I went there on June 15th at 6:25 PM as indicated from the email I received to collect my refund.The person at the desk told me indirectly that I am a thief, he said â€œ I collected the refund from the day before â€œ .The clerk made a phone call and repeated his statement,, then he eventually said I was late to collect . The email didn't state a time to collect only a date. Then with further ado, the clerk now said the check is mailed out. Rotten, despicable , unforgiving service .I will never recommend anyone to go there, and I will never ever use Uhaul again. And to compound the matter I have been trying for ages to contact Ms. Brunilda Lawrence, the manager to no avail. I think it's appropriate for this service or lack there of to go public, so no other customer suffer this experience I had.PATRICKH C.

I would never recommend U-Haul to anyone the location was good, but I called customer service for help and the representative was very rude and disrespectful to me. I am dissatisfied and would never use their service again or recommend them to anyone.RICARDO ANTHONY N.
There was a 90 minute wait to get my truck. They did not have the two dollys I requested. Instead they only gave me an appliance dolly after I had to ask for alternatives and still charged me for it. They did not extend my time so I could get the full 5 hours and then complained that I didn't fold the blankets fully. This location is severely understaffed with only 2 people working on a busy Sunday and the attitude of the people working there was poor.Laura S.

It took me a little over a week to get the truck that I had reserved. Then when I went to get the truck the price that was given online when I reserved the truck went up nearly four times the price even if as the on sight in person claimed online was just an estimate given. First time when I initially went in to get the truck it was roughly twenty dollars over charge, but the truck as well as equipment wasn't available. The second time I went in there the price doubled and the truck with the equipment needed wasn't still available. The third time after making another reservation as well as speaking to a representative over the phone located in a whole different state I was given the initial price that was given to me online for the days that I needed it for. But when I went back into the same office site to pick up the truck with the equipment I ended up paying four times the amount and went I returned the truck and equipment I had to pay over twelve times the amount. All I can say is they're making a killing, because they're the closest by location as well as company. But their prices advertised is not what you pay. Was more pleased with the fact that they didn't give me a messed up truck like they did in the past where the battery was not good and would keep shutting off, a broken key that came off in the truck or the rear tire having a slow leak. The attitude of the workers. The person preparing the vehicle just seemed frustrated and distracted and not speaking directly to myself the customerI didnt know which vehicle until I pressed the key panic button, also the receptionist at the counter. She asks for a secondary number I give it to her and she rudely cuts me off in the middle of it saying another number!! My Wife and my number start off with the same first 5 numbers. Then She asks me for a 3rd contact number. WHAT REASON IS A 3RD NUMBER NEEDED?? Can someone please explain this? I rented the vehicle for less than 3 hours and 1.5 hours into this the store was closed. I made an online account already however I was even told a different price. The parking lot needs to be lit better, I was trying to take photos for the app but there was not enough soft light available from the current fixtures to get good photos. Or upgrade your photo software in the app to have a longer exposure in the dark. So more light gets in to get a good photo.LUCIAN LYNN F.

I rented a truck on the 13 of May in the morning. The attendant outside was more concerned with his friends hanging there outside the yard than helping. Tall dark skin. As I asked him a question I was replied â€œ I TOLD YOU TO DO THIS â€œ very rudely On the 14 of may I was helped by a heavy set gentleman which was an extreme opposite. I really can say that I have had the worst experience in my life with the manager of this site of U-Haul. I was resting in the parking lot because I found no hotels in the Bronx New York on that Saturday morning so I had to stay in the truck until they open that U-Haul store I had spent 5 1/2 hours driving from Pittsburgh to New York City I was tired so I decided to go into the parking lot of U-Haul at 2800 White Plains I made the biggest mistake of my life, because around 6:20 o’clock I notice a woman coming towards the the facility. As soon as she got out of her car and started walking towards the entrances, I said good morning Madame! After that I ask her excuse me! do you work here? Oh my God I made the biggest mistake this woman was so nasty and so disrespectful to me that I had to close my car window not to hear her Verbal aggression. I told her that I will talk to the manager inside about this treatment But I was in shock she was the manager and she told me clearly that she was like the owner of the place! I wanted to leave but I needed to finish what I went there for, so I tried to put no mind. Oh my God for my surprise while I was in a line inside the store I’ve noticed that she was talking to her employees and looking at me I knew but I was already profiled it so sad to drive so long hours not get a place to sleep have to stay in the truck until they open the facility and just because you ask someone who is coming with a cup of coffee I’m a bad attitude you have to endure the disrespectful And rude treatment from the person that is supposed to represent a corporation how sad this was for me that is not business psychology that is aggression and abuseJOSE MARTIN P. | First Impressions
