I reserved a truck for 9 AM on a Saturday. When I arrived to pick up the truck, it was not there. I had to wait an hour and a half for the truck for a truck to be available. Make sure that you guys have a proper equipment will you guys rent I was relocated 6 MI from destination and total I had to put 32 MI in which you guys charged me 79 cents and then the inconvenience traveling farther from the location I had rented the truck first you guys have horrible customer service by far the worst experience I've had with U-Haul you guys want to solve everything by giving a $50 credit but inconvenience to your customersORLANDO U.

The last time we rented on Friday, May 14, 2021, we made an appointment online to rent the truck. Even though I put in 24 hours online when we picked up the truck it only had 6 hours. The attendant would not change the time even though we rent from you every week and there were other trucks there. I would hope that U-haul would try to accommodate regular customers, but this was not the case at this time. The attendant would not go out of the way to try and correct the problem. I was very disappointed by this, and it inconvenienced us a great deal.WILLIE J.

No communication until the prior day of the reservation, I booked my Uhaul 3 weeks ahead and it was changed at the very last moment less than 12 hours, and the agent offered me the nearest uhaul alternative being 120 miles away from that of a different city.Karthik I.

The general manager woman was upset over a dispute that happened between 3 men and brought her issues to me when I was going to need a longer time and she asked me. I ad to be given another vehicle because the 1 I was given driving door would not close according to the dash and the vehicle was only 1/8 full. I would ask to improve on customer service. The woman that got the truck was nice and polite but I understand time is of the essence but people are moving for a reason What the general manager did not know is that there needed to be a police escort and that was the reason but being upset about 3 men and forwarding that anger to another client is not acceptable because everyone has different lives and one does not know how a person woke up that morning. The gentleman that helped me turn my truck was polite as well.MYRA C.
The location I made my reservation at (5155 S Cottage Grove Ave. Chicago, IL 60615) has its official hours listed as 9:30 - 4 pm on Sundays. However no one was in the office and the building was closed whenever I arrived at 11:30 am to pick up the truck I had reserved.OLIVIA P.

On my initial call to verify my pickup location and time, a female named Taylor was not professional at all. When she picked up the phone, I introduced myself, then asked for her name. She was sort of rude and asked why I needed her name. I asked her if I had reached uHaul? She said yes, I again asked for her name, she responded with, why do you need to know my name? I introduced myself again, and mentioned I would like to know with whom I was speaking to. Just as you would like to know my name. Eventually she stated her name was Taylor.
