The equipment was clean but after I got it home I found one tire had a nail in it and wouldn't' hold more than air and another was at the wear-indicators. An inspection of tire pressure / condition would have caught these issues ahead of my pickup. The staff was friendly and helpful.BROCK B.

How do you drive over 3000 miles in 23 hours? You can't! But supposedly we did and we were charged almost 2,000 dollars and we didn't even drive 20 miles. We were not given a reciept upon return so we did not sign when the truck was returned. I ordered it online so I figured everything was ok since the guy said we should get money back because we did not go as far as we said. Thought wrong. Now my account is wiped out. My kids have to miss school and my wife has to miss work to deal with this and get our money back. Will never use Uhaul again for any reason!RANDY R.
Many staff did not have answers to questions I posed about RV storage. The electric box provided does not accommodate size of RV plug due to type of hinge on box. Don't leave keys in doors of trucks were thieves can enter rented trucks. I had one blow out 3 miles away. Check the tires for pressure and durability. Brake lights were out made it dangerous after blow out. Two other tires low pressure through out the trip had to fill air every stopBRENT H.

Have your vendors figure out how to do their jobs. I was told that my discounts would be applied at the drop off location, but when I dropped off the truck I was informed that they had to be applied at the pick up location. (By corporate)ADAM E.
When I told the gentleman behind the counter that he was by far the fastest clerk i have ever seen at any Uhaul location he started giggling and said he hears that alot. I said good because good workers need to know they are valued and appreciated. That young man could run and operate his location. I dont remember his name but it wouldn't take much to rind out who it was. I deal with alot of businesses, and would gladly work with him in any industry. I was at this location a total of less than 10 minutes. If he is told this message is from the guy from NC with a dually that got a motorcycle trailer, I think he would remember who I am.HERBERT S.

the original drop off location that i was assigned was a very unsafe place-no signage, dark and very dangerous. I can not believe that you would direct someone to this place. I even got charged am extra $2.14 for excess mileage because i had to drive around Tucson sear ching for a drop off location. The original drop off spot was unsafe!!!, next closest was no longer in business from google maps and finally location #3 was great- The reason i ga]ve a great rating is because of all the nice people i dealt with at U haul and i love your company. I should have rated drop off HORRIBLE due to the extremely unsafe original drop spot -Terence M.

I received a raggedy trailor that was dented and beat up. And it wasn't until I got pulled over that a state trooper let me know that the trailor lights wasn't even working. It's Uhaul's job to make sure all equipment functions right before the customer leaves. It didn't happenKENYON W.

The only issue I found is with the truck itself. You might want a mechanic to take a look at the suspension. With an empty load the truck would shake violently as I reached highway speed. at full capacity there was less shaking but I could still feel shaking at certain speeds. This location has been the best by far we've done business with. After dealing with the El Paso, Texas TM, I vowed to never do business with uhaul again. I waited outside for 15 minutes for someone to come and let me return my vehicle. One guy was inside on his cell phone. The other was inside sweeping. When my ride showed up they finally were ready. The on the phone guy came out and asked me if if the keys were in the truck. Very Rude! Pick another location.ERNEST M.

I had ordered an appliance dolly to move a large refrigerator. I did not receive an appliance dolly, instead a utility dolly. When I called to correct the discrepancy the person was extremely rude and told me he would help me â€œrephrase my responseâ€. He gave me other locations that had an appliance dolly but that did not fix the issue of not getting what I had ordered online. He also did not give me a refund of the dolly that would do me absolutely no good. I will not recommend the U-Haul location on Benson Hwy to anyone unless they don't want to get what they ordered.ALLAN M.

I wish they would have had my stuff for my storage unit. They literally had to ask everything again which wasted more time. It was incredibly frustrating. I had it all done online. I know. Had a scheduled pickup at 0730 and the truck was never staged the night before. I had to wait until the location opened at 9am to get my truck. I had movers at my home for a whole hour before I arrived with the truck which I still had to pay for.
