I was able to get into the unit as needed. I was able to use auto pay on my account which was very convenient. The people were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this location without reservation to my friends and family.

I showed up and my furniture and items in the storage unit had mold and mildew my sons golf bag was saturated with water and I couldn’t hardly drive to the unit to access
Alicia ZThe mileage on the contract was off by 1 mile less than what was on the truck Gas was listed as a 5/8 tank, and the truck had 1/2 in it I did not bother to correct the mileage but had to go back in through the rain to correct the fuel. The personnel were friendly and did not make changing the gas an issue.

SABAH AMake sure you have blankets, and don't make your customers have to contact corporate to make sure you have enough for your move. Also, the truck you leased to me was running poorly as if it had a spark plug or two fouled out from bad gas, or timing issues. I reported it to the drop off person.

They tried to double charge us for the use of truck, even though we brought it back gassed and cleaned. We were an hour late but we should have only been charged another days fees $39.00 but they tried to charge us for the miles twice and other things, so we will be looking into other companies for future use.

We needed it for moving things from a house to a storage unit that was exactly 5 miles away. And we made approximately 4 trips. And you stated we went over 44 miles?!?? Not possible. Maybe 5-10, but not no 44. You are a rip off. Word of advice, take pics of the odometers people. Don’t get scammed and overcharged as I did. I’ll borrow a horse and buggy before I use U-haul again.

Robert KThe truck was practically brand new with less than 8k miles on it, but it smelled AWFUL. Someone had obviously smoked in it, which is such a shame. I hope you charge people for smoking in the vehicles, because it is really unpleasant for other renters. Other than that, it was well worth the money!

When I brought it back we closer examined tge trailer I'm thinking the hub was broken. So I'd have to say I think the Inspection was not well don't on uhauls behalf from the previous renters.

This was not the case, I called for five months straight when I kept receiving invoices for the unit, was assured everytime I called (on a monitored and recorded line) that these statements were inaccurate and to ignore them as my unit bill would be cleared when the unit was auctioned off which was originally scheduled to be one month after I called and cancelled. However, just now almost 10 months later I am still receiving invoices for the unit. Horrible management and the employees and manager are clearly not on the same page when it comes to procedures.

I had both trucks in before 6pm. One rental was a 4pm and the other was 6pm. I had the first truck there before 3pm and the second by 5:30pm. The facility still charged me 56.80 for next day return. I thought that was pretty crappy since I was able to return both rentals on day I was supposed to at time before they needed to be returned.

After that, the store scrambled to restore power but was unable to restore the remote gate operation. We had to bother employees to gain access to our RV. They were terrific when we needed to get in. My issue is with Uhaul corporate for not repairing the problem and then not discounting my fee. The contacted price included remote 24 hour access. Uhaul breached their contract. The Beckley store was awesome, scrambling to make the diminished facility operational. Uhaul corporate failed, miserably.
