What you could do in the future is have more courteous employees for me to rent a truck and have it be a waste of moneyBecause I was unable to use it because I have a one minute time discrepancy that is something that’s just unbelievable but I’ll never I’ll never rent from U-Haul again that much I know

Bre went above and beyond to ensure that my rental went painlessly. When we realized my trailer lights had been cut, she sold me a replacement (great job on the up-sell), and even lent me what I needed to install it, so that I wouldn't have to leave, and come back. Fantastic customer service. The next time I need Uhaul, I will be going to this location, for sure.

Tried to get to me on gas said that they would have to charge 8.00 that I wasnot where it was ltook truck down the road and back I put no gas in she said it was a little bit over now it was a little bit over the first time.Thats steeling from people where I come from

I rented a dozen blankets for the move. $10 for 2 bags of 6 in a bag). Neither bag was ever opened or a blanket touched. I asked if I could get a refund for the blankets and was told no. I guarantee you that the same blankets will be rented again in the same bag. That’s BS and not very good customer service. Don’t rent anything that you might not use because you’re going to pay for it anyway

Improve customer service skills and the ability to accurately move the fuel hand via the online return app. It would also be convenient to let the family know the location is in an unsafe area and if you are late turning in the truck to call the scheduling center. Please let others know if they extend the truck rental beyond 24hrs, there will be an additional per day rental charge however you are not automatically entitled to 24 additional hours.

The location is only good if you live in Little Rock, Arkansas. It would be great if we had available pick up trucks in the town of Hot Springs, Ar. As we once did.

The staff at this location were very pleasant to deal with, friendly and helpful. However, the staff was unaware of my appointment for the hitch installation until I arrived at the u-haul facility. The appointment was made with the main u-haul 800 number approximately one month beforehand. I was quoted $220 for installation of the hitch and wiring harness. I specifically ask, “this price includes the hitch AND wiring harness”, the lady helping me said “yes”. So I made the appointment for the installation. Upon My arrival at the u-haul facility. The staff informed me that the price only included the hitch , the wiring harness would be approximately $100 extra. In summary, the staff was not informed of my appointment until I arrived at my appointment time. The price I was quoted was not for the complete Installation (wiring harness and hitch).

I am disappointed that I was charged a price different than what was supposed to have been charged on the trailer and uhaul truck. The supply and demand of each item should be the same regardless of location, however it appears the prices are subjective. The staff was very professional and very helpful!! I was told two different things from the call center and store rep. When I called I was told I could rent the truck for 24 hours and when I went in the told me I would be charged a extra day
