The combination of storage and truck rental is great, saves time and hassle. Truck was clean and well appointed. Only issues was the lift door was not running smoothly.

Shirley OI had a mobile pickup reserved at 8AM on Sunday. However, when I reached...it showed that no equipment was reserved for me. I had to wait for 1 hour in the Texas heat for the manager and then take. You guys tell in the website that if it is reserved and if you dont get the equipment back youll give $50 back...what about that?
Ali AOnly downside was there were no moving pads available for our move. We made do with what we had. Truck was clean, well-maintained, and worked well. The staff at the location were friendly, helpful, and thoroughly explained everything we needed to know about our rental and after hour return process.

Jenifer SThis location may not provide 24/7 service for picking up a truck. It would have been nice to not be able to reserve a time for pickup after hours. Also the app would not accept the pictures that I thought I uploaded, yet had no issues taking my payment.
Latrice BWhen the key is turned to start the truck it was very stiff. The truck had a out 150,000 miles on it, but I did you park or did you want I parked right there t should have been easier to turn the ignition key.

Deter homeless folks around the storage access area with an occasional security guard otherwise they really try to annoy you as you are trying to park the truck in limited space in dark trying to check out and you are dead tired after a long day moving.

kalpesh pmy after hours drop off was a pain in the ass - having an app to install and configure and then could not find my reservation SUCKED. We finally just did it on the web site but wasted 30 - 40 minutes doing so - after along day this was not fun. Under that QR code you could also say - or go to the website - it was too much easier.

robert sI say the equipment was well-maintained and overall it was, but there was an issue with the latch on the back of the truck, which I mentioned, and the staff person said their maintenance person had been told about the issue but wouldn’t fix it. So their maintenance person gets a thumbs down! Otherwise, very nice staff and easy process to rent a truck.

Irby F | Overall ExperienceOn 02/06/2014, Tuesday, I went to my storage unit to move out the last of my stuff. Upon driving through the security entrance, another car that was parked out front, pulled up behind me and tailgated his way into the facility. After packing some boxes into my auto, I went to the restroom and saw a homeless guy dressed very shabbily with a shopping cart full of his belongings inside the fence of the facility. I felt uncomfortable, because I thought that this was supposed to be a secure area, but he didn't bother me and pushed his cart along his way.

Also I dropped the trailer off early and he was also short tempered when I was asking questions, like I was dumb or bothering him with questions. The two incidents were 5 hours apart so this was now related to any specific issues

And I’m gonna close the 3 big storage units because of this. Horrible service and horrible escalation teams that never get back to you. Horrible company and location U-Haul does care at all how their locations are run as long as they see money. No matter how they always find a way to add and add more charges.
Joseph M1) My rental truck was not ready … 2) when they finally brought it out it had check engine light 3) I caught the attendant with odb2 scanner reader trying to turn off the lights so I would take the faulty truck 4) when she saw that I knew what she was doing she scrambled and decided to get me new truck Bad bad practice

antonio nI've never been to this location so I had no clue how to enter into the gate. I wish there was some type of heads up of how the gate code would be given. I didn't know to start the check in process first in order to receive the gate code. Would have also liked the gate code to be texted/emailed to me so that I don't have to go searching for it to get back in and out of the gate after I was finished with the Uhaul. (which I still didn't find it. Someone else let me in) This was possibly the worst experience of using Uhaul.
TAVI IWe’ve used this location to rent a uhaul twice and have been satisfied both times. The process is very easy and the manager is very friendly and helpful. Will be renting here in the future.
Marcus CWhen I rented the truck the fuel light was on and the back up camera did not work In addition, the tire pressure light was on and the Uhaul representative told me I would have to go to another store to have the tired filled because their air compressor was not good enough. After filling the truck up with gas I had to call roadside assistance to deal with the tire. The tire was not just low in air. It had a faulty valve stem which required replacing to make the truck road safe. This caused a several hout delay in packing the truck and getting on the road. I find it very irresponsible of Uhaul to rent trucks that are not properly maintained or road safe. Very disappointing experience.
John CThis location was very convenient for me and kept my stuff secure, however, every time I went into the office there was no one there. This happened 3 times over the course of 6 months I went into the office, having rented a truck or needing assistance and no one would be there, or came when I yelled or called the main phone line. They either need more staff members or need to put up a sign when they are not going to be behind the desk.

The worst part is the overcharges that they made next day. This is almost a regular issue with uhaul that they have strange tendency to keep overcharging people.

Barbara MI was charged more than double what was initially shown to me when I booked the rental.
Tristan NI reserved the van on thr app, but when I got there, there was no van available. Fortunately, someone returned a van while I was waiting for the attendant to look for one elsewhere. When I completed the rental. I was told that I would only have the van for 3 1/2 hours.
NANCY HI had scheduled for a move in on Friday but wasn't able to pick up the truck until the next day. We picked up the truck and got back to the U-haul place our storage had a lock on there so we could not get in, and then they switched me into another unit at closing time,so when we got to the storage unit it was very small and I couldn't put anything in there so they had closed and I was stuck in the parking lot with all my stuff in the truck and they were already closed and it wasn't anything I could do but leave my stuff overnight in the truck, this is the worst experience I ever had from Uhaul I'm not too sure about ever using this place again.

Michael HMy belongings were in storage at this facility for 20 months while I was building a small house. I rather dreaded getting them out of storage because of past experiences that weren't so good. However, as I rearrange furniture and unpack household goods, I find no damage attributable to their storage. Access was easy and the employees were pleasant and helpful. It was especially helpful to those who moved my belongings to have access to the rolling platforms that carried so much more than either an individual or a standard two-wheel dolly could carry. That made things both easier and faster!

Tony C | Overall ExperienceI can honestly say that returning the truck was a miserable experience. The attendant was not helpful, he told me to go park my own truck behind some other trucks, so i did ... and I had to go around a huge building, do a 8 point turn to go back to where he told me, and then he changed his mind. I then had to back up down an alley, do a 90 degree turn, another 8 point turn, and park it elsewhere. In addition, he couldn't put together a single sentence without slurring words. He couldn't tell me where to put my key, he wouldn't check me out, it was a nightmare. I finally just left.
JOHN SThe drive-thru is not clearly marked once you get between the buildings for the interior sets, there was essentially a traffic jam trying to get through and around to enter and exit. Not sure what's going on with the complimentary loading beds, but couldn't find them on a busy Saturday, I guess that would probably be why.

When I approached the front desk I was told (through the mail slot by the employee) it was time for them to close and I would need to load all my stuff up and return the next morning so they could try to straighten it out. Very dissatisfied with the service.

I don't think I would have put my stuff here if we hadn't been in a rush to get it done. The temperature was 60 when I was moving my stuff, so I hope nothing got damaged by the freeze. Temperature control does not seem to work. I was willing to pay for this place as long as it was cheaper than other options, but when the price went up I had to go.

When I was trying to move out, the hours changed and I was not made aware of these changes, so friends srranged their time to help me, and not be with their families and we all had to wait till 9 am to get started. That is not user friendly. I am aware of the vandalism in a left leaning city. I know how an inconsiderate person with malintent can disrupt business. Uhaul has no excuses for this change in access and to NOT NOTIFY its clientele since most have email addresses registered. Staff is very friendly and most helpful. 5 stars to staff.

Exceedingly hard for moving truck to navigate the very tight space. Moving truck was locked in- and it was not even time for the facility to have been locked up.
