First I reserved a truck and a dolly 5 days prior to pick up on 9/16, however there was no truck available. So rented a dolly and used my sons pick up. It took 9 trips which cause me to have to finish on Sunday 9/17. I had to pay 1 days rent at my former residence and I could not bring the dolly back at the scheduled time of 8:00. When returned the dolly once I finally got finished at 4;30 a young lady told me that they have to charge for two days rental. She said the truck and the dolly are two different rentals. That I did not understand considering In reserved them both at the same time. How could they charge me for something they caused by not having my truck. The young lady never apologized for my in convenience, she just kept saying I have to charge you for two days rental for the dolly. She finally said I will put your contract on hold until tomorrow and referred me to . I spoke with Pedro who was very nice and professional. Although he still charged 1 days rental for the dolly which I feel should have been loaned to me at no charge since they had no truck. The worker on Saturday that I rented the dolly from should have extended my return time. The employees at this location are in desperate need of training and could also use some people skills. I will not be using this location again for any reason.

SElf check in service was a joke. Diane was one of the terrible verifiers who kept sending me back to the photo verification without info. When I was finally able to ask in the convo area before being redirected for the 3rd time, she said she could not do self check in for us and we would have to go inside. The guy inside said he couldnt do anything since we did self checkout. Ridiculous circle!!! Wasted 45 min. Haaate UHAUL

I reserved my truck on Wednesday, went to pick it up at 1230 only to be told that the individual who was using the truck prior did not bring it back, leaving me with no truck to use. The solution offered to me by the males working that day was that I could call other uhaul locations to find a new truck when I had movers arriving in 30 minutes. After arguing with the staff for 20 minutes I was able to get them to let me rent one of the two vans on the site. The can I was given had no gas cap, how low tire pressure, and the entire van smelled like weed. The only silver lining was when I returned the van later and a very friendly lady apologized for my poor experience. I would not recommend this location. I do hope they get some staff in there that understand customer service.

The manager needs to help the customer when he booked a 10 ft truck he should arrange or get a 10 ft truck for customer and give him 17 ft truck there was behind why customer wants 10 ft truck. The manager needs to go management classes to learn how to manage a u haul company

The pickup of my rental was actually the second location with an available van that I reserved. While doing the pre-rental walk around, the rep asked me to verify the mileage. I leaned into the van to check the odometer and the smell was AWFUL! It seemed to me to be caused by body odors and/or rotting biological materials combined, possibly coming from the fabric seats since most of the van was hard surfaces and rubber mat throughout. It was nauseating enough that I asked the rep to do something about it. He offered to spray the seats with something to improve the smell. After leaving the location, my passenger became alarmed and disgusted by the smell as well. We spent the majority of the rental time with the a/c fans on high and the windows down because it was not tolerable. There were also other disappointing experiences with the rental process that led to my hasty departure with this van because I was now behind schedule and needing to continue my day with this rental. I knew there were no other vans available at this location. Going to a third location was not reasonable for me so I hoped it would improve, but it did not.....It was a long day driving in the cab of this van. The cleaning process in between renting should definitely improve. There were a couple of other people who helped with the loading and unloading of cargo who stated how horrible the inside smelled and we never even mentioned it previously!

Tire pressure light kept coming on and was disturbing was not advised or briefed about same to ignore. As the facility was aware of same. Otherwise very customer friendly place though not close to where I originally had planned to rent from. Extra mileage to drive to pick and return, when there were many uhaul within 5 miles radius where I wanted to rent from and had tried to book a month earlier from date required.

The only issue that I have with this location is that when I walked in there was a person who waved me over to the middle counter and there was a girl waiting there and as I walked up her body language was terrible I got no acknowledgement whatsoever and I had to hesitate and ask her if she was able to help me after that I still got no response someone else had to acknowledge me. This girl was very off putting and makes me not want to return to this location. She acted like she did not want to be there and gave terrible service if that's what you call it. Someone should ask her if she really wants to work there and if she doesn't then separate her from your business

Great experience except I was not made aware that the 10 foot truck didn't have a ramp. But once I discovered this the staff changed my reservation to a 17 foot truck and I was on my way. The inconvenience wad minimal. Manuel was very helpful and quickly fixed the problem

