Very rude gentlemen who work there. The whole experience was dreadful. Had to go to 2 uhauls because the one on voss road on sugarland never came to help us.
Not charge $27 for gas. We went 9 miles (your own records can verify that) and that is worth $27 in gas? Either we got hosed or gas prices in Texas have gotten out of hand. $3 per MILE not gallon
Trey was incredibly kind and helpful during this busy time of month. In regards to the facility, I wasn’t able to access my storage unit on the first day due to issues with the key card. It threw a wrench into my plans but I’m glad Trey was there to help.

I had a wonderful experience with Trevis L (I hope I spelled his name correctly) if there was 10stars he deserve it and more. I strongly recommend him for promotion and pay raise. He was so professional in attending to me very friendly yet professional he explained the process carefully to me. His service will make me use uhaul over and over and tell others about uhaul. I hope every other staff discharges their duties just like Trevis and he should be a role model to the rest. Thank you Trevis for an excellent service. God bless you. Employees needs some customers service training. I was over charged for gas, when I told the employee I had a picture, I was credit for the gas. Then they charge me with $39.98 for what I don't know. I paid uhaul and I had closed out my ticket. I hoping this won't mess up my checking account.

Equipment needs to be inspected before releasing to customers. The transport trailer I rented did not have safety chains for the towed vehicle. Otherwise, my rental experience and trailer was very good. I'm a frequent UHaul customer.
the staff is amazing
Trailer turn indicator lights were malfunctioning and employees knew about it but cleared trailer for use. I took it because it was the only one they had and I didnt want to drive to another location.
It would be great if all hardware on units are checked to make sure it is properly installed and easy to operate.
Customer services department is terrible. “ Sheila†didn't greet me, didn't even looked up. The way she asking and acting were more like “I'm doing you a favor because I'm God so shut up and answer my questionsâ€. Because U-Haul delayed my truck rental by 1.5 hours, and i had concerned about return time. I asked “Sheila†about my return time, she didn't even bother to look into the computer to answer my question and said “same time as you requested. Truck was very clean, no issues at all . Overall, only “Sheila†has a bad attitude that ruined my experience over there

The employee that assisted with hooking my trailer up was by far the best I've ever encountered when renting from any UHaul. He was very helpful, courteous and excited to help. I didn't get his name but he is definitely an employee to be proud of. He took great pride in providing great customer service and should be recognized. Awesome rental experience.
The gentleman that checked us out was amazing ! He was so kind and efficient and had the best customer service. They did forget to put my dolly in the car but other than that I appreciate this team and location
At the office the black African lady was rude. Need to get customer service.
The drivers side visor wouldn't stay latched and would drop down whenever a bump was hit. Both mirrors were set wher you basically had only 2 positions to adjust it too, the drivers side was manageable, the passenger side was basically useless and I almost had two accidents. Until the mirror situation is fixed where they are adjustable the truck shouldn't be rented out.

The truck has some trash and they charge $5 for us pads but the truck don't have pads and I never ask for rental pads because I'm contrac on the moving company I have my own pads
Some of the front desk were not helpful enough. At the time of moving out I went to the person sitting at the front office and told him that I had moved out and gave him my access card. He told me okay you are done. Few days latter I have received an email indicate that I am still considered have the store. The same person was most of the times I have asked for help, he was not helpful and is trying to get business for his own friends out of Uhaul.
The lady when i returned the vehicle was super rude she opened the back of the truck and told me it is not cleaned we will charge 25 dollars just because there was a piece of paper lying i picked it up and she said now its ok then she said did you guys ate fish inside the truck we told her we rented the truck for moving not to eat fish inside and she was like my manager will review it because it smells bad and may be we will charge you then cherry on top just we drove the truck for 6 miles and she charged us 16 dollars for fuel . . . I had better experience one time before but last time was awful

Poor customer service skills, not helpful. I walked in and greeted everyone and no one acknowledged my presence. The person attending to me seemed annoyed I was there.
There was an associate who was less than helpful and provided me with the worst customer service I have ever received at a U-Haul. She was very dismissive and basically didn't seem to even like her job. She needs some coaching on how to conduct herself in the future.

