Although I had a reservation, your system not working and after three hour of waiting I had to delay my daughter' move for a day -- meaning had to find a place to hold up for the night. Very difficult everything wa organized for a Thurday move and i flew in from California to do it. very expenive.

They should have posted or when they offer the safe move insurance they should stated that their is a 150 deductible involved that it doesn't cover damage completely and it is represented as it was. Also 100 percent sure he did not verbally tell us, but all good and the crappy printed paperwork that you can't read not able to tell if even stated on it.

App needs fixing, and should ask all information necessary for after hours pickup ahead of time. I was stranded due to app crash and information being requested that I didn't have with me: proof of residence (who carries this around during after hours pickup?)

Battery terminals were corroded with rust and oil causing U-Haul truck to die. Had to have it jumped which wasted an hour of moving time and my time.

when we called about renting a tow dolly, the u-haul rep said it was $10.00 a day with a $60.00 deposit that we would get back. Arrived on pickup day and found out its actually $45.00 a day, but its to late to back out, so we were taken by the classic bait and switch tactic. Should have gone thru the website and spent the time to get all the info instead of calling the place. So the take away here is the people at the site don't necessarily know the prices, or maybe they do and just suck people in, but check the price on the web site.

Wasnt happy that i was told that nothing was being deducted from my checking account till i returned the vehicle... Wouldnt have had a problem with a 100 deposit but to take out almost 129 and then to tell me when i dropped off the truck that my money would be released back to me immediately and 14 hours later it still has not been released back to me... Im not pleased at all .... Your stores stupidity has now caused my checking account to bounce.. Im not happy and you can be guaranteed i wont be using u haul again.. Not happy not pleased !!! Sucky service !!! Poor employer training ... A company this size shouldnt be screwing people over

The gas gauge was just UNDER the 1/4 full mark, not the 3/8 mark as on the contract. Also there were 2-3 pieces of broken glass in the back.

We've been renting the same van in a fairly regular basis. Yesterday, they gave us a van that wouldn't hold nearly as much (GM van vs Dodge) and our day full of deliveries was thrown completely off schedule. I have angry customers and frustrated delivery drivers. I called and spoke with customer service, and the gentleman was no help whatsoever. We will not be renting from here again unless this is addressed.

Please tell the call center reps to answer truthfully when asked if they are in the location. The rep lied and even tried to make it sound like she was there by remarking that a specific person was not working but usually there. Her lies caused a delay in the pick-up procedure. The lies also caused the worker to get soaked because he did not know I was coming for a truck/transport combo.

I cannot say enough about how well run, clean, friendly and, all around great customer service this dealer gave us. My husband and I are long time U-Haul users from across town to across the United States... U-Haul is our go to place. This was our first drop off at our home town location after helping my daughter with a 4 state move. Other than being super busy, all the finalities were handled as fast as they could accommodate me and the friendliness after a long and tough move. If I could give them another star I would! Great Work Binghamton U-Haul!

Greeted with a annoyed "be with you in 10-15 minutes" as the older gentlemen seemed to be figuring out a issue behind the POS with another employee who was blatantly newly hired.. Drop off was a better experience.

We had to stop and replace a box on the rear taillight .Left Turn signal never worked and Light stayed on all night till we got it fixed in Richmond VA.Those guys were great especially the mechanic named Steam was polite and fixed that and the lock was installed backward by Vegas.

Location and equipment was good but customer service was not up to par. I had to wait 10 minutes before anyone came in the store to service the customers (there was only one woman ahead of me and she complained as well) Then the representative couldn't find my reservation on the computer so this check in process took about 15 minutes. Then in addition to that I was told that if i used fuel I would have to refill which is understandable. However it was a very short trip so I posed the question that I don't think much fuel can be used in 10 miles will I still have to refill or is there some leeway room? The rep's response was not very courteous and I left in a bad mood.

My nightmare....1. my reservation was set for 7 when they closed at 7. 2. Nothing they could do for me. 3. On the phone with customer service for over an hour trying to work something out and was trasferred 6 times before I spoke to a lovely girl that helped me do a self service truck. 4. My options were to go 40 miles away to get the truck I needed or stay there and accept a 15" truck, the only one they had. Being after 8 at night, THAT was my only option. 5. Had to go through and take pics of all the damage on the truckand do all the protocols that that required to take the truck. 6. Get home to start my move and my boyfriend, who owns a complete service tire shop, sees the tires on the truck (i didn't notice before) large gash in one that you could actually pull away with your fingers! Then the two front were half bald! Very dangerous. The move went ok. Had to have 4 friends bring pick up trucks to help me move the things that wouldn't fit in the smaller Uhaul truck. Got back to Uhaul to drop off truck and this WONDERFUL older gentlman with a beard helped me out and was amazing , kind and very aware of what I went through. Thank YOU kind sir...everyone else....horrible.

The staff barely spoke at all. Did not acknowledge us when we entered the location. We had to call their attention before we were served and they didn't explain anything about after hours drop off, which requires pictures to be uploaded online.

The manager was awesome. Was supposed to leave at 5 and stayed until 7 and even drove me to my apartment because my friend couldn't keep the commitment. He personally drove me to my apartment to pick up my vehicle to load onto the auto transport which definitely exceeded my expectations. This man is a solid leader and definitely an asset to your brand.

Better training. I didn't receive the dolly I was supposed to get and the associate didn't tie my vehicle down properly. At the first stop on of the tie down was completely off and the second was half off. Also when I called for a refund for the dolly I didn't receive I was told the manager had to do it and they wouldn't be in until 4 days from the time I called but they would call me back as soon as possible. A week later I had to call in again and was transferred to a corporate agent.

I used the estimation for the fuel gage, which brought it to 3/4 of a tank. when I drove from the gas station to the drop off place the gage dropped and cost me a 6$ fine. Please rent with full tanks of gas, then there would be no issues.

Fast, pleasant, no-nonsense service. My questions were anticipated and answered clearly by the staff and by the new forms I was shown. The gas gauge image, showing gas-in-tank and how much gas to add based on final gas gauge setting, is terrific. This is, by the way, the second time in a few months that I've rented equipment from this U-Haul location. Keep up the great service!

I had to reach out multiple times to schedule and follow up about my ubox delivery. I expected for someone to contact me after my box arrived at the location to schedule delivery date and time. I was also very surprised that it was not possible to get an early morning delivery; the earliest they were able to schedule my delivery was 11am.

Serve us free coffee........sometimes because of the location the lines get a little long and it would be nice to sip on a hot brewed fresh coffee while we wait. lol. The guys there are Awesome!!!

I was extremely pleased and I will absolutely be back to this location in the future. The general manager of that location was the one to help me during pick up and drop off of the trailer. He took great care of me, and worked out a wiring issue right on the spot that the trailer had so that all lights worked in perfect condition and I was safe driving with it on my truck. He was very polite and very respectful. This location has earned my business with the Dj, live sound, and lighting company that I own. They're great job helped me to get my job done

When I got the trailer home it smelled like they hauled dead animal in it . we called but the only other trailer that was available was 2 hours away. we wash all the wall down and mopped the floors. stilled smelled. we put a bunch of air freshener in it so my stuff did smell .

My odometer reading wasn't accurate when I first got the vehicle and one of the workers said he would communicate that yo his supervisor but that didn't occur instead I was billed based off the inaccurate reading and the supervisor never returned my call about it.