UHaul is a pathetic shell of what it used to be. I blame that on its corporate management structure, not on the poor souls who are trying to make a living working at this location. It was clear from the moment I stepped onto the site (which is an actual UHaul site, not a gas station) that UHaul purposely understaffs its sites in order to save a dollar. On a Friday morning, the first of the month, before a long weekend, before a big local festival famous for people who rent from UHaul to go to it, there was one person behind the counter. One person. There were 3 people in line in front of me when I went in at approximately 10:00 a.m. to pick up a mattress cover and find out about any back ups that might be in place if the self check out cell phone system did not work because no one would be on site to assist if something went wrong. I waited for 45 minutes for 3 people to be helped before I had my question answered. I was told that the office would be open until 8:00 p.m. -- a plus for uhaul. When I arrived at 7:15 to pick up the van, the office was open but there was no one behind the counter. I wandered around looking for someone for a few minutes. Finally someone walked in, but she was either frustrated at being one of two people apparently on site on this busy pick up evening or she was just rude. She gave the impression that she was in a hurry and was annoyed at having to help a customer. She became extremely rude when I asked why the price she was quoting me was $100 more than the estimate I'd received when I made the reservation online. Neither she nor a second employee who showed up 5 minutes into the transaction could explain the discrepancy. They both seemed resigned and explained that the online system is "glitchy." Having no other option that Friday evening before a weekend move (something uhaul knows well about its customers), I agreed to pay the higher price. 30 miles into the 500-mile move I was making, the "Change oil" indicator came on, which gave me even more reason to doubt Uhaul's effectiveness. Luckily, the truck had no other mechanical issues. When I returned it on Sunday at 6:30 p.m., the "take a photo" portion of the self return cell phone system did not work and because of that, I could not complete the return process online. I called the uhaul number and got a recording. So I called the 24-hour roadside assistance number in order to speak to a live person. The operator sounded as though this situation was normal and explained that the system is "glitchy." He advised me to take photos with my phone and drop the key in the slot. I feel sorry for the people who work at uhaul and have to continuously explain that their system has glitches. They've obviously been doing it long enough that they don't even feel the need to apologize to customers who have been inconvenienced. I recommend that uhaul expand its feedback questions above so they include questions about the overall uhaul experience and aren't limited to

I booked to pick up at the Elk Grove location, drove there and was told the 1 trailer in my size was reserved for someone else even though I had a conf # for picking up there. They said I know drive about 40 mins in traffic to another location. Complete waste of time and my plan. They said someone should have called and told me but checking my call log, 100% no one called Up arriving the girl at the counter had an attitude and after driving for about 30 miles and stopping to get gas I saw the wires were dragging on the ground. The girl at the counter with the attitude was also the same as hook up. She certainly took her time making me wait for my hook up. I should have gone to Southside Rentals, their service is excellent.

I was over charged during contract time even though I brung the truck back a day before it was due within the time frame to not have extra charges, my customer service experience was not pleasant the clerk did not see the information on my contract as the time the was updated I was not treated fairly by this error and my funds were taken not a good experience will not use this location again ..

The gas marked on the rental form was alot higher than the actual truck. When I brought this to the attention of the person at the return, he said iy happens a lot. This seems like a scam and I have reported this to the CA attorney General, News 10 and News 3. They will be inquiring into it.

I will not be using Uhaul again. We reserved a truck near our house and then received a text the day before that we had to pick up the truck almost 20 miles away, and still be charged for each mile. We then HAD to return the truck to that location, again 20 miles out of our way. So we ended up paying $40 in worthless miles. When our location was changed, both my husband and I tried to call the Uhaul reservation line to see what else might be available; my husband could not get an answer out of anybody, and the individual I was speaking with hung up on me. The only perk to going through Uhaul for moving needs is the convenience, and Uhaul considering how inconvenient this experience was, I don't see a need to ever use Uhaul again.

I picked up a cargo van from the Florin rd. location in Sac. Ca. Late friday I could see the 3 csr's had had a busy day. My check in and out was smooth and the staff liked a little give and take the conversation. It was way better than the idol chatter you get from say grocery stores. I and others would rather be spoken to as individuals and not from scripted replies. These guys are a new crew from the last time I was ther. Van was real dirty inside and out. If I had time I would have went back and demanded a cleaner vehicle. The wait time in morning was horrible especially when I did the online express!! Only having 2 people on a weekend morning was inadequate.

