First of all check your odometer if it's calibrate, I only travel about 10 miles round trip and was charged 64 miles.. I google map the address from and to only 9.2 miles round tripâ€¦ other fuel was rented out almost empty enough gas to get to my pick up destination Rowland Hts., loaded truck and head to the nearest gasoline station, come to fine out the gas nozzle has blockage unable to put gas, called road side assistance and wasted couple hours of my time.. just for me purchase a 3 gallon gas container to fill up the truckâ€¦ to get to my drop off point and back to the rental place at city of industry.. manager stated aware of the issue and fix the issue, Iet me tell you it's not fixâ€¦supposedly make multiple trip end up doing single trip due to luck of time being wastedâ€¦Virgilio C.

The two men that helped me during my visit where very attentive and helpful, they recommended a few items I needed and installed them form me, their directions on how to install the equipment was clear precise. When I came back the next day to return they where just as helpful and everything was done very well and quickly. I'm very satisfied :-)JULIA P.
Pick up was easy but the drop off was a little more difficult, couldn't find the drop off and when we went inside to ask the person said they had to check the truck first which took us 20 more minutes to have the person then said that the truck was already checked in.ðŸ™Brian H.
Unfortunately, I left very disappointed. Due to the pandemic I was forced to move my stuff out because I could no longer afford the bill. Closing out at the end of the month per my contract and always following rules I was forced with out sympathy and consideration to pay $5 for a key card I no longer had. The manager threatened to leave my account open until I came back with the $5 and told me “you have 6 days before you get charged a full months rent” (I didn’t have money because I was unemployed and barely surviving. A little compassion goes along way and I’m almost certain your company wouldn’t have went belly up by waiving the fee. God have mercy on this world. The truck I rented was not ready as I had to wait for air to be put in the tires and also oil. The sun visors were not working properly. I was told the total charge was $160 plus but my credit card was charged $206. Hopefully my card will be credited?BENNIE J.

I reserved a unit so I could change to a larger unit from 1466 to 1612. When I arrived everyone was friendly and helpful but the new unit I had paid for was still occupied. I was told there was a delay in the previous occupant moving out and asked the staff to contact me when the unit was available. No one called to notify me but instead I received a call that I had left my existing unit unlocked at this time I asked about the new unit and was told it was empty. When I received a call to confirm pick up and location the girl on the phone was extremely rude. She did not had patience to explain to me Why I have to pick up and drop off at same location . Before in my previous experience I was able to pick up on one location and drop off at different location . She was rude and yelled at me for not understanding why this process has change. I'll rent trucks from this location again: very efficient and helpful staff, all the neede equipment available, right off the 60 freeway easy to find. Truck had a ramp which makes it easy to load. Easy to drive, very clean. Watch out for hidden fees: I don't know why Uhaul makes you take the time to fill it with gas or they charge you twice as much for gas if you don't: they have a gas pump right there. But overall it's a good deal for a good useful truck that's easy to use.Ruth K.

Something went wrong. I rented a small open trailer and the first one hooked up had a rear light so of course they set up another one. Checked out all lights and told it was a go. It got dark and I was informed I had no running lights. Had to take time out of my use toget an electrical specialist to correct problem. Also that problem caused problems with my truck thus blowing a fuse and knocking out a tail light. I called and explained plight and was given four extra hours to complete my task due to problems delaying my destinatCLAUDIA B.

Storage size of units not accurate. Should haVe said approx size. Misleading. I wouldn't have expected this from uhaul. Also was not allowed to actually physically view the space to be rented until I rented it. Felt that they were trying to pressure me and hide something. Explanation was that prospective renters might move in before signing agreement. I asked for them to have an employee open unit so I could view it due to advertised space size discrepancy. Was told no way that would happen so I signed agreement and was escorted to space and it was already unlocked. If I wasn't under some personal time restraints I would have walked out Certainly not what I expected from uhaul after my multiple year dealings with your company. Really gave me a bad feeling.i also got a couple of other surprises as well both when i went to rent a van and to rent the storage space that I found very aggravating If you want to talk to me about those I will discuss them over the phone.
