This was overall a good experience. Tje only issue that i experienced was not being told that if i paid in cash id need to put a deposit down and have to leave a registration. This would have been helpful to know prior to the date of service.

I had to unhook the trailer myself. That's crazy! Never again. you shouldn't have lazy people working for you. Look at the cameras they don't lie.

My overall experience was terrible . First I requested a Uhaul truck for feb 15 2017 and I requested to drop off the truck at another location . Then changed my mind and said I would bring the truck back instead of dropping it off at another location. I then requested a new reservation because I was dropping the truck off. The representative added my debit card information to the wrong reservation . After I requested my first reservation to be cancelled . When she cancelled my first reservation I was charged $112.00 which she told me my card will not be charged at all they just needed a card on file. So now I'm agitated because I'm being charged to cancel a reservation and have to wait about 3-5 business days for the money to be credited back into my account. So at this point I added my debit card information to the correct reservation that I had asked for . She then tells me $47.68 will be put on hold and it won't be pulled from my account. After I give her my card information and and processes the card she then tells me okay $70.89 has been put on hold . Hold on wait a minute didn't you just say it was $47.68 that's gonna be put on hold. So now I'm furious because how are you telling me one price and the card is processed and it's a lot more than what you just said . She didn't have any valid reason as to why this happened . She kept blaming it on the system. Like no you guys should know your system VERY WELL and how it works . There's no excuses as to why my card was CHARGED twice for no apparent reason . Mind you I told them I will be paying CASH when I return the truck . So why is any money being pulled out . Why was I charged both times . Now I have to wait for 3-5 business to get my money back and I don't think that's right . It's upsetting and completely aggravated me . I don't think I will ever use Uhaul again . & it sucks because this was my first time ever using this company and this has been the worst experience.

I was not going to be able to make it to UHaul by 7pm. I didn't return home until maybe 7 the night before after dealing with the issues previously explained. I called a lady at the Brockton uHaul and explained the situation. I told her I could make it there at 7:05pm. She said to drop it off in the over night drop box. I asked if I would be charged for a late fee, she said NO, as long as it is overnight. When I arrived the employees just locked the door so I dropped it in the drop box. ONE MONTH later I receive a pending withdrawal from my checking account in the amount of $77.78, which now is only $47.78 after the transaction was completed and the $30 "late fee" was lifted. I immediately called West Roxbury uHaul and they said it was an extra day fee, and a mileage fee. They said to call the Brockton location to see what's going on. If I dropped it off overnight there shouldn't be a fee. I called the Brockton location and they said they couldn't help me. That they'd have a manager call me. That was last week and I have yet to receive a call. The next day I called the main UHaul number, they said someone would reach out to me within 3 business days. I have yet to receive a phone call. I am upset that I was charged an extra day fee when I did NOT have the UHaul for an extra day. It's one thing to have an unpleasant experience overall, but to be charged a fee for an extra day when I did not have it an extra day is ridiculous. I'm not sure how many miles it says I went over. If anything it should have only been a mile or 2 with my calculations and including the 10 mile "reimbursement" that was hand written on the agreement. I need a refund for extra day fee. This is ridiculous. I use Uhaul every time I move, and I am NOT happy with the service I received this time. This moving experience was the worst by far and now I have to deal with extra false charges.

Make sure the correct rental is available. Originally reserved a 17' but was told it wasn't available. Have better employees who know what to do. Ensure that the rental is dry on the inside.

I rented a pickup truck and a trailer. Your website has no option to allow me to choose your pickup truck towing the trailer. It somehow defaulted to a mobile home and your staff wasn't able to change it so they started over again, which delayed things about 20 minutes. We checked the trailer lights ourselves as we were leaving and discovered that the right brake light/turn signal light was not working. That took another 20 minutes to resolve by switching to another pickup truck. While switching to the new pickup truck, the person discovered that the locking clip on the hitch pin was loose and could have easily fallen out while driving, which may have resulted in the pin falling out, which would have been disastrous during our 150 mile trip, which were mostly highway miles.

2nd truck rented in less than a week for a whole house move - wayyyyy cheaper then movers. This location is great - the service, the selection of trucks and moving supplies, and the ease of rental. Would highly recommend.

The Cargo van that We rented 4-5 time this year had a keyless remote with the key. this time they removed the remote from the keys. with this type of vehicle the key has to be in the ignition and turned on to use the manual unlock button. Microwire will think about changing rental companies because this is a real inconvenience for the workers.

Great experience. Desk agent was courteous, professional, and proficient. When I needed to keep the truck for longer than expected, a short phone call to the location was all that was necessary - explained the situation and was told no problem. Would highly recommend.

Wrong empty box. Took an hour to get mine out of the storage area and then it was damaged unable to be put on a trailer. I had to remove everything on site and load it into a moving trailer.

You may want to consider having an express line for tenants who only want to pay rent. It is frustrating to have to wait several minutes for a 60 second transaction.

So bad it was almost comedic. The Brockton store seems like Beavis Butthead decided to open a UHAUL. Goods arrived 10 days late management Adam Mederious aside was horrific.

My U-Box was at unloading area. Just a minor delay to unpack because the door to the U-Box was bolted. Aside from that everything was good. Would definitely recommend.
