I've called this location on three separate days and no one answers the phone. I went to this location multiple times to rent a vehicle but there was no one in the office. Each visit the line was long. People were waiting and obviously annoyed with lack of staff. After renting my truck it was dirty inside. I cleaned it out! I reserved a 26 foot truck two weeks prior. The day before the move I get a phone call saying the truck broke down. When I get there. I ask someone else about the truck and they tell me someone reserved it two days ago and I couldn't get it. Didn't make any sense to me. For that reason I don't recommend this place.DIEGO M.

The U haul chino messed up my pick up at 10 pm. I had to drive 25 miles to get the truck. I also paid 60 more dollars because of this. UHAUL CUSTOMER Service Department didn't even care about it. The Supervisor refused to talk to me. Worst exp ever!!!!!!zhong W.
You should check your vehicles thoroughly prior to renting out. We rented a van that appeared to have no damage, however, after loading and taking off to our destination we heard loud noise from the passenger window. We stopped to check and discovered there was damage to the passenger door. We literally had to travel with the window down the entire trip (almost 300 miles) and unable to use the air! I called U-Haul prior to leaving town and the day after return. I was told to take pictures of the damage and that a supervisor would call me back. I'm old with a bad back and arthritis. The staff found me a storage unit close to the entrance on the first floor. Now that's going the extra mile to help the customer and I greatly appreciate it! Storage facility's access hours and office hours were too inconvenient, but the staff were friendly and helpful. Longer access hours is the most important. The access hours are 2 additional, which is a welcome bonus, from when I was originally a customer, 20 years ago. I also like the little swap yard in the downstairs lobby area.
