WORT customer service service EVER. Unprofessional employees fighting in front of customers. I was over charged 15$ of gas when I had just filled it in with gas before bringing it back. Very rude very young, "school" staff. When I return the truck, one was at the encounter in the yard. Than, I was approached rudely by another employee asking me ri return back to the truck and do whatever: He didn't explain, anything. After that, the same useless employee that he couldn't find my file, than he kept us 40 min awaiting after what, he said your money will be returned in 4 days. The employee was rude, no polite and aggressive. This happened the 27th of December 2021 around 11am. Client: Anasse BenslimaneANASSE B.
I got stuck on a bridge with no water for windshield in a winter season. I had to got back to the uhaul station to fix it all this. Big waste of time. This mean you don't inspect the cars before being used.Myriam A.

The wait time until a second employee came to help the sole working employee was excruciatingly long ! I called .. twice .. was on hold for almost 8 mins the second time .. ****The answering machine message, which keeps repeating every 15 seconds is only in French .. this is insulting and unacceptable to any English clients !!!*** The truck was decent (as decent as of the u haul trucks can be) The person who helped me was faster than usual And very polite and efficient I asked him to â€œgive me whatever truck costs $19.95 a day I need to move a couchâ€ He gave me a cube .. I came back .. bill was a lil higher than usual !? I asked why ? he says .89 cents a KLM .. I said â€œoh that's a lil higher than usual, isn't it .59 cents a KLM Usually?â€ He says no, that's for the Econoline van !? Ahh k :( I wish the first guy had told me the econoline was cheaper Overall, it was a decent experience though .. not better or worse than usual .. was exactly what I expected from that location of UHaul !GEORGE S.
The location needs more space in front for customers to park, and hitch up to trailers. A second entrance/exit to the parking area would also be a good move - it sometimes gets very congested at the only entrance.MICHAEL A P.

The service was atrocious. I had to wait an hour to get to the counter for a truck I had reserved online the day before and once I got the keys to the said truck the truck was no where to be found on the lot. Ce serait bien qu'il y ai un espace de stationnement pour les clients. Les rues autour n'offrent que 120 minutes. Sinon faut aller de l'autre cotÃ© du boulevard vers l'hÃ´pital et prendre un stationnement payant et revenir Ã pied. Et si par malheur il est plein on fait quoi lÃ ??