Staff the location appropriately. Don't make me wait 30 minutes to get out when I have an appointment. Give your manager some customer service training. Have your manager take some personal responsibility instead of making excuses. Have your manager be on time to work, especially when he knows he's short-handed that day (a Saturday morning). Or even EARLY, so there's more than ONE person on the desk during the 7:00 reservation rush. Very poor facility management there. Won't go there again, no matter what. Looking for alternatives to U-Haul in general.

Quality of customer service at this location has plummeted over the past few months. Turnover, lack of permanent management and lack of training are very evident. This is a major location and it appears that U-Hauls attention to profit rather than customer service is very apparent. Check your records you are about to loose a long term steady customer.

This was honestly the worst experience I have ever had with UHaul or any moving or rental company ever. First, my "preferred location" was for Woodland, CA. I found out when I went to do online check in, that my preferred location didn't matter and that my truck wasn't available at that location, even though I made my reservation an entire month prior. The people at UHaul's customer service could not have cared less and I realized that if I wanted my reserved 26ft truck, I would have to drive 30 extra miles to get it. When I called on the day of my reservation to confirm my pick up location and to ask about different pick up times, I was told that I could not get my truck any earlier than my 430pm reservation time, even though my location was changed. Fine. I asked to pick it up at 630pm instead because it wasn't feasible to drive through Sacramento traffic at 430pm on a Friday. I specifically asked, if I pick up my truck at 630pm instead of 430pm, it's still going to be there, right?! The customer service rep scoffed and said, of course, it will still be there. So my family and I arrive at 6:30pm and was told that our truck was broken and/or out of gas and they don't have a truck for us after all. Sorry. I was told by Erica at Florin Rd UHaul that she was all booked up and that I should have gotten my truck in Woodland which was listed as my preferred location (like I had a choice?!) Then she starts to agree to give me a 15ft truck that's reserved for someone else, some other customer that was about to get screwed over. Our 26ft truck was nowhere to be seen on the lot so I'm quite sure it was not even onsite, whether it was broken down or not. So I demanded the one 26ft truck we saw on the lot but she said that truck was "local only" and already reserved for someone else. After more angry phone calls to UHaul customer service, and realizing I was not going away, Erica finally agreed to provide us with the 26ft local truck, saying we had to have it back within 12 hrs (before they opened at 7am!) She then signed it out (perhaps accidentally) for us to have until 730pm the next day (a 24 hr rental). It only had 1/8 of a tank of gas so we immediately had to fill it up and then drive it back to the Florin Rd location the following day, even though we had initially reserved a "one way" truck. I couldn't believe what an awful UHaul experience we had. And honestly, no one I spoke with even cared. They kept telling me how busy this time of year is and how all the trucks are leaving California, as if this is somehow an excuse for not having what I reserved a month earlier. I don't even know why I bother to write you about it now but my husband and I laughed when we saw the email from UHaul asking us to "rate our experience." Everyone at the hospital I work for (I'm a Registered Nurse) and everyone my husband works for (a transportation grocery company) has already heard all about our nightmare experience with UHaul. There was only one person manning the desk with a line of over 9 customers. Vehicles that had reservations were not ready at the time of reservation. Online system did not sync with the in-store system. Overall using this location was a waste of my time and I will ensure that no one I know will use this location in the future unless improvements are made

Staff is friendly and helpful. The location is under-staffed in the AM. Equipment was not clean and smelled bad. The bag of moving blankets and dolly in the cargo space was an absolute nuisance and interfered with cargo. Their removal equates automatic charge, which feels like a scam. Because of these issues, I can not honestly recommend friends or family.

They don't acknowledge the wait. They walk super slow to the trucks. They have no energy. It's a joke. And one of the staff members was talking negatively about uhaul. I understand why.

My compliant is with the reservation system. I reserved a 26' Truck on 7/19, conf #28240826 pickup location Kaussen Dr. Elk Grove, 1 mile from my Storage. When I went to pick up the truck I was told my reservation was at the Florin Road location (7.9 miles in the opposite direction). which added and additional. When I got to the Florin location I was told I didn't have a reservation. I was able to get a 20ft truck but had to have the truck back by 2pm - it was already almost 10 am!!!! I could not get all of my furniture in the smaller uhaul and could only make one trip. I called the Kaussen location and reserved a 2nd Uhaul for 3:15 Sunday. Person on the phone assured me I was calling the Kaussen and they had a truck for me. I called before getting to the site and the person answering the phone said to get to the site by 3:20. I was already 2 blocks away. When I got to the site, there was no one there and the people next door said the office closed at 3pm. This is very unprofessional and costly!! Bad service.

