The online booking was good but then they called me to tell me how they would change all my itinerary! That changef all my plans….. But then the truck was good + the price was not bad!

The 24/7 pick-up website had a bug: when I was prompted to upload a picture of the gas tank level (since it was different from the one displayed), the website would not recognize that I had taken a picture (telling me in red font that the picture was mandatory) but when I would try to take another one, it would tell me that I had submitted the maximum number of pictures. I refreshed and retried a couple of times and the bug was consistent. In the end I went to the counter and the employees were very helpful and understanding.

Le calcul de la quantité d'essence est trop imprécis avec la jauge du camion. Pour éviter les frais supplémentaires, on est obligé de mettre plus d'essence que ce que l'on a consommé. Le prix de l'essence devient donc un frais supplémentaire caché.

I dealt with Micheline the u haul on the metropolitan . She took care of me jun 2022 I was desperate to find a storage space during high peek moving season She reassured me she would find me a room and she did . She as took the time to help me with a disagreements I have with U-haul for charging me a full month when I moved out . I purchased a new condo and only found out 2 weeks prior to the moving date Oct 15th and u-haul locked me in until Nov 11th I feel it was injust and Micheline reassured me once again she would help me Micheline is an excellent employee that is very empathetic and serviced me with class

J'ai du allez au 4949 alors qu'on m'avait déplacer mon pick up de camion 15pi3 au 6005. j'ai initialement réservé au 4949. Cependant arrivé au 6005, l'employé n'avait ni camion ni clé et n'a jamais essayé de trouver de solution. Service misérable, mediocre et irrespectueux. Comme le gérant ou employé du 6005 ne fesait rien je suis allé moi meme au 4949. La, micheline a essayé de reprendre la situation en main. Apres quelques minutes elle trouva un camion en back up en arrière. Etrangement le camion de 15pi3 que j'avais réservé. Après 1h de retard sur mon planning j'ai enfin eu un camion par contre le service au 6005 laisse a désirer et je me recommande pas de continuer de faire affaire avec eux. Pour cela j'aimerai recevoir une compensation pour tous se stresse et cette mauvaise organisation. Merci Kévin

Madame Beauregard était excellente. Au début l’éclairage n’était pas adéquat. Il s’éteignait au bout d’une demi heure dans le corridor, ce qui fait qu’on ne pouvait pas voir ce qu’on voulait entreposer ou retirer. Je crois que la durée d’éclairage s’est améliorée dernièrement. J’ai toujours été incapable d’ouvrir le cadenas. Il fallait que je sois accompagnée d’un homme pour l’ouvrir.Aussi, je ne me sentais pas en sécurité dans les longs corridors. Il faudrait quelque chose pour bien indiquer qu’il y a des caméras et que les corridors sont surveillés.

I paid for furniture pads and never received them, the guy at the drop-off location said that wasn't his responsibility. I've contacted customer support via the uHaul website and was told that a record of this would be made on my account, but have yet to receive a refund for this charge weeks later.

I would have rated my experience higher as the general facilities outside my storage unit were clean and access was easy. The problem was INSIDE my storage unit WHERE I DISCOVER A DEAD, DRIED-UP MOUSE AND MOUSE DROPPINGS EVERYWHERE! ...AND I had to sweep it up in order to hand over the storage unit clean. Leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. Paolo

Vous m'avez donné un camion qui était supposé être à 77 665 miles. Il était à 77 672 miles. Il était supposé aussi être au 7/8 de gaz et il ne l'était pas. Nous avons remis le camion avec le meme niveau de gaz qu'il avait au début (en bas du 7/8) et nous avons l'avons remis à 77 705 miles. Vous m'avez charge pour 10 miles de plus alors que j'en ai seulement fait 3 de plus. Et vous m'avez chargé 32$ pour parce que vous avez été regazer le camion alors qu'on a remis le niveau a ce qu'il était avant. On a même pris une photo de l'odometre et du gaz en partant au début sûr le coin de la rue. Et aussi, on a attendu presque 45 min quand on est allé chercher le camion. Et ça m'a pris 20 min trouver quelqu'un qui parle français a 20h sur la ligne quand on est allé porter le camion. Je n'ai pas eu le temps de vous appelez encore car je suis en déménagement mais je vous certainement vous appeler ah courant de la semaine. Je vous devais 3.45$ pour les 3 miles additionnels que j'ai fait et that's it. Pas les 48.24$ que vous m'avez chargé.

Mice invasion damaged my belongings and I ended up throwing most of them along with cleaning them still today as I am writing this review. The very reason why I rented out a storage was because I was away and wanted to avoid repurchasing new stuffs once I came back but looks like I need to buy replacements after all, what a waste. The online payment system always crashes so it is really unreliable. Also there was a rent increase which I was not informed of.

J'ai loué l'entrepôt un 16 du mois et j'ai été surpris de devoir payer le 15 du mois. Heureusement que j'ai pris mes précautions et que je payer toujours le 15 du mois. Vos avis disciplinaire font peur, comme la confiscation du véhicule si on a le malheur de stocker des gallons de peinture. Il faut faire attention.

My wife and I as anglophone Ontarians entering Quebec to live in the province for the very first time we were warned ahead of time that Quebeckers are not very friendly to non-French speaking people. Our experience at UHaul De Saint Leonard proves that theory to be total nonsense. Courteous, professional and most helpful service was provided by all who were there. Great job and Merci Beaucoup!

The manager, Micheline Beauregard, helped me in a moment of crisis when a rude and abusive mover left my things outside of my storage. She spoke with the police on my behalf and learned more about this mover and had him banned from all U-Haul facilities to protect those who use the facilities. She also checked the video footage of this mover to confirm that he stole two items of furniture from my belongings. After I spoke with the police, the mover eventually came back and returned my two items to avoid arrest. Staff who came later came to see if I needed assistance as well. Excellent staff, very kind, friendly, and professional. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
