Fix and maintain your U-Hauls, add cruise control. Add the correct amount of mileage in order for someone to make it from one location to the next and not be forced to go over and incur late fees.Andrew M.

Be sure to ask all questions or if the truck you're giving breaks down that the replacement is a replacement and not charged as a new contract. I was charged twice for the truck that broke down and the replacement truck that was suppose to be a SWAP free of charge for 24hrs due to not being able to use the first truck giving. We got the truck around 10 am truck broke down in the yard & it wasn't towed until almost 10 pm the truck wouldn't even drive & I cant make this up even if I wanted to. Please be careful or just find someone who will be willing to help you move if they have a truck this was a well learned experience and was my FIRST &LAST experience I will leave my whole home furnished before I rent with uhaul againCIERRIA C.

Well first of all the mileage was off the floor mats and the back of the truck was dirty. After returning the vehicle I realized on the paperwork that they didn't change the mileage nor were we discounted for how dirty it was. I'm the kind of person that take the time to wash the truck and detailed it befir returning it in better condition than what it was. So maybe y'all should take account the condition the customer brings the vehicle back in and discount them on that... just my opinion of course not like you would reimburse or discount me for the things that I disputed on the paperwork was not corrected at the end transactionsTENYA K.

***I turned in my truck within the 24 hrs on the contract to the dealer on the contract in Enterprise, AL. The next day I received a call from a UHAUL center in the same town asking if I was planning on returning the truck. Upon informing him that I returned it to the contractual site, he informed that UHAUL had probably changed my drop-off point en route. I would have gladly taken it to the other UHAUL facility as it is a small town, however, I was never informed if this change. ***This is not the fault of the drop-off location, however it is an issue that needs to be addressed***AROHA D.

The whole area around the office is not paved or equipped for cars to drive in especially after the rain. I broke my car rear bumper trying not to get stick in the mud and get out of there. I took pictures too if neededMahmoud E.
Truck was very high mileage ( over 100K) and did not have cruise control. The folks at the location are awesome and the prices are very reasonable.Sean A.
1) When picking up, I was informed that they don't have any trucks and needed to go to a different location 20 miles away. No discount or added miles so I had to pay for extra miles above 250. 2) Truck had damage already. Worn rear tires. Lots and lots of different noises when driving. Driver side windshield wiper really bad. Did not wipe, just smeared the windshield. Made it really hard and dangerous to drive since I had a mist or light rain most of the drive. 3) When I finally arrived to my destination, I see a big bulge on side of right rear tire. I was very lucky that the tire didn't blow while driving on the interstate. The bulge blew during the night but I was able to very slowly drive to my vehicle return destination. 4) When I picked up the truck I was informed that as long as I return the truck with at least 1/4 of a tank of gas I will not be charged for gas. I make sure I have 1/3 of a tank and arrive at Uhaul to be informed that I will be charged $85 for gas ! I don't expect much of Uhaul but this was beyond a bad experience!MANFRED B.