Manuel and team were incredible, plus he took the time to replace a worn strap on the car hauler. The only down side was the condition of the trailer, beyond well used with rust holes through the chassis, broken fender retainers, etc. Otherwise, met my needs.

When arriving at U Haul on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at the pre-arranged pick up time 12 Noon, was told that the pick up time was for 4 p.m., though I had called a couple days before and was told 12 Noon was okay. At 12 noon on that day, they indicated there was no vehicle available. When telling the woman at the counter that I had previously called U Haul several times and was approved for the 12 noon time, etc., she got very annoyed with me, telling me that I came there with an attitude. She went on to state that a person, giving the name, said I told he/she that a particular thing was okay with me. When calling U Haul, I jotted down the name of the person each time I called, so therefore, I knew I had never spoken to the person she mentioned and told her so, therefore had not given my approval for anything. Each time I honestly defended myself to her, she became more and more annoyed/angry with me. From that point on she treated me with disrespect. It seemed like I was being made to pay for what other customers possibly had said, or done. I wasn't notified that the pick up time was changed from 12 noon to 4 p.m. The woman behind the counter should never be in a job whereby she has to assist customers. I will never forget the stress I went through and the terrible treatment I received at Florin Rd. U Haul and hope never to go to that location again. When a customer has a legitimate complaint, that customer should not be treated like a dog because of that. Previous to my appointment day, when I called U Haul, first I was told mileage would be 79 cents per mile. The next time I called, the person told me it was 89 cents per mile. Then the third time I called the person told me it was $1.09 per mile. I spoke to a different person each time. The last person said she was in Phoenix, AZ. She was the most pleasant one I spoke with.

First, the truck I rented was not available so I had to get a much larger one. Then, I had to drive 30 minutes to pick up the truck. I was only given a few extra miles for the inconvenience. I got there at 8am and there were only 2 people working and a long line of people waiting to be helped. It took me an hour just to get to the front of the line. The majority of people in the line had appointments so this was very poor scheduling on this UHaul's part. I had hired help through the UHaul site to help me move and I ended up being late to my own appointment due to how long it took me to get through UHaul. It was reported that I brought the truck back with the gas on 'E'. I stopped 3 blocks from Uhaul to fill the gas back up to 1/4 of a tank. Records showed I Will be exactly 28 miles. So if I receive the truck with 6 gallons of gas which is 1/4 tank for a 26 foot truck. And I bring it back and only drove 28 miles how did it end up on 'E'. If 26 foot truck gets approx. 10 miles per gallon. And the truck was given to me with a fourth of a tank which represents 6 gallons of gas. It I would only use 3 gallons of gas to go 28 miles. I picked up the truck which they said had on a fourth of a tank. How can I used 1/4 of a tank (6 gallons) to drive 28 miles? Then the manager was rude to me telling the customer service rep not to listen to me as I was trying to explain my logic on the error that Uhaul made. I hate going to the Uhaul on florin road and avoid going there at all cost. Unfortunately I was unable to get a truck in Elk Grove and had to rent from Florin road location. Your employees are cheaters and liars and rude. When I went to purchase boxes from florin road while I was preparing for my move two of your employees argued over who would help me and they both left the room leaving me in the store by myself. One employee went outside and the other employee went in the back room. I almost walked out with the supplies without paying, but that's against everything that I believe in.

I rented a u-haul that had a hole in the roof. When I returned the u-haul the person who checked the u-haul asked me if I purchased insurance and I advised I did and thought that was a strange thing to ask. She had a conversation with the lady at the front desk and they were talking about the hole in the roof. She advised that the person who rented it before me had damaged the truck and that the gentleman that checked the truck out after the truck was returned had not notated it. Four weeks later in today's mail I receive something from U-hauls insurance company blaming me for an accident I was not involved in. Now Im calling the store and corporate trying to get this resolved and getting the run around, I was told to contact theinsurance company, but why would I contact them if its your mistake. They are fraudulently trying to collect money from me for an accident another customer had. My advise is to document EVERYTHING you cant trust nobody.

