The vehicle is good in terms of performance. The person at the reception was good. I waited 40 minutes to get the van even though I completed all the process online .The fuel economy is very bad. It consumed about 15 litres for 60 kms. Definitely not good. These points has to be taken care.Mohan Kumar N.

I rented a truck that was previously hit by some customer who rented it before me and had scratches on the rear left corner. I did not take damage coverage and did not notice these scratches when I took the truck. This feedback form is in english and I would like to do it in french, so that's not good. The truck I rented had a bunch of imperfections that weren't noted with a little sticker. So that means that if I didn't see them, after I was done renting the truck someone else would have inspected it and they would have said that I was responsible for those scratches and bumps. I find that innaceptable. I think that the person who does the inspection should do it with me before I leave with the truck, because these people have a good eye to spot the imperfections (actually, since I wasn't sure about 1 scratch, I asked 1 of you worker who was passing by, but then your worker spoted another bump that I would have never spoted). The check in was excellent and simple . Where the experience went sour was on the return . Came at the location and there were several other costumers . The representative have me the option to simply leave the key and hel do the check out for me . I went back to take pictures of the KM dashboard and left . 45 minutes later i received an email with the final tally and the bill , to my suprise , the agent had check me out almost 50 minutes after my actual return time which resulted in double charges everywhere . I had to call costumer service and wait almost an hour to get the problem resolved .Khashayar M.

The vehicle I was lent had a non-functioning headlight and the parking brake release handle was barely functional. Of the 4 customer service agents i spoke to, 1 was helpful. Hello, My name is Samia Abbes I booked a car with You and this is what happened : 1) I returned the car correctly with same level of fuel but I was induly charged extra 20$. See pictures attached and I have others too. I am kindly asking You to reimburse me my money back. 2) The bill was issued under the name of my friend who helped me. The booking was done on my online account and paiement was taken from my credit card ending by 9960.I asked for correction of the bill from the branch of Saint Jacques but that was refused dated of August 2nd, 2021. I am kindly asking You to correct the bill to put under my name with my right address 1511 Egan Av Montreal H4E 2J6. 3) the African agent to whom I spelt my address being accom by my friend put a wrong address that doesn't exist. 4) the night of the return, the app was not working. The agent put the wrong address even if I spelled it. Uhall issued a bill under the name of my friend instead of mine. I asked for corrections, I was told NO. I was overcharged. I am going to file a complaint to OPCSamia A.
My only issue is that when I called that I am returning the truck around 10PM when I said at the store around 8pm I found out I need to pay 40 dollars more even if the store will be closed and is after hours..... the person just told me If you need to return after 8pm just call us and we will do it for free. so I am desapointed by this when some one said its free and when I call the guy on the phone was already pissed to talk on the phone and telling me It gonna cost 40 dollar more for nothing. call me at 438 992 4122 to discuss about this situation please. The clerk was a little rude. When he inspected the vehicle, he had the engine turned on for at least 10 minutes, the fuel gage went down a little bit and he said I didn't put enough gas. So I had to fo put some more at the gas station. Not fair !!!Juan Z.

The day I reserved the truck for it was so busy and there was only one employee to serve everyone. I had to wait for 25 minutes to get the truck. I rent the truck to go get food for a charitable organization and I have a set time to go get it. The employee was great but he needed an extra person to help him. The service is excellent but the wait time is horrible. I know it's not the employee's fault...there should be two people serving the customer's in the morning.Krystine D.

The kilometres billed was incorrectly entered and doesn't represent the difference of the odometer reading rental out / rental return. Should be 33kms @ $.59/km. Otherwise, very nice truck, comfortable and durable. A little disappointed in fuel expense, probably just the difference between Heavy Duty & Light Duty trucks. J'étais extrêmement déçue et frustrée d'apprendre surplace que je ne pouvais pas bénéficier du mois gratuit d'entreposage que j'avais discuter par téléphone. D'après la personne de l'acceuil il arrive souvent que le standard se trompe. Mais là c'est une erreur d'environ 300$ qui est très fâcheux. La personne du standard m'a juste indiqué que je devais d'abord avoir louer le camion avant la location de l'entrepot. Ma location d'entrepot était pour l'aveil donc j'ai fait changer la date de réservation d'entrepot sur ses conseils. I would usually give UHaul an excellent rating, but for this move it was a disaster. I had pre-arranged the rental of a second locker for Oct 1 and was careful to ask whether it was OK if I came later to put the lock on because the moving truck would be arriving sometime between the 10th and the 18th of the month. When I got there, I discovered that the locker was rented to someone else. i was told that according to your policy, if someone does not come to put their lock on the locker quickly enough, the reservation is cancelled. I guess I understand why, because you have a lot of no-shows, but I was under the impression that I would start to be charged from the 1st of October automatically. This caused a great deal of inconvenience for us because we now will have to 1) pay more for a larger locker until a smaller locker is available, and 2) move my stuff again into the smaller locker. To avoid this for others in the future, I think your communications should make the rules about reserving more clear and up-front. It would have been nice to have a reminder email saying that my reservation would be canceled if I did not call or present myself in short order.
