Poor customer service did not have truck at location. Had to find another truck we missed a cable appointment because we got there at 8am and the only customer service person was not there she stated she was a kid school and did not have truck . She told us we had to go to another store over 20 miles away and when we complained she said it was not her fault but the customer service department. We then was directed to Peter's street and given a smaller truck with several more deliveries. Never got the 50 dollars guarantee...a joke...I have been a customer before ???

They got the job done but no one was courteous. No smiles, lots of “mumbles” and not speaking up. I was told to go inside to check in for a receipt. One girl was counting money and said she would get to me in a minute. Another girl was at another register and I walked toward her she spoke up quick and said, “Oh, I’m not open yet.

There was a new employee that checked me in. I was there for over 45mins. More training is needed. This seems to be a busy Uhaul so why would the owner make sure the employees are trained properly? Thankful for another employee who seemed to know what was going on.

I had trouble with my initial truck rental representative Jay along with two other assistance they listened unlike other truck rental companies and I recieved overly high satisfying customer service I always do when doing business with this location I appreciate the location for putting a customer concerns first. I was told that the truck I was picking up was on empty and I needed to get gas immediately upon departure. Upon arriving to the station, I discovered the gas cap on my truck was broken off, sealing the spout where the pump is to be inserted. Luckily after some serious rigging, I was able to get the cap off and gas in the truck. I don’t know if it’s a coincidence that I was given an empty truck because the gas cap was broken, sealing it shut, but I’m a little surprised the truck wasn’t inspected better after the last person and wasn’t fixed before being given to me. Thank goodness we got it going though! I notified and showed the broken cap to Carlos who received in my truck. Other than that, another great experience!

I was in unit 4333, it was a great experience, the only problem I had was that the light at my unit. I actually had to walk pass my unit to get the light to come on. Second time using this location❤❤❤

The staff never cared about any of my concerns. I would go there and always ask for a manager and no one was ever around. The staff was unprofessional and rude all the time. This is poorly ran.

“Sample” 10x10 unit in lobby, NOT the same size as actual units. Probably 2’ shorter in height. The csr’s=No sense of urgency. You could tell they get paid by the hour....not for hustling.

The lines are always long and there are on average 1 person at the counter. There weren't any carts available for moving nor were there any Van's available even though I scheduled a pick up in advance

Peters St location needs new management. I encountered two managers. One man and one woman. I paid 280$ to settle out my storage when I was quoted $150 to settle out my storage two+ mos ago.

Unfortunately, the utility dolly fell out of the truck that I rented. A neighbor recovered the utility dolly, and returned it to the maintenance man. On 0/6/18/2018, I got it back! I was charged $120.
