I wanted to compliment the young man who was running the store on 7/25 at 9am. He was by himself and handled a very busy lobby calmly and with great communication and understanding. He worked as efficiently and quickly to get everyone on their way. He was polite and kind too. I wish I knew his name because he should be personally complimented. Thank you.KATE S.

The car had leakage on both sensor in the passenger site before I leave the town (thanks god). I had to call UHAl road side assistant which they send someone to fixed. I called at 11. The tech person completed by 4 am which i did not get much sleep. I wish they inspected car better.NAVID T.

This rental was smooth. Last time out, was charged double and had to wait several days for credit to be added. Was told that they would take care of me on next rental, this was the next rental. Reminded clerk but didn't press issue. But overall things were smoother this time around and looks like I won't deal with that same issue again.LESHUNN W.

The trailer appeared it had been in a recent fire. I appreciate the flexibility and stellar customer service at this location. I had reservations at another location (Shade Tree Auto in Laurens SC) that was cancelled last minute on Friday afternoon and that representative was rude to me. The UHAUL representative over the phone was super helpful in helping me locate another unit. When we arrived for pickup the representative on site was accommodating and helpful!!!James S.

Truck was brand new so no complaints there. The only issue I encountered was the ratchet strap on the car dolly kept coming loose after every couple hundred miles or so. Also the big truck not being diesel was not the most fun.KIEFER M.

I was double charged for my rental in two cards. I used my virtual card to hold and rent and another to use at the pick up. I was charged on the virtual and that day and have not been reached out to after the issue.Brian M.
When I arrived after I found out from the location I reserved it from that the reservation has been moved they didn't have what I needed was transferred to two other locations. Wasted two hours. I rented a 6x12 trailer for 10 hrs. It was returned within that time window on the same day. I was told a receipt would be emailed to me. I received my receipt and I was charged for the 27th thru the 30th. Instead of being charged 40.99 I was charged 122.98. The guy at the store that the equipment was returned to said he'd take care of it. Now, why am I charged for 3 days? Why wouldn't anybody reach out to me if I rented a trailer for 10 hrs and it supposedly wasn't returned for 3 days? I need somebody to check the cameras and return my money. People need to be more careful especially since those of us who use this service are probably on a budget.Crystal F.

The check-in process was seamless, and the attendant came outside to get the keys when I returned the vehicle. These small acts were extremely helpful to me on a long day. Grateful for the help at this location.EMILY G.
The trailer was fine. But the blankets that were in the back of the unit were damp and had a bad / mildew odor. I put them in plastic bags to contain the smell. I didn't pay for them so not a big deal. The gentleman working the store in Columbia should get a raise. He was there by himself, and the store was very busy.
