Yes, we were ultimately able to rent a van. The customer service was extremely lacking but that could have been because of an argument that erupted just as we got there. The employees may have been still upset over that incident but the professionalism was lacking. The van's tire pressure signal was on and we took a picture to make sure we weren't held accountable (and luckily the employee didn't even mention it to us). Overall the job got done but the customer service overall wasn't that great. Also the van seats should be vacuumed for dog hair and maybe some deodorizers would be nice.

Only problem I had was the drop off location on Joppa road in Baltimore. It was hard to find, located behind a liquor store. The contact number was the liquor store. The uhaul representative was at lunch at 250pm, returning at 330pm which is when they close which makes no sense. So while I was secure with my pickup, I was totally unsecured with my drop off. I had to call the 800 number to close out the reservation and take pictures for my own security because the drop off location was unsecured.

U-Haul should have customers rank a list of preferred pickup locations if they cannot guarantee the truck will be available at the chosen location- in my case, the place I got the truck was not convenient compared to other potential locations. Also, U-Haul should not allow customers to reserve moving blankets for a `1-way move if the store rep is going to tell them that they can't have the blankets when they pick up the truck because it is a 1-way move.

The staff at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable. The process was pretty fast. The truck was old and it almost had 100,000 miles. The driver's seat was not working properly, and the bay door got stuck with the hook that close it and it took a while to get it fix.

Very unhapwith Uhaul themselves. Not the location itself. Uhaul took a reservation a month for one way the 2 days before I was told the only way is to return to location. Costing me more money . Uhaul going after the covid money and taking advantage of the situation

location is far too away from me and there was a serious attitude issues from everyone at the station. First, the receiver of the vehicle misread the miles used (10x) and then when asking for more info the lady in the front desk was unhelpful and said that I should had taken a picture of the dashboard, when no one ever told me to do that and is therefore, not a expected practice.

The battery of the truck died on us so it must have been low when we got it. Engine oil warning also started showing up, with "6% oil life remaining". And the inside of the truck was not very clean.

I was very upset with the reservation, i schedule the pick up in NYC and had to go to the bronx location, i even waited 1 hour to speak to a representative and still had a problem with the location of where i had to puck up the uhall truck

I picked up a truck via truck share. The truck had a flat tire. I called roadside assistance someone came in an hour, looked at the tire (which had bulges in it) told me to put air in it and drive it to my destination because he couldn't jack it up. It was 9pm, and I was with my kids traveling an hour to New Haven, Connecticut from The Bronx, New York. The following morning another person is sent out to Connecticut, gets to my house and realizes the truck doesn't have the tools needed inside of it. It was just a bad experience overall. I am very disappointed.

Khalia Sibblies was my front desk representative and her demeanor was very unpleasant. She was impatient while answering questions. She rolled her eyes twice during my visit. I've been visiting this location for many years and this is the first time that I've had a negative review. The truck's oil light kept coming on and the vehicle was stalling while driving. The driver's side mirror had a crack in it as well. Overall, I was displeased with today's visit but I will still recommend this location and I will visit again myself.

Doing the contactless pick up through the website it tells you that the trucks will be in the parking lots, but they're actually on the street. Not a huge deal as an employee was there to tell me where to go, but if he wasn't there it would be confusing. It should be updated to mention the trucks for pick up are on the side street.

Make sure to enter with a lot of tissue if you have allergies. Tis is the dirtiest most disgusting place I have ever rented from. The bathrooms on any floor are NEVER clean/cleaned, so nasty. Always stinks. Other than that the place is ok,

Absolutely horrific experience with U-haul from start to finish. I reserved a truck and storage unit online and with the Promotion of one free month of storage. I go to pick up the truck and they tell me they have no more trucks available so they give me a fan. Okay, fine, fair enough, not a big deal. Then I go to the storage unit and while I'm at the desk, the employee refuses to honor the free month of storage with a vehicle rental. I told her that I called them earlier to confirm that they'll honor the free month and they said YES over the phone and hung up on me. I get there and she tells me that they won't honor it, nor is the promotion valid for their location. I then ask why does it say it is available on their website? Crickets.... I wish i didn't cancel my reservation with Public Storage and went with them.

Customer service was great. Especially the manager was very kind very professional. Storage facility was clean. But was unhappy by the amout of mouse and rat droppings in my storage unit. With all my stuff in it and kids items alot had to be thrown out because of mouse/rat droppings. We use to have a second floor unit but once me moved to a ground floor unit rat/mouse droppings problem. Overall if it were not for the mouse/rat droppings U-Haul storage great company great customer service prices not too bad.
