First of all, Compared to other store places you guys over charge. Second, my credit card expired and i received a new one and it slipped my mind me calling you guys to update. So since your people took down my phone number wrong, I never received any calls regarding my payments. No emails until the final one saying my stuff was gonna be auctioned. I have rented a truck, but after receiving at home and check it, I saw that there is no ramp into truck. This was a bad situation for me. Please advise your employees to check everything is OK. and then they rent the car/truck.Aziz A.
Although I checked in online, I still had to wait in line 30-mins along with everyone else to get the contract processed, and there's no where to park. The return was much better, similar to a car rental - the employee on the lot handled it from his mobile phone.Michael S.

I got overcharged for the fuel because the person on the spot said the tank was 7/8 and I selected the same when I brought the truck. Apparently it was 15/16 and I got charged 15$ for not knowing there was an extra lineCristian A B.

While the location did everything right, I found the return process annoying. From wasting time having to chance my mobile settings for location, to loading pictures and having difficulties finding an available spot to leave the trailer, I felt more like a uhaul employee than a customer. Finally, we were not able to use the trailer. It is 6*12 alright, but the ramp door was too narrow.Bruno D.

I had to wait 45 minutes to get served. There were only 3 people ahead of me. Also when I finally got served, I had issues getting the payment machine to work. The employee told me it had been like that for weeks. The only positive note is the employee who helped me attach the trailer to my car. He was very helpful.PATRICK B.
The dollies that I booked were not available, and the one that I requested and paid for was not in the truck. I called back and I was informed that I should communicate it on the delivery, also the wrong operation time was informed at the pickup for the truck drop off.Eduardo H.

The storage unit had holes in the roof and leaked water over all of my belongings for 18 months. When I opened the door everything was covered in black mold. Most of my furniture was priceless antiques, well over 150 years old. I was crushed, I had to get rid of my clothes, linens, furniture, anything that wasn't ceramic or stainless was destroyed completely. Des vieux draps usagÃ© traÃ®naient et le balais ni la moppe n'ont Ã©tÃ© passÃ©s. J'ai nettoyÃ© le camion moi-mÃªme, mis de l'essence et selon l'Ã©valuateur, je n'avais pas mis assez d'essence et on m'a chargÃ© un extra. Donc votre philosophie est de faire travailler vos clients (laver vos camion) et de ne pas les rÃ©compenser et ni s'excuser en leur faisant payer du gaz.MAXIME B.

My belongings in storage were completely destroyed by mold, black and yellow, the boxes were wet and damp, furniture was warped and moldy. I had to throw out a couch, double bed, signed painting, antique mirrors completely destroyed, they fell apart. Now after I was told the acount had been closed you tell me I owe you money. No I think it's the other way around. You owe me time and labour 5 hours for my movers to sit and watch me take pictures. It prevented me from packing my apartment and missing my appointment at 2 pm in Ottawa. I had to leave my previous apartment a disaster because it was now 5 pm, and I was trying to get out of Quebec. But I had no signed lease in Ottawa and no keys to my new apartment. This never would have happened if there had not been a giant hole in the roof of your storage facility. Maybe you should not be using old trucks for storage rooms. I am almost hospitalized for this lack of care for other peoples belongings. RsSÃ©bastien T.

The prices are highe, poor customer service sometimes, for filling the gas the closest available gas station is 10 km far so again you have to pay the gas on top of the charged price, at the reservation for taking a trailer for instance; there is no criteria mentioned for the vehicule is to use for that... poor communicationTINA H.

Toutes mes choses étaient couvertes d'urine et de crottes de souris. Quand j'ai ouverts mes boîtes, il y avaient des crottes de souris en dedans. Les souris ont mangé mes meubles, chier partout dans les boîtes. Le pire c'est que lorsque j'ai trié mes choses en jetant 1/3 de mes possessions chéris dans la poubelle, et j'ai déménagé ce que j'ai gardé dans mon appartement, il y avait des souris vivant dans mes boîtes!! Donc je suis enragée et traumatisée par rapport à cela et je ne recommenderais JAMAIS cette service. ====================================================== All my things are covered in rat droppings. Pire expérience ... Toutes mes boîtes ont été rongées par des souris (ou un autre rongeurs que je ne connaîs pas !?! ) , toutes mes boîtes ont des excrément de ces bestioles. Mon divan blanc en plume d'oie doit être jeter. On ne parle pas du service INTERMINABLE, attendre plus d'une heure en ligne pour du service... Et de plus, j'ai vidé mon local deux jours après le début du mois à payer et u-haul ne rembourse pas au les journées non-utilisées, entre vous et moi, c'est du vol ! Vous devriez faire quelque chose pour améliorer la situation car juste en ligne d'attente TOUS les gens étaient dépassés par le service médiocre.
