I had a blown tire on the interstate Then went to your web sites and requested help I also called and sat on hold for over 30 minutes without ever speaking to anyone at uhaul. After two plus hours and never getting a response from anyone at uhaul. I had to call someone else Pay for two new tire's and roadside assistance $1795 dollars later someone from uhaul finally called. Thanks for nothing Your truck was in substandard condition and you didn't have bad service you no serviceMack D.

I felt with horrible service and im being charged twice as much then I should be. I've never had a problem with this before and nobody wants to refund my money. I put the gas back where it was when I got I it, I left the truck in the same condition I recurrences it, I returned the dolly also, and I even returned the truck hours earlier then when it was due. I had a reservation for a truck for Sunday, Aug 1. When I arrived, they did not have a truck for me. I had to go to another location 10 miles away and a larger truck which created all kinds of difficulties and additional cost.LISA N.
The overall U-Haul reservation experience was awful. I rented a U-Haul at College Dr in Baton Rouge. Was told 2 days later by text they didn't have the truck and needed to move the reservation to Florida Street. Showed up to pick it up and was told it was double booked and they didn't have a truck. Had to wait for them to contact regional GM who asked if I could wait until the following morning. When I told him I was moving stuff that evening, he found a truck at a location much further down Florida. Ridiculous experience. And paid 79Â¢ per mile to go further. After reserving almost 2 months in advance, someone from an out of town location changed my pick up time and our reservation location was changed without being notified via phone a couple times. Had to fight to get a truck. The guy that did our check in and customer service went out there way to make up for the hell I went through. The first trailer that was assigned to me had lights that did not work. The U-haul employees voiced his opinion that it was OK to go with lights not functioning. I refused to leave with that trailer. They assigned me a second trailer and the lights were working. That trailer had a leak and some of my furniture got wet.ALVIN L.

Wow..This was one of the most pleasant experiences i have ever had with any rental company. The whole staff from the top down were real to life people. They are the best at thier jobs and should pat themselves on thier backs for a job very well done. My wife and i escaped from the wrath of Hurricanes Laura and Delta in SW la . to a new beging in Baton Rouge. And the UHaul team made our move like it was made for the movies. JUST AWESOME. Everything was good until we got to the counter. The white lady had a nasty attitude with several customers the day before(Sat 9/12) and I got the rudeness once I turned the equipment back in.
