If you ask on the equipment contract to return the trucks with certain amount of gas, try to make sure that the truck has that level. I was asked to filled the truck and when I when I realized of checking the gas level, I saw it was less than 1/4Alejandro P.

Poor customer service. I was given the keys and told that the truck was on the side of the building and the dolly was by the trash can. I preceded to go to the side of the building where I saw multiple trucks that was the size I paid for. After trying the keys in 3 trucks I went back in and ask could someone come show me the truck that I rented. It was a girl and a guy there. The girl was nice and helpful but the guy was unprofessional in verbiage and tone.YINA B.
I understand how it is not UHaul's responsibility, but a nighttime guard would have made me feel better moving from truck, taking pictures, standing in front of the store, and moving to my car would have helped me feel better. Staff at Zimalcrest and your customer service phone staff were so patient and courteous. They made doing business with you easy.ROSE R.
My truck that I ordered online with a dolly wasn't there. I was accommodated with another truck buy no dolly available and we had to push and work fast to get it returned that same night because that truck had a 7am reservation. The big problem is what i reserved not once but twice was messed up. Upon arrival to pick it up they didn't have it. They sent me to another facility and I had to get a box truck instead of a pick up. The lady at this facility was nice and not here fault. I also had an increase in cost which once again wasn't her fault. When trying to call customer you wait for ever to get through. This isn't the first time this has happened to me. I understand mistakes happen but for future rentals I will look elsewherePAUL L.

The employees were giving wrong information when it came to pricing and I had to pay more than want was quoted to me the first time and the level of professionalism was terrible. Someone was on the phone talking and texting while I had to stand there and wait. The location was good but the customer service could have been better.SHAYLA B.

I filled out all the paperwork in advance, however, I did not note in any place where the size of the ball is listed as 2 inch. We have a 2 5/16 hitch and upon arrival and pick up, found that the trailer did not fit. Luckily we were able to buy a new hitch on site but we were highly inconvenienced, it cost us additional money and time that we didn't have. The website needs to be updated to clearly show this information. Also, when I tried to contact the local place after my reservation was changed to a different location at the last minute, I could not get through to anyone and stayed on hold for over 20 minutes before giving up.Stanford D.

The staff was unprofessional and rude when we moved in. We asked to speak to the manager; however she was on her cell phone on a personal call using profanity during our initial start of service. On our move out date, there was one employee working and her was overwhelmed with many customers coming in. He was professional but the building was clearly not staffed correctly. We reserved a 6x12 open trailer with a ramp. Upon getting it home we found that the 4'9" opening and ramp were to narrow to load the item we wanted to load. We picked up the trailer at 6:00 PM and brought it back the next day at 7:00 AM. It was never used. I am very disappointed that we were charged for a 1 day rental even though the trailer was brought right back unused.Paul H.

Have free boxes available as the advertisement stated. It sounds as though this was an ploy to draw in customers. Your word is very important to keep. The customer care representative was standing at the entrance point to receive and inspect returning vehicle...no waiting time, no lost time; It reminded me of the 5 star service you receive from the Lexus Service Dept.DELORES F.
