This location is always extremely busy and seems understaffed. There's always a long wait and the employees apologize for their systems running slow. On a more positive note, the staff is friendly and eager to help and seem to really care about customer service.arlene W.

First day the staff made to go back and fourth for 4 times. Did contract for one truck and gave other. Didn't place furniture pads in trunk. I believe the staff knew that the truck had issue in filling gas, still the rented the truck. I called them with in an hour after checking in two gas station. They suggested me to call roadside. 2nd day the staffs were good. Truck was clean but trailer was very dirty. 2nd truck had alignment issue, had hrd time keeping it on road.Supreetha H.

So: $19,95 for the truck $14,00 for the insurance $50,00 approximately for miles I shouldn't be paying more than $85,00. Please do something because you made a higher charge than I have to pay. The truck was unsafe to drive. When I went to return it I told the person that had rented it to me and he said he did not like to rent out that specific truck because it was defective and that he was sorry. I was not happy since he knew there was a problem and still rented it to me. I nearly got into an accident because the brakes were no good. Every time I would brake, the truck would make a noise and did not brake. It sounded like it was going to break down.VERONICA S.

There are several things that come to mind to improve for the next customer. 1. If a customer is picking up a rental, do not leave them within the gated area without a way of getting out i.e. gatecode or pressure pad that opens the security gate when a vehicle approaches. I had to wait 10 minutes before the gate opened. 2. If a customer is returning a trailer and you would like for them to return it where they picked it up from, be courteous enough to not have them watt 20 minutes. especially when there were several Uhaul box and pickup trucks available. 3. STOP having the associates use their personal mobile devices to complete transactions. As someone in the Information Security field it is concerning to see sales associates taking pictures of customers licenses with their personal cell phone. This activity raises a number of identify theft concerns.Corey C.

Weekly rate needs to be specified as 7 days. And daily needs to be explained as 24 hrs. From time of rental. Upon turn in both times on weekly rental of van a manager had to be contacted ans that didn't resolve the issue. Brandon had to sort it out which he did with great expertise.ANTHONY M.

I complained about a lizard being in my storage she told me just be lucky it wasn’t a rat. I did not think that was professional. I moved out before my 30 days was up.
