The reps were KFC! Meaning they were Kind, Friendly, Courteous! They went above and beyond their duties. We came with a heavy load and we left with lighter hearts! On the contrary, my daughter could not pick me up because I had the car keys in my pocketbook. I thought of walking home but it was pouring. Stephen waited with me while I tried to solve the problem and then ended up taking me home! Talk about above and beyond! Thank you uHaul and thank you Stephen.

I had a terrible experience with Uhaul customer service. It wasn't this location's fault per se, but I could fill up a phone book with the bad experiences I racked up this month on Uhaul's behalf.

1. I would think the Zoom Mirrors for the drivers are confusing. I t was hard for me to change to the right lane by looking into the right mirror because the cars appear so close to me. I would recommend normal mirror. 2. $19.95/day is misleading and in so may ways cheating AD! You ca clearly see my per day cost is $79. U-Haul must have a better Ad than this! Dr Mishra

I thought the whole point of uhal was to be able to move your stuff and be able to bring back your rental to any uhal location. So I had to move and drive my rental back empty to the same location it cost me double what it should have.

We had issues with this original move back in 2017 but never made a complaint because sometimes someone just has a bad day. Sadly, we made the wrong judgment call to use U-Haul again. This is the first negative review I have ever written. But I hope I can steer someone else away from a negative situation before it is too late. I was unable to write a review because Theresa canceled our reservation number so I am using the old one. We have tried to work with U-Haul three times now and every time it has been a nightmare. Although it is on us that we tried to put our trust in this company, we should have known better after the first time. The best word I can think of to describe the employees at U-Haul is INCOMPETENT. If I could give U-Haul 0 stars I would. U-Haul is the epitome of terrible customer service. They called my boyfriend with less than 24 hours’ notice to let us know that the truck we rented was no longer available, but we would have one at another location that is a smaller size for tomorrows move. I completely understood this, things happen. I called to speak with them about this new reservation, I was put on hold a couple times for almost 10-15 minutes at a time. I am not sure if this was the customer service rep’s first day, but she continually put me on hold for long periods of time, throughout this I remained calm and patient. At the 31st minute of this phone call I was hung up on. So, I then had gotten someone else on the line and re-explained the situation. This representative also could not answer my questions, so she passed me along to her supervisor, Theresa. Theresa was happy to let me know that the new truck that they reserved for us at the new location was no longer available for us. When I asked why...her response basically was that it just is that way and then ended up using the excuse because it wasn't meant for the type of move, we were doing? Instead of trying to resolve the issue she preferred to try to disconnect the call at which point I admittedly became very upset. I have never spoken to a customer service representative in such a way because I do too work in customer service and understand that things can happen. I understand that all companies handle things differently but when it is the company’s fault and the customer is TRYING to work with you to make both sides happy, you should be able to come up with some sort of resolution. At this point I very quickly understood why the rest of my phone calls went so horrible. How can I expect employee's under this individual to be capable of handling a customer service position when the manager can’t even explain an adequate sentence to me for the reasoning behind all of this. Honestly, I would have settled for her to even try and attempt having the brain capacity to come up with a solution. At this point I thanked Theresa for her help and hung up the phone. We tried calling back later to get another reservation on the board, after 40 MINUTES I somehow was unlucky en

Staff is terrible, rude, not willing to help. Winter time my lock got frozen and they told me it would be $100 to get it unlocked. Why have a garbage there if people cleaning units can’t use it??

The unit i rented was suppose to have a new door put on when i rented it and never done. We couldnt access it in the winter due to snow piled up in front of it. There was stink bugs in the unit

found a puddle of water in the bottom of our unit at the end of our 3 month storage in the unit. Everything stored there reeked of mildew and one bag had to be trashed due to BLACK MOLD growing inside

The uhaul worker was very nice and knowledgeable. My mattress was wet on one side and part of my sofa was wet and molded....I put it in the garbage. The unit had spiders.....
