I declined the insurance because after speaking with my insurance agent and taking pictures upon arrival of the vehicle and sending them to him I was covered under my own policy. I declined it online and I declined it in person. I was still charged. The gas was about a 16th of a tank above what I received the truck and I was told it was a 16th below and then I was being charged $7.50 for 16th of a gallon. Absolutely ridiculous when I scooted the insurance and the gas fee I was told that's just the way it was. This is the second week in a row I have rented a vehicle from U-Haul my experience last week was great this week $37 over charge was ridiculous I will never rent from you again please and I will refer other people to other companies as wellCARRIE P.

Uhaul was great! The movers that I had to choose from and did use were HORRIBLE! They did major damage to my antique table, broke my china cabinet side, pulled apart my sewing cabinet, and scratched and dented my refrigerator. I have no idea what other of my belongings are broken. Uhaul should rethink their association with Movers R Us.CATHERINE S.

Been renting vehicles from this location for years whether it's a moving van, car trailer or a pick-up truck all the vehicles were well maintained and fully functional. Service has always been great. It would be awesome to have someone kinda show you the in and out of the truck. Example -how to adjust the side mirror, pointing out that there's no rear view mirror. I was overcharged on gas. There were so many misc charges on both my debit card and credit card. The dolly was never taken out of the rack but got charged anyway. I rented one day 2 or 3rd Nov. Went to hospital on the 3rd. So the truck want used much until I got out on the 9th. Charged for excessive miles. So I want a huge adjustment on these charges. The van I rented had been previously stolen. There was a lot of damage inside and out that was not noted. When trying to put gas in the van, it would not let me put it in at any rate faster then a trickle. This make by trip last an hour longer because each gas half fill up took over 20 minutes. Aguilera Roadside service was great. They were prompt, found the issue and fixed it. After learning that they did not catch this during their inspection of the stolen van, I felt more uncomfortable using it. This poor inspection concerns me about the overall safety of vehicles that have been through this. I also found that the left blinker is not working correctly. This goes along with the other damage that I located that was not accounted for.Robert B.

Each time I use this location there is not enough help and they have no sense of urgency. It took almost 30 minutes to pickup the truck as there were only 2 people (on the last day of the month) and about 15 minutes to drop off because 2 employees were busy chatting with another customer and then each other. To make matters worse I ordered an appliance dolly and they were out. I ordered on line about 1 week early and was confirmed.THOMAS B.

Checking the vehicle out , I did not like the way your guy treated me at all, I know he was probably busy but I felt like rushed and in his way. Checking the vehicle back in the Girl was very pleasant to speak with , and answered a couple of questions i had for the guy but didn't dare ask him because he seemed irritated already. After informing the U-haul service personnel Mike , that i would be using to take recycling . He suggested I get cargo van so I did. Go get the van, load up the recycling all happy getting it done. Get to the recycling center, still happy until one of the workers informed me that the van had out of state plates and you cannot use U-haul in the state of California to do recycling. So had unload recycling and turn the van in at the check in the than informed me that could not use u-haul . When I went back to the recycling center I saw 2 other people in U-haul get turned away. The morrow of this story don't use U-haul for recycling.Joyce W.

i booked the uhaul two month in advanced and showed up to get my u-haul and it was unavailable. it took 7 hours for them to get me one. it made me late on my move to washington i had to pay for a hotel because i didn't make it to my new landlord in time. it took customer service an hour to tell me my truck was not ready. i got 50$ off but that doesn't even cover half of what i had to pay for a hotel. i plan on reporting uhaul to better business because it almost cost me my new place and uhaul didn't care at all. when i was able to get my truck the employee were rude and unwilling to assistbrandon T.

The customer service and online services are very poor. The only reason why I still use U-hual self storage and truck rentals is because there are no other comparable convenient options that offer the same services. I have had so many problems with the quality off service at multiple locations the absolute worst was from the management at the Mid-city Fresno location and the manager Tish at your Lodi, CA on Cherokee Lane.Angelica O. | First Impressions
