The front desk atitude is always at a 100% don't know why.. the guys in the back they want you to doo a carwash before bringing in the car. So why? They have mops and brooms? And water. For a little dust they wanna charge. I rent it for a few hours and they always mistake the charge . I would not recommend it to no one . I hope I could find a better uhaul place. Don't take random customers account to make money. I cannot believe that you changed my account information to somebody's and rented a truck. Also, disappointed Uhaul company about supporting a store doing business like this. Uhaul better fix this way to do your business unless there will be no customers in future. Confirmed mobile pickup for 6am before the office opened. On the morning of pickup we clicked, in the app, to begin the mobile process but we're given a message that said that the truck would be available to pickup at 7am. We were on the road with the truck by 7:30am. If we had known that the truck that we confirmed for 6am would not be ready until 7am we would have planned accordingly, however, the 1 hour delay caused a 3 hour delay over finding parking in our neighborhood, traffic leaving the city and on the highway to our destination due to leaving late. The truck was fairly clean with the exception of the cup holders being sticky with what looked like some food remnants on the floor.SAMANTHAEILEEN M.

The spaces are smaller than most assume, so I would recommend checking out the units prior to fully committing to a locker. Absolutely horrific experience with U-haul from start to finish. I reserved a truck and storage unit online and with the Promotion of one free month of storage. I go to pick up the truck and they tell me they have no more trucks available so they give me a fan. Okay, fine, fair enough, not a big deal. Then I go to the storage unit and while I'm at the desk, the employee refuses to honor the free month of storage with a vehicle rental. I told her that I called them earlier to confirm that they'll honor the free month and they said YES over the phone and hung up on me. I get there and she tells me that they won't honor it, nor is the promotion valid for their location. I then ask why does it say it is available on their website? Crickets.... With all my stuff in it and kids items alot had to be thrown out because of mouse/rat droppings. We use to have a second floor unit but once me moved to a ground floor unit rat/mouse droppings problem.