I made my reservation online at U-Haul.com I chose the location of Dixon California or Vacaville to pick up my auto hauler, I didn't receive my confirmation for where I was going to actually pick up the auto hauler until 7 PM that evening in the form of a text which told me I would be picking it up in Sacramento on florin road which is about 35 miles from where I live in the opposite direction of where I was going to pick up the other vehicle that was going to go on the trailer when I arrived in Sacramento on time to pick up my auto transport there were none there evidently the computer had scheduled me for there but they didn't have any auto haulers. My first contact in Your Flooring Rd., Sacramento store was a young man named Manuel he looked up my reservation and was the one that had to tell me they didn't have any auto haulers. All the people that were working that day were extremely busy and running around virtually sweating you could see how hard they were working . The next person that I don't with her name was Lani and her and Aryka we're doing everything they could to figure out where a trailer was and how they could fix it and help me all this was going on well like I said this particular U-Haul was so packed with customers and vehicle returns and people picking stuff up it was the busiest I've ever seen a place. During the course of waiting while Lani and Aryka we're trying to get me taken care of and auto transport was returned however it was the wrong size then as luck would have it another auto transport got returned and it was the correct size I had to wait around for what I would estimate to be a little over an hour for everything to be worked out and finally get when I came there for after being told there was none on the lot the computer had just scheduled me there. Prior to driving to Sacramento I called U-Haul that morning and I was transferred to scheduling to try to see if there was another spot to pick one up beside Sacramento every time I got transferred to scheduling I was hung up on so after three attempts I chose the reservation option and when I got on the phone with them they transferred me to scheduling and it hung up on me and fourth time so I opted just to follow up with the text and told me drive to Sacramento to florin road pick up the auto transport. In the end it all worked out can't say I would use the online reservation system again knowing it's going to schedule me to a spot that may or may not have the equipment ,but there's one thing I'm sure of at the end of all of this do you employees that you have at your floor and Road Sacramento location are amazing they were faced with an impossible situation they were courteous they were polite they were working extremely hard and maintains the best professionalism I've ever seen under pressure so those three people Manuel, Lani and Aryka deserve to be recognized for doing an excellent job and going out of their way to make sure I was taken care o

Saving grace was that someone happened to be on the premise (it was before the locations open hours), that was able to check the system and tell us what location had the reserved truck. All associates I dealt with in person were extremely helpful and nice so I do not blame that on them. However I would not have known where the truck was at otherwise and almost missed my moving schedule.

I have gone as far as contacting customer service with corporate. My many experiences before have been great until the Florin Rd location. I experience poor customer service, rude and associates who gave no knowledge to their customers about the details of charges. I worked over 12 years in customer service and specialized in installation contracts. With that being said, I feel that the associates at that location do not clearly explain certain charges and features that only add more money to your account. Unless this issue is straightened out I will no longer go back or refer Uhaul to anyone I know. Luckily, I spoke to a great and empathetic associate with corporate customer service who stated we would get thing smoothed over. Let's just hope.

All 3 employees I saw worked very slow and unprofessional. They looked like exhausted and hung-over slugs. There was a line of customers and only one cashier was open. The rest were walking around gossiping and trying hard to avoid customers. I had a lot of questions and they could not clarify their policies. Getting the truck to move took way too long and it ended up costing me $115.83 to move 19 miles! THIS WAS THE BEST DEAL THEY COULD OFFER ME!?! I thought I would get some of this money back when I paid. Usually at Uhaul, I overpay for a "deposit" estimate, and then get some money back for unused miles. Unfortunately, after speaking with Pam and Alex today, I found out that I am NOT getting any money back! This was a crazy and ridiculously bad deal to move 19 miles! This was NOT good service and they did NOT care about giving me the best deal to rent a moving truck. This was a direct result of their laziness and greed to get my money!! I will never recommend Uhaul to anyone because even Alex at the "regional office" will not even refund any of that money back to me and can't do anything about this!! Saying "sorry" all the time is not good enough to resolve this. I want the honest, best, correct charge for the 19 miles I drove this truck, plus additional gas I put in when I returned it, which was above the 5/8 line. That would be good customer service, don't you think? Not the best, not better, but at least "good" enough to satisfy a customer who only drove it 19 miles. What would you do if this happened to you? Ask your senior regional managers to contact me and I will show the pictures that I took with time/date stamp last night to prove it. Also, we need to seriously talk about firing a few people you're definitely wasting money on. There are so many people in Sacramento with better customer service skills who need this job! I know they hate their job and that's why they roll their eyes so much at everyone and can't even smile.

The truck needed maintenance; another person removing his belongings was the one to let me know there'd been unit(s) broken into; the guy who read my fuel guage claimed it was an eighth of a tank short on return when it was touching bottom of the quarter line - which is where the mark had been drawn on my sheet. I let him rip me off for nearly $40 because I was exhausted, but I will NEVER use UHaul again and I WILL WARN PEOPLE AWAY! The girls at the counter were polite and doing a decent job.