This is not the first time this location did not open up on time and had to wait 45 minutes to pick up the truck I reserved.
Make sure the trucks are safe to drive the truck I had needs an alignment real bad the steering wheel was side ways just to go straight

The customer service could definitely use improvement. The person who inspected our truck upon return was downright rude. The only employee/s who were actually friendly and helpful, were the ones working the register/counter when processing and printing our return receipt. I will definitely not recommend this location to anyone. My friends and family expect better treatment when purchasing a service.

Overall the facility is good. Centrally located where I live and staff was polite and helpful. Their office hours were good and storage center hours were good as you can access it after the place closes. I would recommend this place to anyone needing to store excess items short term or long term.

Arrived and parked in check in area at 6:58 pm and employees had already begun end of day duties and would not assist my check in. When one came to his car 30-40 minutes later I asked his assistance and he refused. When I told him I'd arrived prior to their 7pm closing time he answered that they "started" closing around 6:50-6:55. The mobile app was not working properly and I was there for an hour trying to drop off a trailer. Customers should expect posted business hours to be honored. If you want to "close" at 6:50, you should post that.
Make sure the employees are paying attention to the customers they assist!!! Get more help and have employees that are knowledgeable about the process while assisting customers.
Customer service needs to go above and beyond. The lady that worked till close with the young man treats people like they are just another non important customer.. very rude and says things she shouldnt say to customers.. one more thing make sure they are marking the fuel gauge accurately. I rented the 26ft. Truck and it was supposed to be at half tank was well below half tank.. i returned it at half a tank. But watch that because that is a huge 60 gallon tank

Opened the location late and took 45 minutes to get me the truck I reserved. Didn't call until the night before saying that I couldn't pick up the truck for the time I requested because all of their boxes were broken. So I was late for the movers to load my truck which cost me time and money. When I asked how they were going to resolve the issue they just shrugged and said “oh wellâ€
The truck had a lot of mileage. 184k. Took a lot of gas. Additionally, when the truck was given, it was half tank. It is a hassle to fill it back up to half. I believe the trucks should always be full tank regardless of the size of the truck.
Got great service and help from Ms. Shelia Cottrell. She was cordial enough to greet us nicely and helped us finding a suitable storage space.
No complaints at all, my belongings were kept safe and maintained well over the last six months.

I rented a closed trailer. First the rear gate went up while I was there but did not come down. The employee took the door and slammed it down. I was taken back. Then I tried to open it again and it got stuck. I found that one of the wheels on the door was messed up. I was told that all of them are like that. “Okâ€. Then I was charged for 3 days. I only used it for 1.5 days. I had to have it back early because it was already reserved for someone else. I will not be using them again.
Keep those guys, consider increasing their pay. Very Professional and knowledgeable staffs. I reserved a day ahead, didn't find the truck size I wanted but they advised the available van will do the Job too, they were right. I was in and out max 20 mins.

Little more thorough explanation of mileage before renting truck... after having a storage unit for approximately 4yrs I decided to move everything to my new home... I was asked roughly how many miles and I said around 30... I came back with 38 and was charged a fee... I could understand if I was told to make sure I'm under but I was asked “roughly†... unfortunately i was disappointed with the result and didn't have chance to plead my case to anyone.

Everyone who works here has been top notch in the 22 months that we have kept our items in storage. They are always very professional and really friendly. Especially the big black guy with smiling eyes with dreadlocks I think? He knows his stuff and has always been very kind. Also the guys who work the area when you pull up the truck. They are young black guys and are always super nice. This place has a good crew. Sorry I don't know any names but I'm terrible with them and I only know faces usually. Just want to let you know that this particular location is doing everything right and treat customers very well.
The management was timely in communicating to us problems regarding an AC leak into our unit. U-Haul staff then moved the contents of our unit to another unit to prevent further damage before we arrived to assess the situation. We appreciate this proactive solution. Thanks.
