Actual mileage and gas level were misrepresented on initial contract. Gas level was listed as 1/2 tank while actual level was 3/8. Mileage on odometer was 1 mile more than contract. Both items were corrected by agent after I went back into the store. Word to the wise: ALWAYS personally check actual odometer reading, gas levels, and damage on vehicle. If the customer personally checks these 3 areas, the rental will be a lot more satisfying at the end of the day.

Had to do self return even though business was open do to lack of staff. Would have been a long wait had I bet set up self check in/return. Uhaul is the place to rent

Charged for overhead damage that I swear I did not cause. What kind of stupid insurance doesn't cover that. It was literally just the corner cap and I've been charged around 400 bucks for it, no warning, they just took it. A call would've been nice or an email letting me know but instead my bank overdrafted and now I'm screwed on upcoming bills. Tried calling to get this resolved somehow like reverse the charge and let me make payments but I got the "let me transfer you" run around with no luck on an alternative way of handling this. 100 percent would not recommend, I'm literally falling to pieces I'm so financially stressed now.

I was promised my unit to my storage would be unlocked but no one ever unlocked it, had to leave my uhaul overnight and unload the next morning when someone arrived. and my code was not working to get into building had to have it reset.

This was the first time I’ve used this location under the new management. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The fleet is in really good condition and the inventory is ample.

my uhaul wouldn't reverse up a moderately steep driveway. the tires would just spin and burn rubber. I went into tell them that it was stuck, the manager was on a personal call for 5 minutes before he got off the phone to assist me. I told him the uhaul was stuck, and asked him what I should do, he said, "I dunno, there's nothing we can do, you'll have to contact roadside assistance." then he told me it was common sense not to park a uhaul on a hill. I called roadside assistance, they charged 135 an hour to tow it out of the driveway. the tires were old on the uhaul, not a lot of traction, that's why it wouldn't get up the hill but they said it wasn't a mechanical problem so i was responsible to pay it. I will never get a uhaul again. not from the one on kitsap way anyways, the employees were completely unhelpful and unprofessional....especially the manager.

CK eng light on. Loud clank from drive shaft. Fuel < 1/2 tank. Ramp was twisted and hard to R+R. Padlock was frozen open. Overall a ratty truck. Staff was nice, but it took almost 30 minutes to ck in due to computer problems with Uhaul. They had the truck I needed, and it didn’t break down on me.

Your transportation department is unsatisfactory. They called me three times with the wrong information confusing the He!! Out of me. Never again from this location.

To U-Haul corporate - Stop repeatedly trying to sell the insurance with the "scare tactics" of prices of common repairs 3 times. Book on-line No thanks, then in store paying again No thanks and finally doing electronic vehicle check-out yet again with the prices. You've taken what could be very customer centric streamlined reservations system and bog it down with getting past your ads.

Troubles started with pickup. Ordered a truck and trailer a week and a half earlier from one location, got a confirmation for another location. When I went to pick it up 22 miles from original location they didn't have it, referred me back to original location. They had a trailer but no truck, drove 30 miles to another location for that. I thought making reservations in advance was to make sure to take care of such problems. Customer services at all three places were very helpful and courteous but when you make a schedule to move cross country it makes it a bit frustrating.

The truck was not clean on the inside somebody’s lighter was in the door handle, that ashtray was full of cigarette ash the cupholders were full of debris. The fan belts also made a lot of noise when put to work. Ie running the air conditioner. Also when returning the unit I was charged for fuel refill and 7 gallons of gas which is in accurate. When I drove the vehicle off the lot 2 miles later The consul lit up and said 50 miles until I’m out of gas. When I return the unit to the lot it said 48 miles until I’m out of gas. Math does not add up that 4 mile difference would equate to 7.7 gallons. My contract stated to return it under a quarter tank of gas which I did. I believe that I was charged this because I dropped the keys and left them with the clerk and did not wait for the check in clerk to process, this equated to $62 dollars in charges that I do not feel I should have incurred.

The facility is in a cramped location. The staff was not responsive to my concerns or request for help. Trailers and or trucks parked in front of the door from the storage. Did not honor free month

Even though the workers tried to be very helpful the computer system was bs so they claimed and the staff not giving enough help it took us 5 hrs of waiting to get a storage unit

One of the U-Boxes had been apparently dropped and many items had been broken. Shawn, Misty, and Anthony were profoundly helpful and understanding in their support in managing the broken U-Box.

On more than one occasion I waited (along other customer) on the line for more than 20 minutes, in order for me to get them to open my unit. I don’t know if they are understaff.

My only concern was after 3 YEARS of paying for storage there was no prorate for the month. I paid for all of June and expected a bit of a return. Hardly seems right. No I wouldn't store w/UHaul again

No one answered my calls also transferred me to a national call center s when they finally did (the transfer made no sense.) My u-box had forklift HOLES in the wall. Took ONE HOUR to give me access.
