When I first arrived to rent storage, they had me up the stairs in two different units. I was unhappy with that and asked for a new arrangement. They then got me a single unit on the ground floor. I was grateful for the change, though I didn't show it properly due to my frustrated annoyance at the time. I am pleased with the office's grace with a tired and grumpy customer. Associate Anesia Jefferson was very unprofessional, disrespectful, not willing to help and very loud. Yesterday was my very first time using Uhaul. I never rented a truck from Uhaul before. I checked in as instructed in the email and then went inside the store. Anesia Jefferson was absolutely the rudest associate I ever dealt with. She kept yelling at me very loud to check in. I told her more than one time that I already did. Then she kept yelling at me to back out of it so she could check in for me and I did. She still claimed that she was not able to help me. I asked for someone else to come help me. Associate Aaron came for few seconds and was able to show her what she needed to do. I asked associate Aaron for Anesia's name since I did not know it at that time and he said it very fast so I asked him if he could write it down for me, he refused. I asked for a manager but no one showed up except for few seconds. He came looked at me for not even 1 min, did not ask to help and went back to his office without saying a word. Very disappointed and will never recommend Uhaul especially at this location ever. I would like to get a follow up call.Hesham E.

Something needs to be done about the gas gauge, I put way to much in because it does not move up when you put it in. Said I needed to put in 1.5 gallon to get back to 1/2 from 3/8, but didn't want to leave the gas station under the half so ended up putting 5.5 gallons to get there only to see it jump up after leaving to 5/8. Was very disappointed with the lack of equipment the truck said it came with when I looked it up online. No blankets, no straps, and no furniture dolly. Which I thought I can rent if needed, which I did. But no they don't have dollies for rent. I had to buy a furniture dolly! Luckily I carry straps in my vehicle and used my own strap and a blanket. When I first inquired about renting their smallest truck with a 10ft ramp, which is 15ft truck, they rang me up in a 17 footer. â€œNot what I asked forâ€ and paid $20 more for it. When I asked to make sure, the guy at the counter had already done the transaction. When asked to change it, he stated I'd have to wait for my Refund 3-5 business days, (and yes today was a Friday) and would need to run my card again if I wanted the smaller truck. Online it gives a list of the equipment already on the truck, yes you can add to that, but I was sourly disappointed with being up sell to a bigger truck and it having nothing for moving. Taking my moving needs elsewhere in the future!JOSHUA C.

You are ripping me off on fuel. I drove 11 miles. I put 2.5 gallons back into it to bring it to the correct mark. I have the copy of the fuel receipt from down the road from you. My semi gets 7 miles to the gallon. Your truck doubles or betters that.CODY C.

Before cancelling my reservation after failure to reach me by phone, send a text message because safe drivers drive with do not disturb on to prevent distracting the driver. The 1st month being free is so appealing but boy if you need a 2nd month the prices are outrageous. Paid for 24hour access but yet my unit was behind the locked gate and couldn’t access it after hours. Eventually I did get a clicker to open the gate but it was after I needed it. I attempted to move out of my unit multiple times but could not get anyone to answer the phone. Finally went up there again and got it handled. Overall I'm satisfied with everything except with what I paid for the truck rental. I think $130 was a bit much for a rental for a couple of hours.
