and cost me a lot more than what was quoted or advertised. Next time I need to rent a trailer I will NOT be using U-Haul nor will I recommend U-Haul.Robert D.

The service was good, the only bad thing is that I booked the truck with the equipment and I was surprised that it wasn't included. The guy told me that it works with first coming first served !, in this case why it was proposed during the booking if it's not sure !Rachid G.

L'employÃ© (d'origine arabe je crois) Ã©tait trÃ¨s arrogant avec moi Ã l'arrivÃ©e et au retour de la location et ce avec plusieurs clients, par contre l'autre employÃ© trÃ¨s jeune de race noir Ã©tait trÃ¨s serviable et aimable. Honestly I'll never do business with U-Haul again. - I reserved my truck about a month to 3 weeks before bthe move. - about 8 days before the move, I realized that the truck I picked was too big so I called and changed from 15feet to a 10feet truck. - around 4pm I got a call telling me they do not have the ... And they offered me a van. I said that's will be too small. Instead of helping me find a solution, I was told they can do anything because I didn deal with them directly. I was redirected to the call center. - from the call center, I was redirected to 4 other people. And if they hangup on me by accident, they can't call me back...thus why I have to talk to so many people. Apparently, you don't transfer to other departments. I have to call the number mysel. Wow - anyway, I managed to find a truck 20km from my house. Got on location to pick up the truck, only to be told there's no truck. - why they don't have a truck? Well because the reservation was made in the system early that morning, another WOW - in the end I got a van, managed to do the move in multiple trip and extremely infuriated. Don't let internet orders book their appointment at the same hour. Create a schedule for pickup to avoid long and unnecessary linup. I was able to get my truck 1 hr after promised appointment.Eric S.
The main problem is the fact that U-Haul change without my agreement : the time if my books by 7hours, the location. No apologies was made and no financial compassion for the inconvenient (distance add, time lost, ...) It was the first and last time I am using uhaul.philippe M.

I was charged for a piece of equipment I did not ask for, and for Ã damage that did not exist. I had to call to get reimbursed for the damagr. When I realized about the piece of equipment, I called again but I was transfered to the u-haul phone central and they said I had to call to the location where the rentable was done. Since the phone was never answered, I had to take my car and went to the location. There was only one employee so I had to wait 10 minutes. Then, the employee said he was unable to do the reimbusment. I asked for a manager and, finally I was reimbursed.Carl G.
Le prix que l'on m'a dit n'Ã©tait pas cela du tout j'ai prit 3 diable et 12 couvertures on m'a remise seulement 6 au retour l'on voulaitw faire payer les 6 qui n'y Ã©tait pas au dÃ©part et l'on ne m'a pas rembourser pour les couvertures non fourni et j'ai des meubles qui ont Ã©tÃ© abÃ®mÃ©s Ã cause de ses couvertures manquante... sans compter le temps car j'ai rÃ©servÃ©e pour 11:00 mon camion j'Ã©tais lÃ Ã 10:45 j'ai Ã©tÃ© servie il Ã©tait plus de midi j'ai t'apporter le camion Ã la mÃªme heure le lendemain que je l'ai reÃ§ue en temps rÃ©el et l'on m'a chargÃ© des frais de retard.... finalement on a du revenir pour apporter les couvertures le camion Ã©tait dans la cour et il m'a pas fermÃ© rien donc mÃªme l'heure que sa a prit pour aller et revenir apporter les couvertures sa a Ã©tÃ© ajoutÃ© comme frais de location du camion comme si nous avions toujours le camion en mains... pour ce qui est du kilomÃ©trage on a fait deux voyage de H1G 2J4 au H1A 3X2 cela fait 13 km fois 4 en calculant aller et retour et l'on m'a chargÃ© plus de 80 km supplÃ©mentaires Ã ce qui Ã©tait compris...Melanie M.

Manque de personnel Ã l'accueil,l'intÃ©rieur du camion sentait mauvais. Le personnel n'a pas prit le temps de vÃ©rifier si j'avais l'Ã©quipement nÃ©cessaire que j'avais louÃ©. ArrivÃ©e Ã destination j'ai constatÃ© que l'Ã©quipement que j'avais louÃ© n'y Ã©tait pas. Au retour du camion l'employÃ© ne semblait pas surpris que les couvertures et le diable n'Ã©taient pas dans le camion il m'as simplement dit pas de problÃ¨me ont va vous rembourser. Je suis vraiment dÃ©Ã§ue et la prochaine fois je vais aller ailleurs. Je souhaiterais une rÃ©ponse de votre part.Sebastien T.