Someone made an unauthorized charge for $17 plus dollars. I rented a truck for recycling and told the representative this and come to find out it's against the law and UHaul claims they didn't know and didn't not refund my money but instead made an unauthorized charge to my card for $17.53. Very bad and experience and this was the supervisor. She was on FaceTime with her lover while I was standing there on my phone calling the corporate office. Just sad really!.

Reserved car hauler at West Sacramento location. Went in day before to check if hauler was there and if the were any other reservations. No problems. Came in next morning and someone else was being hooked up to the trailer. Said they had called night before to reserve. Still had my reservation in computer. Had no other trailer on site. Understand this location often overbooks. Will never reserve at that location again. Go out of my way to share this story with anyone moving or renting a truck/trailer.

The trailers are older and shows signs of use. I don't mind older equipments, but one tire is very old with numerous cracks all around. I was worried I might be stuck on the freeway somewhere since there was no spare on board. The back lift door was very hard to open due to usage and age. Other than that it towed very well and was easy to use. If theses simple maintenance were addressed, I'm sure there would be no future concerns.

It should automatically pull up the file and edited info. what is necessary. By doing this will cut down a lot of time. And before we ret. the trailer or truck. Refused to adhere to the modified agreement, which was initialed by the U-Haul employee, which pointed out that the fuel tank was not at 5/8 but rather at half tank. I ended up being charged anyway. My experience with U-Haul was the worse experience I have ever had doing business with any company in my entire life. My last U- Haul experience was an example of a complete customer care breakdown within a company. I started my experience with the online platform. I selected my truck and pick up location. I also used their fast checkout option, so I could get in and out of the store with my truck. I finished the online transaction with little issue, but it took too long and it wasn't the best online experience that I have had. I receive my confirmation email, which had a 9am pick up time on the day of pickup. I did not select this pickup time and the online order did not provide me with this option. So, as a result I had to call U-Haul to reschedule, due to the fact that I needed to pick up the truck that night at 7pm. I call U-Haul and I am transferred to scheduling and I work with a nice women that informs me that she will be changing my registration to my desired pickup time. ( I should not have had to call, this was a complete waste of my time. The website ordering system is subpar.) She informs me that my pick up time had been changed and I could pick up the truck at 7pm. The night of the truck pickup I have my wife drop me off at the location so she could put our 5 year old son to bed while I waited. The location on 6425 Stockton Blvd, Sacramento CA, 916-424-95823, was the site of my pickup. Once I arrived at the location, after my wife dropping me off. I was forced to wait in line for 45 minutes, due to the fact that their was only one employee working at the time and multiple scheduled pick ups. After, waiting patiently for 45 minutes, my turn to be helped happens. I explain that I am here to pick up a 17' truck that I setup online. The employee looks at his system and tells me that my registration is at another location, at 3026 Florin Blvd, Sacramento CA 95822. I am of course stranded are the Stockton location and I ask the representative working what I can do. He rudely states that he isnt able to do anything. That i am basically on my own and I press the topic further and he again rudely states that he can give me 50 dollars but I could not go pick up the truck at the other location. This absolutely blew my mind. I stated that I needed the truck more than I needed 50 dollars. Fortunately, a previous U-Haul customer offered me a ride to the Florin location. I arrive at the Florin location and wait another 45 minutes for the purchase to be complete, remember i registered online and selected the fast checkout option. The process goes on as expected, just very slowly. The truck had 1/4a tank of gas and I was simply tossed the keys. I made it a specific point to ask the employee about how much it would cost if I brought the truck back with lower than 1/4 a tank in gas.He specifically stated it would cost me around $4.30 a gallon. I accepted what he stated as the truth and left. After moving all the next day, I went to drop off the truck,

Had to use car running lights tell it got daylight. Once it got daylight I found the dolly tail light wire was broken and not making connection. When I reserved this space, the call center said it was 16 miles from my location, it was 33 miles! It cost alot extra to drive the truck there and back.

When returning the vehicle we tested the lights, checked the mileage and fuel levels and was on my way in less than 5 minutes. Excellent service and very convenient.

I had two relatively minor issues here.My pass card didn`t work well at the readers and even though I checked out of my unit 7 days early I wasn`t offered a reimbursement.
