I have rented from this location 3-4 times during the last 2 months. The staff there is exceptional at providing service with flexibility and taking care of the customer's changing needs. That truck needs to be decommissioned. The headlights didn't work well only the driver side was pointed out enough to get light ahead of you. The interior was horrible! The driver side visor was broken, the hud for the lights was literally hanging out of the dashboard touching your knee with wires and all. The speakers to the radio only worked on the passenger side and not well either. Both seats need to be fully replaced they were torn and ripped. The doors had to be slammed so hard to actually close them, if you didn't they would jiggle themselves open 1 mile down the road. Check engine light was on and apparently the gas cap needs to be tightened every 15 seconds.Zachary K.

The only comment i would have to say is when renting a truck on the website the rental of moving equipment should not be an option. Especially when in store it is on a first come first serve basis. I rented 3 dozen blankets a dolly n hand truck. I was only able to get the last dozen of blanket because a previous renter took the entire inventory along with all dollies and hand truck. Everyones move is a big move for them and either uhaul.com limits the quantity Of rental moving equipment items when a person is reserving or removes equipment rental options from the website all together. The stores should only be able to rent equipment out according to thier inventory on hand. All in all the office staff was very accommodating, helpful and friendly.Kevin R.

The customer service should have been better. I warmly greeted the black gentleman at the desk. He didn't speak back. He barely spoke to me at all throughout the transaction. Then he gave me a dirty truck with a dented and broken front light. It was parked the furthest away on top of hill. Also, if you want people to put gas in it, you may want to show them where the gas tank is. On return, there were many people waiting. But at least this black gentleman was nicer than the first one. This place treated me great! When I first got there they were having mechanical issues with the elevators so they accommodated me and gave me exactly what I needed on the ground floor. Then, there was a change in management and they had no record of my unit. So I showed them my Unit and they got me in the system and gave me one month free. My only suggestion is to check the tire pressure on vehicles before renting. The last 3 vehicles had the low pressure indicator on as I drove off the lot. Returning to the lot to have it checked is usually very inconvenient due to staff shortages and time constraints. Other than that, service is excellent!Laura K.

On the day I moved in, the elevator broke. We couldn’t use the stairs to get to our 2nd floor unit bc they had been locked from the inside. With no way to get back to our unit, we called Uhaul customer service who promised the facility manager would contact us the next day. Never, ever heard from him. We also called the emergency number listed on the elevator which was to the facility manager— he didn’t answer and his voicemail was full. We left that night without ever getting access to our unit which was wide open all night. The next day, our friend was able to get to our unit for us by getting the office to unlock the stairs. I am not treated well by sine of the uhaul stores like the boxmeer store. Unfortunately with the charity work that i do i have to use uhaul. Freight elevator is so small, and totally inconvenient. My wife & i thought we had booked an outside unit, not interior 2nd floor. Storage unit was fine. Quarters are tight when pulling a trailer. Frequently have to have uhaul trucks moved to get access to unit.
