Let us keep to the truck longer and the storage is not big enough to store my refrigerator which cause me return it and that took away from time

MONIQUE JThe representative was really nice to not only me but all of the customers present. Thanks to whoever is in charge I was there for 5 1/2 hours. He allowed the to be only one person working during hitch instalation appointment, uhaul pick ups and drop off appointments and walk ins for uhauls, trailers and storage units. I am impressed with the amount of services offered at this location but the amount of time it took and over working employees like that is absolutely unacceptable. Despite all of the work the rep. had to do, he was very nice and provided excellent service. He should get a huge pay raise and the person in charge should be ashamed of himself.
Brandon HI cleared out my storage unit before the end of the month that was paid for. When closing my account I was informed I would not receive a prorated portion of what I had paid for. I believe this is not a fair business practice. U-Haul will keep the profit and then rent the storage unit to another person, hence double dipping on customers. I will only recommend to someone id there are no other alternatives to finding a storage unit.

Ryan BI reserved and paid online several days before pick up. I stopped into the store a few days after reservation to ask about a truck check to ensure my pickup would go smooth. When I did arrive at 7 am, the trailer needed to be pulled out and I was told there were no moving blankets. Why was I not told ahead of time, so that I could make other arrangements?
Matthew Lyou should really make customers more aware of the actual pricing, saying 39.99 for a rental is more like 139.99 after taxes and mileage (50 miles) then another 30 in fuel again for only 50 miles is insane very disappointed

carlos mHave 2 employees on hand when an installation is scheduled. The employee that was doing my installation had to stop several times to take care of other customers that came in during my install causing it to take nearly 4 hours to complete tge installation of my hitch. Very unacceptable.

Michael STruck had check engine light on. Driver side mirror was loose and would swing while driving or just entering vehicle.
Bryan RI went to the facility at least twice and the door was not shut all the way. It does not appear that anyone has attempted to fix this. All the keypads in the world won't secure a building where the door won't close. The first unit I was assigned was already in use. Staff had the damndest time trying to switch me to another unit. This required 3 visits. I received a partial refund for the first unit. They never did figure out how to refund the tax. I believe it was the mechanic who finally figured out how to make the switch. Computer system is very antiquated and staff are not proficient. It's does not seem like a well managed business. There were few storage units available in the area, otherwise I might have cut and run.

The Bloomsburg location was awesome, from how it’s set up and easy to navigate inside & outside along with how the store is set up for customers. I would highly recommend the Bloomsburg location for renting anything U-Haul and give Jonathan W 5 stars & a promotion. We arrived a bit early and I was having trouble with the website location part and he offered to due the check I’m paperwork on his computer for me. Very friendly and knowledgeable about everything u-hail related I asked about. Jonathan explained everything from start to finish about the contract and the 15’ moving truck we were renting. I applaud Jonathan’s customer service level from walking in the door to us pulling out of the parking lot. The 15’ moving truck was fairly new, very clean inside & outside and drove like a dream. Timothy WOil change light was on when I picked up vehicle. Vehicle pick up was not at location that I thought I was reserving at. Clerk indicated that U-Haul site will automatically redirect one to nearest location that has truck but that someone is supposed to call you and confirm. I was not called and was initially at the wrong location causing additional time and expense.

VAN RENTAL: The inside of the van was muddy and wet which I didn't realize until I was about to put my mattress and box spring in the back of it. I called Uhaul immediately and informed the woman of the condition of the van. I then requested another van. She insisted I put a tarp down or garbage bags down instead. I told her that I I wasn't going to do that and I would be returning it. She said I would be charged for it regardless. Upon my arrival to Uhaul, the same woman who refused to give me her name when asked continued to be rude. There was another van on the lot however, she said it was going out. ???

Scott CWrong trailer number was entered, then fixed and never sent a new contract till I called to check. Then after I dropped trailer at drop off location on contract before time due in, I get a call a day later to ask if I dropped it off. Was told they would contact drop off location to verify and then email me to show my contract was complete. Never got any emails or follow up.
Scott CThis is my first ever U-Haul experience. I found the truck to be perfectly appointed, easy to drive, and immaculently clean. I interacted with three staff members. They were all very helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant.

WILLIAM BI’m writing this below average, because, from the jump, everything was entered into the U-Haul system, incorrectly or completely omitted. As a result, I receive threatening letters because the customer service rep failed to set up auto pay. I just assumed everything has been done, and then received a horrible letter in the mail. It took me 11 days to get in touch with the manager on duty, even though I called every single day from the date, I received a letter, at the Bloomsburg U-Haul. I had been charged all kinds of late fees and only he could remove them. Finally, it was settled. Then when closing out the facility I was told all I had to do was let them now. I let them know and they asked me if I had completed the move out papers! Yikes. Very nice people that work there but need some additional training.

SHARA D | Overall ExperienceI rented a 15ft. truck in Philadelphia, PA and returned the truck to Bloomsburg, PA. I also rented storage in Bloomsburg on Route 11 and the storage number was 103 for three months starting December 6th 2022. I never received my free month and tried numerous times to have one of the months refunded because I was charged for all three months. John the manager was less than accommodating and when I went there in person to try to resolve the issue and clet him know that we had moved all of our things out and would not be needing the storage any more. John had told me that one of the months had been refunded and then went ahead and closed the account out. I then asked him for a receipt of proof that one of the months had been refunded and he said that it was not possible because he had closed the account. I asked why he had went ahead and closed it out before even asking if I wanted a receipt and he said that I needed to call the home office which I did. He was supposed to get back to me by Friday 03/03 or today Monday 03/06 and did not.

I lost $120.00. I don't think that is a good policy for a major storage chain to use. I asked for a refund and was denied. I'm not very happy with them. Moving is expensive enough, without getting ripped off by the storage company too.
