I ordered a truck from a location, and I got to the place no one was there or had no truck. I had to call wait on hold for 15 min only to have me go to another location. At that location, I waited 20 mins, then returned the truck the wait was too long.Donavan W.
The only thing I didn't like was the Chevy truck I couldn't and just the lights for the dash the print was so small on the dash I do use my reading glasses to see it. It was a 2022 so the truck was brand new only had 7000 something miles on it And rode better than my truck so I rode nice it didn't seem like the AC blew hard enough. It was filled efficient. The auto stop at a red light was OK once I figured it out but for me I would never buy a Chevy truck like this that's just my opinion I I am a dodge ram Cummings guyChristopher P.

We had a lovely experience checking in with Laticia Joshlin. Laticia was friendly, helpful, and made the pickup process extremely easy. The person that helped us during drop-off Wednesday 9/7 around 630p was equally as helpful and kind. We would recommend renting from the this location. Thanks for all the help!Pierce M.

Terrible experience! Rented a U Box and they didn't have it for me on the day, so I had to drive out to Mesa since they had one. (I did have a confirmed reservation by the way). Today I'm on hold for over 40 min and was told I need to come back tomorrow!! My flight leaves tomorrow!! This is a piss poor service and really needs some cleaning up!! I couldn't even reach anyone yesterday! I was in hold for 36 min and was disconnected! I'm on hold still 46:13 maybe I will be able to speak to someone but this is BAD!!!jessica W.

Actually it was great. I love the after hours drop off system. Very impressive. Only concern is the drunks and homeless by lightrail station yelling across the street. Wish there was a self locking tongue lock to prevent theft. Not the best neighborhood for nice equipment.Mike M.

I chose to drop off my uhaul at a closer address and you all switched the day before my reservation. I had to drive 2 hours round trip to just pick up to uhaul which I didn't account for that additional gas in my budget. And when I spoke to customer service they basically told me it is what it is and no sort of compensation was going to be credited to me.Garrett D.
The tail pipe had been cut down so it was very loud. The entire truck was banged up and dirty. It ran rough, and could barely keep it at 30 mph going uphill. Even though I paid for damage waiver, I had to document the excessive damage before leaving lot. Your digital system was not user friendly, timed out several times, the associate had to reset and I had to start all over. I spent 45 minutes in the lot retaking multiple pictures because there was so much pre existing damage.Linda A.

I had no problem with this specific location. My problem is with uhaul as a company. I couldn't get ANYONE on the phone to help me. I waited on hold for hours multiple times just to get hung up on every single time. I also requested no less than 5 call backs and waited for hours and no one called me back. Your customer service is severely lacking. I also bought moving help only for the company to call me and say they had no availability yet they were still available to book on the website. And I still have not received a refund for the moving help that I never got. The truck itself was great and easy to use and it was clean. Again, this location isn't the problem. It's the customer service that is horrendous.Bailey M.
I will tell you what i think of my recent experience. I am going to ask my attorney if i can sue you for trying to charge my credit card $7380. this is the 3rd time you have charged one of my credit cards with no authorization from me. i am tired of it and now i had to block my credit card so no more charges would go thru. i will never use uhaul again as long as i liveRonald W.

I rented a trailer for two days and took it back in less than 24 hrs and didn't get a refund for one day.. crazy stuff â€¦I am unhappy that they lost my reservation, made me wait two hours in the parking lot for another customer to empty his trailer in storage before I could rent the same size of trailerâ€¦still had to go and load it up and drive back four hours to where we were goingâ€¦it was all a crazy messKara C.

The representative who called me to provide the rental pick up location had provided a pick up location in Tucson, AZ which is 117miles away from Scottsdale, AZ where I lived. The representative advised that is the only location that has a truck size I reserved. I had made reservations 3months ahead of time to avoid issues. The only thing that representative offered for my inconvenience was 50mile add on to my miles. There was no supervisor available that day since it was Sunday. I did call the next day and requested a supervisor immediately and miraculously some how a truck the size I reserved appeared in several locations in Phoenix metropolitan area. Very unhappy with the service I received with the representatives in charge in calling customers with the location pick up.Daisy T.

I had reserved a dozen moving blankets with my truck. When I showed up at the location they did not have any moving blankets. I had to go to Harbor Freight and spend $85 on moving blankets that I should have been able to rent for less than $15, and the blankets were lesser quality. I have generally had good experiences with Uhaul but this was distinctly a negative one. The truck rental went fine.Mike F.

The store didn't open up at 7am as I was already 10-15 mins early. I wanted my entire time I requested. Then the truck was Filthy fill with crumbs a snickers bar opened! Almost killed my dogs off the strength of me needing to use your establishmentâ€¦ Gatorade bottles pencils you name it! It's the start of the day and you guys provided me with a dirty vehicle and you guys opened up late, not providing yourself to properly sanitize the truck. This is not acceptable.Cherrelle M.

The customer service is horrible. The kid at the counter was to lazy to check the van I rented. He said I'll email you a receipt after I inspect the line of other vehicles. They never emailed me a receipt and wouldn't give me a hard copy. I won't be going back to the one on Apache Road. The uhaul on Country Club is so much better.MICHAEL C.

Truck had garbage from the previous renter in it, â€œonline check inâ€ took longer than if I had just gone inside and I had to go inside anyway. And then it took almost an entire 24 hours for them to check me in so I was worried about what I was going to get charged. Should've not taken that long to get my final bill.
