When I called to schedule pickup I was told I could get dual trailer based on tow vehicle. When I showed up I was told that wasn’t possible based on my vehicle despite the vehicle having ample towing capacity. U-Haul needs to update their system to allow for this. If I’d known this I would have had the boxes transferred to a closer location.

Everyone I worked with in person was amazing and helpful. I was disappointed by uhaul’s general communication about my box’s delivery. I received cryptic, almost nonsensical text messages and never received a phone call to schedule my unloading. As a result, by the time I called to check in it was too late for me to unload on my desired date that I had worked so hard to make sure everything would be perfect for. I also was very surprised to have to pay a month of rent while my box was in transit and while it sat inaccessible for me to unload. For those reasons, I would warn a friend of these major cons and hidden expenses before using this service. Which is a shame because the people working on site were so great and helpful to make that part of the move easy.

The delivery people were great and friendly. They were very careful when placing the Ubox in my driveway. You did everything when you said you would and with a smile. Keep up the good work!

My major gripe with UHual was having to phone and stay on hold for 20 min more than once to change the date of delivery. Sadly, for you, that will make me look for other options next time.

We moved from Illinois to Arizona and used U-Box for all our furniture and belongs. There were a few small issues but nothing major. The cubes arrived on time to load and unload. I would recommend to order one extra cube just in case it is needed, since you will not be charged unless you use it. This saved us at least $8 to $10 thousand dollars.

My empty (unused) UBox was returned to this facility and it took 3 months and a personal visit for them to process the return correctly and stop the threatening emails I was (inaccurately) receiving for non-payment. They are completely unresponsive if something goes wrong and do not take care of administrative details. I would never uses them again.

Too many pads where included in the Ubox. I had to make a special trip to turn them in or my belongings would not have had room. Possibly, if people need them that could be a question when people order the box.

My ubox was 5+ days late. Per contract there is a $50 per day charge back to uhaul for each day late. Still waiting on remuneration for said incident

Terrible Experience. UBox was guaranteed to be delivered to location 3 miles from our house instead we got call it was being delivered 40 miles away then received email it was delivered 22 miles away.

Local staff was fine. What wasn't fine are the lack of trucks to bring the boxes to where one lives. Both ends had breakdowns. I imagine some manager gets a bonus for cutting costs.
